Positive experience: Was scheduled for my exit yesterday and No councilor showed up. We are charged to reschedule if we miss a class. This is my very last one!! I've been Sober over 10 years, extremely upset. We're told if you miss 2 classes you have to repeat program all over again. Several people showed up yesterday. They all were video recorded. No one should have to repeat this program due to a Schedule error made by the office or a No show Councilor.

Positive experience: A much as I can't stand the classes or most of the people in the office. The gentleman who handles the schedules and stuff is amazing hence the 4 stars for hin

Negative experience: Very rude over the phone, I was required to take online classes with them and they don’t offer that nor have any of my info, yet I was required to call some business that doesn’t even know what’s going on.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional "buisness" I've ever encountered. For the fact that they take money from a customer to provide them a service, I've never met a group of people that were so rude & underhanded twords their clients, especially the old lady in charge of the front office staff. Just ex-addicts with addict behavior. If you have no other option than to utilize this company, KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BILL WITH THEM!! They'll overcharge & try to manipulate you for any dollar they can. If I could give negative stars I would in a heartbeat!! And if anyone that works at this buisness is reading this, I received your final bill in the mail. Do you smell smoke?? Consider yourselves burnt..

Negative experience: This school is terrible for many reasons. They falsified records. They don’t record anything when you call out and don’t give you credit when you attend. Staff is rude and abrasive. The meetings are a waste of time, just conversation that has nothing to do with DUI education. What a waste of time and money. They should be reported to the DMV and put out of business. Enroll in Solutions in Chico! Avoid Cascade Circle at all costs.

Fantastic experience: The guy who runs the meetings is cool, the lady that runs the meetings sucks but it's fun half the time.

Negative experience: well I can tell you from being in classes that they Aren't following HIPPA LAW due fact nobody here is a practicing doctor or licensed physician they keep asking to take my tempature which I've said no they don't care even tho I stated that if caught minimum fine is 50k. and max fine is 250k yet every week continue to break HIPPA LAW.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding food and service! Everyone was super friendly, giving the place a comfortable warm atmosphere. Like home on a really good day. Hours are limited so check ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Was my first time there so I don't know yet

Negative experience: The people there are some of the rudest people that I have ever met. They are rude on the phone and in person. Cant ask them a question without them being rude. They dont care about the people they only care about the money. Horrible horrible professionalism. They should be ashamed of their self. I have never met people like that.

Negative experience: Drove 230 mi. For last class staff will not answer ph. Or door. Took day off work during pandemic to make this trip .staff is on site would a phone call have to much to ask ?

Negative experience: If there were NEGATIVE STARS, then I'd use those. This place is NEVER available to answer calls. They will reschedule you if you miss a class, they do not tell you when your rescheduled next class is, and then CHARGE YOU for missing it. The courses are mostly spent BSing about everyone's week, followed by only a few minutes of decent speakers or useful information. It is a rip-off and one of the only schools in Redding so if you can AVOID this spot- DO IT.

Positive experience: It's a DUI school, nobody enjoys it!!

Negative experience: They rape you on the cost of this mandatory service! It's a monopoly on something court ordered. The people who work there don't give a single F either. Extremely rude for ex addicts too!
