Easy Method Driving School: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Mr. Sunada is a very patient instructor! Definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Sunada was a very good instructor, he helped me become better at driving and feel more confident in my own abilities.
Fantastic experience: We contacted Easy Method so that I could have a driving review as well as my 93 year-old mother-in-law. Just wanted to check our skills and be reminded of good driving habits. The staff scheduled us with no problem and were quite kind on my follow up calls to confirm the appointment. Mr. C was wonderful and professional, as I drove for an hour, and then my mother-in-law drove for an hour. He gave us a handout in addition to talking us through the whole time together onwhat to observe, how to react and the important things to keep in mind when driving, especially seeing everything that’s going on. He gave us a couple really good examples of being defensive drivers, and the importance of ensuring you have as much safe zone as possible to defend against bad driving or accidents out of your control. We would highly recommend Mr. C and EZ Method based on this experience. I also had Easy Method back in 1988 for my high school driving lesson and it was fun to use their services again.
Negative experience: Literally had an appointment at 6, it was 6:20 and the driving instructor was still not there. What a complete joke and waste of time.
Positive experience: My instructor, Mr. Hall, was an amazing teacher. He helped me feel comfortable while driving by striking up conversations while also knowing when to tell you if you're doing good or bad. Very easy to get along with and joke with. Only reason for 4 stars is because I had to get switched to him after my past instructor didn't come to one of my lessons.
Negative experience: Mr. Chong was super nice. But customer service is terrible, switching teachers and pickup locations and not telling anyone then having no audio on their online programs, no voicemail, no opportunities to leave messages or connect with the instructor. Absolutely disorganized.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Shanda’s good instructor
Fantastic experience: Mr. Sunada was very helpful and wanted to see me improve and was very fun to talk to.
Negative experience: Poor customer service skills with the office and VERY questionable instructors that have no knowledge of working with children. Avoid avoid avoid!
Positive experience: no idea how to go in..
Negative experience: Would not recommend. Scheduled my first lesson for 7/3/24. They called 20 minutes before the start and cancelled as apparently 4 instructors were sick. Ok stuff happens. Rescheduled for 7/17 at 11am... same thing called 20 minutes prior to cancel and reschedule. Told them no thanks i'll be going with a different company. My partner had a lesson scheduled for 7/17 as well, but at 1pm. Told him to just call and see if his was still happening. Called them over an hour before he was supposed to have his, and they said yup it's canceled. Why wouldn't they just call him shortly after they called me? Why do they insist on waiting 20 minutes before the lesson? You know if you did that, they'd try to charge you! Don't waste your time with them.
Negative experience: This place has horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. None of the women who answer the phone are kind. They treat children horribly, and disrespectfully. I have never once hung up a phone call with this business feeling satisfied. Never ever sign your kids up for this horrible scam of a driving school. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Negative experience: Horrible it was 2 month before they did a first driving behind the wheel they told us they can't start driving until they drive with them. Then doesn't send the right paperwork after it's done didn't know we where messing paperwork until we where at the dmv. Also never took them out on a road over the speed limit 25 always took side road never got onto real traffic.
Negative experience: so unprofessional they literally suck at running a business's they canceled my appointment twice because they didn’t have a instructor available and then never showed up and told me my appointment is for tomorrow when her message said Monday don’t go to this driving school they don’t gaf about anything. The deserve less then 1 star.
Negative experience: They are very unprofessional! Customer service was trash! I set an appointment for an adult behind the wheel driving lesson a week ago! I called to confirm my appointment on the day of and they told me it was cancelled and then the lady lied and said they just opened! And was planning on calling me but I called 20 minutes after y’all opened! Very disappointed as I was really looking forward to this today! This was a hot red flag I won’t be setting another appointment I’ll go elsewhere!
Negative experience: Worst customer service. I called Easy Method today inquiring about a refund because my child never even took a single class there in person or online. I paid a 200 dollar deposit and they said because my kid logged into and made an online account with them from our home not even there. They said I could no longer receive a refund. I think this one is a good one for Fox6now
Fantastic experience: Mr.Endres is an amazing teacher. Professional, good communication, good teaching style. I had an amazing learning experience with him and Easy Method Driving School.
Fantastic experience: Mr.Kinas is a very helpful instructor, tells you the right and wrong ways in a good way and makes the lessons fun.
Negative experience: I can’t speak for all the instructors there, but my son got a poor instructor. I wasn’t there to know what he exactly taught him. I only can speak on my son’s statements, like “I learned more from you than the instructor”, and when he told me he didn’t once parallel park...stating ”Instructor said it’s not that many points and the some don’t even test for that”. I was shocked the instructor would even say that. And what does it matter? Isn’t that part of the class? It’s a life long skill and I’m paying them to give instruction not for a instructor to rationalize why not to teach something. Personally when I took my test I thought parallel parking was the toughest thing to do and I’m thinking it requires a lot of patience and talent to instruct some to teach someone how to do that (I know it does when I was teaching them that). And since the instructor avoided to do that, my conclusion would be he doesn’t have the patience and the talent or he didn’t want to make the effort. They have a word to describe someone that doesn’t put in the effort. If you can’t guess the word, the next topic may help. And one time the class ended 30 min and my son told me the driver was a “first time” driver and was really not doing well. Instructor ended it early and said first class is only 30min. My deduction is he couldn’t deal with the situation and couldn’t get the person to drive well enough (or didn’t want to make the effort). Granted observing (observation hours) somebody like that isn’t very helpful, the instructor did not do his job. To add to that, I always found myself picking him up 15 minutes earlier than his 2 hour schedule. Again short cutting class, lack of effort. Theme? Now I regret not calling earlier to correct the situation sooner, but after today’s last session and when my son mentions they didn’t parallel park, that was the last straw. I called the supervisor. The conversation with the supervisor was constructive and this then will result in hopefully getting a behind the wheel with a better instructor for whatever wasn’t taught. Also, other issues, instead of letting the kid crank out the classes as fast as they want, they made the drag it out, with one per month. And then my son got screwed cuz the instructor canceled on him and missed out on getting his license for 2 months (covid delayed on top of that). Anyway, I’m posting this help other parents out there to hopefully avoid this misstep. I did send my other son (2years ago) to crash course. They aren’t perfect but I must commend them for the behind the wheel instruction. My son even taught me a tip or two that the instructor taught him. Pay the extra couple of bucks. That part makes it worth it.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Richard is very good at teaching and he helps us understand things and takes his time teaching us.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Richard helps by staying calm when you are nervous about driving. He explains everything very well when you start, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Fantastic experience: I just had my second behind-the-wheel, and the experience was by far the best one I had. Mr. Richard is a very good instructor and gives me the best tips. I am excited to finish off the next few lessons with him. Thank you Mr. Richard, especially Easy Method Driving School for hiring this man.
Fantastic experience: Mr Richards the chillest person to drive with. Super cool & super nice. Great at making his students feel more comfortable & less nervous in the drivers seat.
Fantastic experience: Mr. Tarver is the best teacher I have had by far he was really helpful and a great guy in the classroom he makes alot of jokes and you can always count on him to crack a good on he helped alot and helped me pass
Fantastic experience: Mr Tarver is a great teacher, thank you Mr T for helping me through class
Fantastic experience: mr. t is a very good teacher and is helpful to everyone in the class
Positive experience: MR. Davis was amazing with my kids .... want to pass your road test ??? Ask for him !!!!!
Fantastic experience: Mr Davis is the best he helped me get my drivers license after being scared not wanting to be behind the wheel at all !!!!
Negative experience: Owner is a dunce. Needs to have his head examined for loose screws.
Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered!!! They rescheduled every single one of my daughter's driving classes, and each time it was a month or more later!!! It took over six months to complete six hours of instruction!!! Not to mention that each 2 hour class (1 driving/1 observation) was cut short by the instructor who ran personal errands on company time!!! Then they held her completion ransom for a $40 fee for missing a class that they had rescheduled!!! The instructor rides the passenger brake, giving the student no opportunity to learn, and yells "FAIL" for every little mistake!!! Horrible company!!! Do not send your child here!!!
Fantastic experience: Without mr.T I wouldn't have gotten my license today. I highly recommend him if your trying to pass your driving test he is the man.
Fantastic experience: Great teacher and very helpful
Negative experience: Worst school. Mr. Morris reads everything out of the book. He is constently late but if were late we get punished. His phone is always going off in class, we had a holiday in the middle of our course he is making us come in on a Saturday with a different time and expects us to be there. It is ridiculous he said if we dont show up we owe him a six page paper which is unfair because we only got a two week notice, and we aren't supposed to have class on a Saturday. I do not recommend sending you're child here if you actually want them to learn how to drive.
Fantastic experience: I was so nervous at first, my teacher understood and didn't make me feel ashamed I couldn't drive at my age. Believe me, if I can you can.
Fantastic experience: I would like to take a minute to let everyone know of my experience with easy method. My young son was enrolled in another school whom never answered their phone and I was very frustrated by the fact my son wasn't getting his behind the wheel time. I called Easy Method in South Milwaukee spoke with Jamie she was wonderful. She went above and beyond what was expected to help me in my situation. its not often these days people have such great customer service skills. I enrolled with them and my son completed his course very satisfied. a few months later I had a problem with dmv regarding my sons license due to paper work from the previous school and called Jamie and she knew exactly who I was and helped me clear things up. Again going above and beyond for me and my son. Thank you Jamie and easy method.
