Fantastic experience: Passed my road test earlier today, thanks to the classes I had with Benny. Was able to schedule the classes I needed immediately and finished all of them and the road test within a week of first contacting the driving school. Benny was a great and thorough instructor who gave me feedback during my classes that gave me the required confidence to perform well on the road test. Car was well maintained, and the lessons were productive and well-planned. Reasonable rates, reliable scheduling, no unnecessary extra hours/classes and he was even willing to accommodate my commute to Edison station. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to pass their road test. Thank you!

Negative experience: I took 6 hours classes with benny last year. He always arrived 10-15 minutes late. Out of three classes, twice he parked the car in the parking lot and made me wait. Once he needed coffee, another time he went inside DMV. He has some issues, he gets impatient, tries to yell at you. If you ask any question, he gets irritated. I failed the driving test in his car, cause I was not doing hand over hand as per the inspector. That’s the most basic thing you check with your new students. He didn’t even hesitate to blame it on me when the inspector told him in his face that your student needs to work on steering control. Worst instructor, I don’t know how come people are satisfied with his attitude. Don’t recommend at all. Attached my failed test report. (Passed the test later by practicing with friends. He was more useful than this money hungry instructor)

Negative experience: I tried calling them several times and there was no response from them…I even visited the office and it’s closed…very disappointed

Fantastic experience: absolutely amazing service! the prices are very fair and in just one lesson i was able to pass my driver’s test. the instructor catered to my learning style and provided me with tips not to just pass the exam, but be a good driver. he is very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people he teaches.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend taking driving lessons through Axcel. They did a thorough job of preparing me for the NJ road test within a short time frame of 2 sessions (~ 2 hours each) which helped me gain confidence behind the wheel and pass the test with ease! :)

Negative experience: I don't like to ruin people's careers by leaving negative reviews, but this one is essential for those who are thinking about going to him. If Mr. Arvinder Singh had learned to control his impatience and short temper when dealing with students, he might have become a good teacher. He provided some helpful suggestions, but he is also really nasty and rude. I did my six hours with him previously and was even nastier the second time around for my road test. He claims to have been in the industry for decades, so I don't understand why there are so few reviews. My best guess is that he may have had to open a new account (maybe as a result of past unfavorable evaluations), and the current ratings are most likely those of his family and friends. I'm certain that I'm not the only one who had a negative experience.

Negative experience: I’m not one to want to affect someone’s livelihood by writing bad reviews, however, this one is much needed for those considering because you will walk away from this school with more anxiety than confidence. The instructor, Mr. Arvinder Singh could have been a good teacher if he learned to control his impatience and short temper while dealing with first time learners. On one hand, he taught a few useful techniques but on the other hand he is very disrespectful and rude. He even shouted, yes SHOUTED at me (while I was driving) for minor (completely non-hazardous) mistakes. Moreover, not once did he say a positive encouraging word. Eventually I went with another school for my test. I don’t know why there are only a few reviews despite him claiming to be the business for decades. My guess is may be he had to create a new account (possibly due to previous bad reviews) and the current reviews are probably family and friends. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a bad experience. Sir, if we knew how to drive as well as you expected right at the onset, we wouldn’t need to take lessons If you are just in it for the money and not to teach well, this is probably not the profession for you. All the best. Edit (after reading your response): You are wrong sir, and you know it. I do not wish to make a public spectacle of what happened and give long drawn explanations to negate everything you have said. You even know the conditions and are still choosing to put this on me which is most unfortunate. It’s okay, I am happy to take all your comments if it means you don’t treat your future students the way you treated me. That’s more important for everyone’s sake.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with their services. After I was turn down by other companies at the last minute they got me in their schedule and help my son to pass his road test for the first time. The instructor is very patient and helpful. After I explained him how I couldn't find anyone in my area East Brunswick. He took care of us without any issues. I definitely recommend Axcel Driving School to any one! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We had an employee from Axcel driving school to make a withdrawal. By accident the representative who took care of the transaction gave $200.00 extra. But Axcel driving school employee was so honest came back and gave the $200 to the bank. I am so grateful and happy for the honest action by Axcel Driving School. Thank you

Fantastic experience: This school was excellent. I live in Warren NJ I called so many schools last minute on a Sunday. They were able to fit us into the schedule. Surprisingly they schedule us on the same day. My son had no practice and felt nervous. The driver was accommodating and patient with my son. He took his time to show him the proper lessons. after taking his classes, my son felt confident. Thanks to the school, My son received his driver's license.
