Fantastic experience: Chip taught both my kids to drive. He’s amazing!

Negative experience: Worst experience. Signed my son up for a road test. The lady who did the test failed him on parallel parking and then tried to sale us their driving school services. As if the $99 dollars I paid them for nothing wasn't enough. My son didn't even get out of the parking lot. It's worth it to the DPS office to get a license. You have to deal with people with bad attitudes, but at least they don't scam you.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience taking the adult driver road test. Marsha was a wonderful examiner who helped me out in understanding basic know-hows on how to drive safely on US roads and all it took was about 20-30 mins. I would recommend this place for someone looking to get the road test done from a third-party provider and avoid the long waiting times for doing the same through the DPS.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who complains about it being "unkempt" it's a small little driving school. The bathroom is always clean, and so is the floor. It's a small little driving school, not an official goverment establishment. Besides that, I LOVE this place. as a student I feel I can give a proper review. People complain about drive times, but taking ten minutes out of your day around 2:30 or later isnt THAT bad of a hassle. I don't know why people expect the place to cater especially to them. Great class, casual but very informative.

Negative experience: they fail you for even the slightest mistake..its like they want you to take drivibg lessons from them before taking test there..

Fantastic experience: Not sure why there are so many 1-star spam reviews from people with very few reviews but I've sent both kids here (so far) here and it has been great. They were flexible and easy to work with. Yeah, it's not a foo foo expensive facility or vehicle, but who cares as long as you get a great teacher and Chip rocks! :)

Negative experience: Horrible experience, took my road test here, awful. Went to the dps straight after and it was the easiest test and experience in ever! The dps is much better and $11 vs $100 you pay at all star. DO NOT GO HERE. Place is disgusting and unkept.

Negative experience: Scheduling drive time is near impossible in the summer. You have to call Friday at 1:30 pm to schedule for the next week. My son called 44 times between 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm and never got through, until all slots were full.

Negative experience: Dont waste your money. not only is this place decrepit looking, they have this 1970s style call in for drive times that are take 30 minutes minimum of your day o try and book the thing that you already paid for. my other two kiddos will NOT be going here. In 2018 if i have to be the ninth caller at a certain time to get an apointment you are not customer focused

Negative experience: The place looks old and unkept , however I think the owner is a nice person. I went there with a friend so he could use my car for the road test, turned out he didn’t need to use my car anymore. So while he went for his road test I sat in the reception and waited for him to finish, the a white guy i think he is the instructor called the little lady receptionist to the back of the office I think he whisper something to her, I saw them and immediately felt uncomfortable. Few seconds later she came out and told me I had to leave that they had closed, knowing fully well I was waiting for my friend to finish his road. They expected to go stand under the sun and wait him. Already uncomfortable and not wanting to argue I stood up and went to wait outside. The office was still opened someone still cAme in from there. I don’t want to believe they told me to wait outside because I was black, I’ll just ignore it. But that was very. Very rude to tell me to go wait under the sun for my friend to finisb his road test. Do not go here !!!!

Fantastic experience: The best driving school. ALL STAR DESERVES ALL STARS. It is great because it encouraged me to practice, practice and practice driving. Chip is hands down the funniest and most caring driving teacher I've ever met. Not many teachers really get to know their students and be friends with them but Chip was. Drive times and the class in general was very comfortable and fun.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this driving school. Scheduling the "drive times" requires that you call them every single week within a 2 hour window. Some of the driving instructors were not professional.

Fantastic experience: We were very satisfied with the service and teaching our daughter received at this location. We heard of a couple complaints regarding drive time scheduling, but really have no idea what the issues were. We NEVER had an issue with getting our daughter scheduled for the drive times we preferred. She completed the class and driving instruction a good and confident young driver fully prepared for her driving test.

Negative experience: I regret signing up my son for driving lessons here. After class time is finished you are forced to call at a specific time on Fridays to sign up for drive times ONLY for the following week. If you do not call by 2:30 p.m. Fridays, you will not get a reasonable time, if at all. It's been 3 months since the class has been finished and my son has only been able to schedule 1 drive time. All American Driving School is much more organized, I regret not signing up with them.
