Fantastic experience: My daughter had an awesome experience with Shawn Blankenship for her 8hrs in cars at the circleville location back in 2023 she aced her driver's exam! So here I am Scheduling my son for his 8hrs in cars through them! Their website makes scheduling a breeze!

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but our family had an excellent experience with Shawn Blankenship and the Circleville office. The website is user friendly, scheduling classes and driving lessons was a breeze. My son just completed the whole process, took about 12 weeks. Nothing but good things from Class A and I will be bringing my next 3 drivers through this driving school if it continues to be run this smoothly. Thanks!

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience. Class times were changed without notice. Not let into classes when you should have been so had to reschedule. Literally a nightmare. Go anywhere else but here.

Negative experience: This has been the worst experience with a local company. Their voicemail is always full and the don't return calls. It has taken over a year to get my daughter scheduled for her sessions - Shawn, the owner, is very difficult to work with. We were informed after meeting every requirement, class and in-car session  that a single roster document is missing and my daughter has to retake the entire course with in-cars and everything again. From the beginning. Do not recommend, Stay away - This company is going to cause you so much frustration.

Negative experience: I paid to schedule my son for in cars. I was not able to check the availability prior to paying. Once I paid I had to schedule way out to July. I was able to locate a school that could get him in within a month. I called and requested a refund and was told I was not able to receive one. EVEN THOUGH his first class was not even scheduled until July! I am out 400.00 because I wanted him to be able to have his license before school/football started. I figured he’d be understanding since his schedule is “so busy”, even offer a partial refund, nope. He was an absolute jerk.

Negative experience: 90% of the classes are during school hours...only 1hour at a time...they rarely have evening or weekend hours. You won't get a refund even if you have never had the chance to take your teen to a class due to their scheduling. Cant comment on their classes or teaching since we couldn't get time in.

Negative experience: Don’t waste you time & money! I scheduled online according to the terms that were listed! When I scheduled they were booked out past my son’s 16th birthday (at which point they had listed 6/8 weeks out on the website). I signed my son up on a weekend so I went in on Monday- asked for a full refund - was told not to worry they would get him scheduled - I could just login multiple times a day and watch for cancellations & slots to open! That never happened! I again, asked for a refund from the company with no response - So I had to prove to my bank this company never provided a service to me in order to receive my funds back & wait 60+ days to receive those funds because this company was not responsive to my bank when they tried to reach out to them to confirm if services were rendered! WOW! So, I scheduled my son @ Licking Valley - it’s a wonderful driving school!!! Licking Valley calls you back immediately (even on weekends) & have really treated us right!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my 8 incars, I signed up in May and was scheduled out in late August. And there were openings in early May and early June. I got them completed months ahead of my original schedule. 7 of my drives were Shawn, he was very helpful and respectful when I made a mistake. 1 of my drives was with Brenda, she was very helpful when I made a mistake and was nice about it. I would recommend this school if your looking for a good, low-stress school with good prices.

Negative experience: Very hard to get on the phone. Also you teach your kid how to drive they only show them some extra stuff after you’ve already taught them. All the hours of online study is really not worth $ almost 400.

Negative experience: Getting someone to return a phone call is next to impossible. Shawn is very rude. It took us over a week to get her certificate after she completed the driving portion. We called everyday and left a message, but no one would return our call. Finally on day 10 someone answered the phone and we was able to get it.

Negative experience: What ever you do do not sign your kid up for this school. So signed up a family member up for this school in April. Called them said they could get class time and in cars done in 2 months. Ok we sent them a check and they said they'd call us back......well they cashed the check. But no call. So we called every week no answer. My family member did not get into a class until July. So then they told us in cars are scheduled out to March of 2022. This is truly awful. They keep pushing kids through these zoom classes but have no in car instructors. This place is a waste of time and money. If you are looking for a good driving school go to Licking Valley Driver school they will get you done in a Month. Please heed my warning don't go here. You will get screwed.

Negative experience: I originally scheduled my in cars with this place because they told me that they could schedule me at the end of September while other places could not schedule me until the end of October. Then, one week before my in car driving times, they emailed my mom and said that all of my driving times were being pushed back. They gave us no date or anything. Finally at the end of October they sent me a text saying that there were available spots open at the end of November. So by the time my in car driving started, I already had low expectations. I had Brenda and Shawn as my instructors. Brenda was very nice and liked to chat with you while you were driving. She did make me go 45 mph on State Route 159, but she was in no way rude about it, so I didn’t mind. On the other hand, Shawn was a different story. He would promptly yell directions or things that I was doing “wrong”. I slowed down for some railroad tracks because they were on the rougher side and I didn’t want to damage their car. Shawn did not like that and told me to not slow down. In Lancaster, there was a bicyclist about to go through an intersection and I didn’t want to pass the bicyclist until after the intersection, so I would not be passing in an intersection (because it’s not safe and illegal). Shawn yelled at me and told me that I can’t approach a bicyclist so “passively”. We also encountered two ambulances. Shawn would not let me pull over to the side of the road and told me that I just had “to stay in my lane” and that I was stopping “too early” for them. Then, Shawn had me practice maneuverability. I had practiced that beforehand with my dad, so I had a technique and knew what to do. Shawn stood outside the car and had me do it one time, and then he came up to me outside of the car and told me “Your slowness is the only thing that saved you.” I just looked at him, visibly confused because I had no idea how to take that “feedback”. Like okay? What did I do wrong? I did not hit any cones nor almost bump a cone. He told me to just keep practicing for 30 minutes on both sides and then he proceeded to play games on his phone and did not talk to me again. Shawn just did not know how to communicate. I was almost crying for the whole 2 hours I was with him because I was so frustrated. You can’t be yelling at teenagers who are already stressed about driving in an unfamiliar car with an unfamiliar person. And the comments that he did communicate were not useful feedback and did not tell me how to become a better driver, but just conveyed to me that my driving sucked. Communication is a big problem in this driving school, so if they could just fix that, I’m sure it will be better.

Positive experience: UPADATE: Nov 5th, 2020 my son has successfully completed his required 8 hrs of driving. I gave the school another star. Oct. 21st, they have scheduled my son for his 8 hrs of driving!!!! Unfortunately, it took complaining to the BBB and Google reviews. I am HAPPY they contacted me and are working with me now. Gave them a star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR VALUABLE TIME ON THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE IS NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBC. UPDATED: its October 14, still not scheduled. I paid for the 8 hr driving class on 7-3-20 and was scheduled for Sept. 29, 30 Oct 1, 2 for my son the same day. I understood they were playing catch up from March and it was first come first serve. On Sept 4th I received an email stating his driving was canceled with no explanation or rescheduling made. I tried numerous times calling and got no response except that Shelly would call/text me back to reschedule. As of today Oct. 8th I have had no reply, except to say there are no refunds allowed and Class A said they have six months to complete his driving! I called pretending to be someone else and they said they are now scheduling students, well, what about my son and the many others they are taking precious money from. If by some chance Class A+ driving school responds, I will change my rating, but for now, Buyer Beware! There are many other driving schools with no waiting, do your research.

Negative experience: I understand during pandemic of delays and problems. But---canceled driving class per text, saying they will reschedule, months have g9ne by. Nothing. Phone calls, messages, note by mail still nothing. Has been almost 6 months..refuses any type of communication.

Negative experience: They were very slow when it came to who says what and when as well as during the in class portion dates got switched around and no one let anyone know what was going on so I show up for a class that they said was that day and coming from a half hour drive it wasn’t nice.
