Fantastic experience: The driver teacher was awesome she help me to feel safe and learn what I needed . She was very good at explaining to me as well and gave me some very good tips for my son who will be trying for his license too. I was very please with service she gave and all she could do to help me understand the road and teach me to be a great driver thank you .

Fantastic experience: The staff and instructors were so accommodating to my son’s hockey schedule. They worked with us and added daytime classes and drives to fit our schedule. They provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've had 4 boys go to this driving school and have loved it. The business recently changed owners and it's even better now!! Rachel specifically has been so amazing! She calls to get your child scheduled for drives, reminds you that a payment is due and is always in a good mood. Always been a pleasure to talk to and happy to help in anyway. Highly recommend them. All the drivers have been fine. We really like Paul in Pasco.

Negative experience: I was scammed here. Twice I was “automatically failed” although got “a perfect score” for my test. I was told I ran a stop sign that I had no recollection of, and was not told about the stop sign until the very end of the test. Secondly, I was asked to parallel park in a very tight spot, in which the tester had to step on his break and automatically fail me. Immediately after automatically failing for the second time but still insisting I had everything else perfect, he then made a comment about my physique and said I should do sports “because my body is perfect for athletics.” I felt wildly uncomfortable as a young woman, and very much taken advantage of. Save your money and time and go anywhere else.

Negative experience: They have their number really close to mine and haven’t fixed it and I get calls and texts all day from customers

Fantastic experience: Got along with the instructors swimmingly and loved my experience. I usually get nervous around strangers, but the person I drove with was calming and chilled to the point where I wasn't scared. Take other reviews with a grain of salt though. I heard some pretty bad "the customer thought they were right" stories while I was there, it was a regular end of the zoom Convo. And the guy who made the girl uncomfortable during her drive I have been informed was most likely the person they fired right before I signed up (not 100% sure but pretty positive)

Negative experience: One of the driving instructors made my daughter so uncomfortable with his misogynistic comments and political commentary that I had to call and complain, and ensure that she wouldn't be placed with him again. When she finished the course, when we went into the DMV to get her license, something that should have been a happy and momentous occasion was stressful and complicated by the fact that the school never communicated course completion to the DMV, even though she finished her final driving test and completed the course a week prior. Having to wrangle with the driving school on the phone to get them to do it in real time was a nightmare and shouldn't have happened considering how much we paid them. Poor, shoddy practices.

Negative experience: This place is a joke they take your money and thats it's.

Fantastic experience: I attended quality driving school in Kennewick a few years ago, and I am very grateful that i got to do schooling here. Jodi Dolph is a great instructor and I would recommend attending her courses! <3

Negative experience: old lady makes excuses and can’t seem to do job right unprofessional service they provide the scheduling lady is nice but that’s about it.
