Negative experience: I wouldn’t take your children to a place that obviously has instructors that almost cause accidents. 3 way stop means the person without a stop sign doesn’t have to stop the other 3 that have one do…. And they need to wait until there is no more cars coming from the side with no stop sign. You almost cause me to crash with my 6 children in the car thanks God I was paying attention. And then to proceed to yell at me when I’m not the one who had a stop sign absolutely unreal.

Fantastic experience: Called and ask questions and they listen and helped out great fully. And gave good advice where it came to my special needs kids.

Fantastic experience: Both of my daughters did their drive times through Safety & Respect with great results. They received lots of compliments on their performance and were road ready when the time for them to get their licenses.

Negative experience: Do not use this service. We paid 600 dollars and spent months on the phone to make behind the wheel appointments. Their website works but only before you get a driving permit. Then suddenly months are booked and you can never find an appointment. So you call weekly until they block your number. It took us 4 phone numbers to get all of the driving appointments. It's taken 9 months to get a license. Completely rediculous. Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible. They just take your money and then ignore you. There's 0 instructions on how to get a permit, a license. My school did it all for me and I got my license the day after my birthday. His birthday was last November. Finally just got the final appointment. I'm so sick of dealing with this company. 1000 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND. I never said what state or city I lived in.

Negative experience: Someone needs to teach your instructors how to drive.

Negative experience: We're being forced to sign a blank contract in order to continue the program. That's a bit ridiculous, don't you think? Update: Just so you are aware, the hours/cost portion of that contract was not filled until AFTER it was signed. I tried to view and download and both had that section blank. The items below the signature were there, but essentially you could have put whatever you wanted in the upper portion after it was signed. I was not able to navigate anywhere else in the site until that document was signed.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience. Did the online course and it went very well. No problems at all. Good instructors and helpful staff. Would recommend. Jan 2021 update - Had our second child go through Safety and Respect with the same great experience as the first. She had no issues with the online course and the behind the wheel also was easy to sign up for without issues. Would continue to recommend.

Negative experience: If you can avoid this place please do at all costs. They nickel and dime you for their mistakes. Extremely unprofessional and not to mention you have to reset your password every time you log into the website.

Negative experience: You pay $120 the instructor drove most of the 2 hours if you can avoid this place

Positive experience: Easy to deal with and online is flexible.

Negative experience: My son took the online course and test - however they didn't report this to the DMV and after calling and emailing them he ended up taking the test again at the DMV - Still haven't heard back...

Positive experience: I don’t know how to edit my original review! However, while I have had a difficult time scheduling my boy’s behind the wheel drive times, the staff is extremely helpful and professional. The instructors are also excellent. What they lack in convenience they try to make up for in customer service.

Negative experience: It is nearly impossible to get behind the wheel drive times in Superior. They don't work every day of the month and they don't release the drive time schedule for the next month until the last days of the prior. So you aren't even able to plan ahead. You can only sign up for two at a time, and they can't be two days in a row. Well, when they only work 14 days out of the month, it's pretty hard to not schedule two days in a row. With 3 cars up here, there's no reason to have such few times. I know many kids who can't get their license on time because they can't get in for the behind the wheel times. It's very unorganized and poorly run. On the flip side, all of the instructors for both the classroom and behind the wheel have been fantastic.

Negative experience: Where do I start.... Two weeks ago a student driver pulled out into traffic ten seconds after her light had changed to red and the instructor was just staring off into space. She was turning left. Onto clairemont, from Keith St. Instructor was oblivious. A few months ago another instructor decided it would be a good idea for his student to switch from the middle lane to the right lane. From a dead stop at a stoplight, next to Starbucks. Dead. Stop. Lane. Change. WITH lots of cars surrounding them. Forced me up on the curb. I work close by so I get to see this every day. I'm pretty sure the instructors need to be instructed. I've had two 16 year olds go through the course recently, and wow are they uneducated. Please, don't bring your children here.

Negative experience: So I did everything in my power to avoid using safety and respect driving school but unfortunately they bought out the only reliable drivers ed company in superior and we were forced to use them. Now absolutely no drivers times available for months or ever and teenager could have had his license by now if he could have had driving time. I feel so frustrated! I know people who have gone hours away to finish their time. This company really needs to get their act together!!

Fantastic experience: I have had 3 boys enrolled with them and all have been successfull drivers. Great teachers and the behind the wheel critique has been great too. Have recommended this driving school to friends.
