Fantastic experience: Just got my CDL through pinnacle and it was a great experience. All the staff and instructors were great, very experienced and knowledgeable. They knew the answer to every question and the program was setup well so that I could spend more or less time on things I needed more or less work on.

Excellent and Respectful staff and make sure u learn everything you need to know and some too take the next mile in your Trucking Future . There alot of one on one with the instructor so if your struggling with some of it they will help you and guide you thru it. So thankful I went through this program it was amazing

Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank you to Pinnacle School. Namely Tim, Joy, Randy, Jeffrey, Marlin, Brad, Richard, Jamie. These people are great professionals in their field!!! They have a large amount of knowledge not from books, but from personal experience, all of them have a lot of experience driving trucks. Trucks in good condition of different brands, driving practice in cities and on the highway, drove every day for three weeks, in general, I think that here you get good knowledge and good practice of driving a truck. I recommend Pinnacle School to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I attended pinnacle, and to my shock, they put me in a tractor on day 1!!! Imagine my surprise. The staff are awsome. Jeff, you were a blast to hang with, keep laughing, it's contagious. Mike b. I appreciated your stories and experience, without your guidance I would not have passed my test. James, I love how patient and down to earth you are, you're my guy! Tim, I love you and your sense of humor. And people, do not sleep on Mrs. Crystal... she is more than a secretary... she is the boss in disguise, and Flippin awsome! I had a great experience, I graduated, and nailed my state test thanks to these guys. I love yall and thank you. Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this school to anyone looking to become a professional driver. My experience at pinnacle was fantastic! I’ve just completed their four-week course, to obtain my CDL A, and passed my state test with zero issues. the training facility is very clean and well kept, the staff and instructors maintain a very relaxed family like atmosphere.(which I appreciate in what can be such a high stress field) Between the curriculum/training provided by the school, and the Knowledge/experience of the instructors. Anyone with a good work ethic, who is willing to study, learn and ask questions will excel here. 10/10 for me.

Negative experience: Didn’t get what was promised Trucks kept breaking down and didn’t get the hours of driving I was supposed to get

Fantastic experience: Them are really nice people they'll bend over backwards to help you and if you just do what you're supposed to do they'll help you put an ace on that you move on with your life and do good I want to thank each and everyone of them for their help with me and their patience it's greatly appreciated change my life for the better

Negative experience: First day I was verbal assaulted, called names utilizing profanity by an instructor. Moreover, he threatened to 'Bust My Head". He attempted to degrade me over my funding coming through Michigan Works. He was the most unprofessional intstructor I ever had. I made a report to the state to remove the instructor's license, investigatigate his threat of greatbidly harm, and invetagate the school, and the issue of frauding students that I was told about from another instructor. I don't recommend this training facility to anyone.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING INSTITUTION, GREAT INSTRUCTORS AND THE BEST OFFICE LADIES YOU COULD EVER WANT TO HELP YOU. There is no doubt if you want to be successful and pass your driving skills test you need Pinnacle there is not a comparison around there fun direct and all very educated and seasoned professionals. Crystal is a smile you cant wait to see Tim is a funny yet focused leader , Mike is full of stories and has a great knowledge and easy way of teaching, BUTCH is the driver trainer everyone need to the point and fun to talk to a great man. Jeff and his laugh are great he is easy to listen to and terry is laid back fun and and simple approach instructor . My opinion if you want a great fun direct and professional school hands down choose Pinnacle Truck Driver Training, Inc. I passed and so can you!!!!!!!! thanks DAVID D from Houghton lake

Fantastic experience: Great people, they give you plenty of resources to pass the written portion of the test and the driving portion. If you pay attention, show up to class and practice practice practice. You will have any job you want when you are done with the program. And yes, there are many places to choose from to work for when you are done.

Negative experience: Joe is right, they will have you thrown in jail if you don't obey the judges orders. Kind of funny how something that's supposed to be a civil matter cam turn into a criminal matter for the ALMIGHTY PINNACLE DRIVING SCHOOL.... The greatest part is the judge signing all these court orders and warrants I believe was married to one of the schools owners/instructors. Joe may not have been a student but I was and I didn't get anywhere with Pinnacle. I never was able to receive my CDL and the wouldn't even accommodate me when I couldn't make the drive from home in Muskegon and setup a test that would've closer for me. I was told it would cost to much in fuel and wasn't worth they're time. Also the Accurate Driver Testing is the only examiner they will use because one of their instructor/owners works there. Half the time you can't even get ahold the secretary to setup you CDL Test and they're disorganized as they schedule your test at the same time as other student had scheduled theirs. I actually had to take my exam through Star Truck Rentals and it cost me almost a $1000. Funny I achieved my CDL thru Star only spent a $1000 but its costing me $5,999.99 to not get my CDL thru Pinnacle. Ohhhh....and I was told by the clerk at Wexford County District Court pretty much "Pay or go to jail." Half the time the driving instructors played on their phones while we drove and did nothing. Only old man Dick really paid an attention and truly cared. So in my opinion i wouldn't waste my time on this school it's not a guarantee and the company they place the most for is Schnider and they treat you like your cattle number. But you can do what you wish this is only my account of my experience.

Negative experience: Don't sign up! They can't find a job like they say and if you are late paying your bill for schooling they will have you thrown in Wexford county jail no joke ! Jail ! Jail!
