Fantastic experience: Now being service under licking valley driving school. pataskala location moved to 604 e broad st beside dollar general. same instructors . And now with online scheduling for drives. Any questions call the Newark office update class is move to beside dollar tree off broad st. With some instructors with 19 years plus experience

Negative experience: Cannot get in car scheduled. With No answer on why? Do you REALLY put so many students through the classroom that you cannot keep up with the in car... You should at least give a reason. AND MAKE SURE all of your June Class students have their in-car BEFORE you take more peoples money for more classes. This used to be the place to go for 25? 30 years? This is crazy, unfair, and bad business.

Negative experience: The drivers instructor was unfriendly and verbally abusive during all my sessions; but he'll perk up for younger girls. Definitely stay away.

Fantastic experience: I had Rick as my driving instructor, and he was very kind, helpful, professional, and understanding. Driving with him helped me fix and learn new skills that I had not yet learned, and had some fun conversations about football with him. Overall I would recommend Rick as your driving instructor when starting In cars.

Negative experience: Called several times to confirm time and date as my son had to switch his work schedule. The day of class called again to confirm. Myself and two other parents were waiting for class to start. No one ever showed up. Got a call today that they meased up the schedule and the classes are different days. So my son has to call off work until they can change his work days for the classes. The lady I spoke with was not helpful and I admit I called them incompetent as I spoke to several people over the last two week's to confirm day's and time's. Oh and they don't do refunds even when it was their fault.

Fantastic experience: I had Rick as my driving instructor and he was excellent. He really cares about his students and prepares them with great extent. He also is respectful, profesional and funny. When doing maneuverability, I was nervous but he teaches you in a super understanding way so that you get it down. Overall the in-car was great and taught me a lot of valuable and useful information that I will continue to use as I am driving. I recommend this driving school for anyone because of the great instructor and the information they teach you.

Fantastic experience: I had my man Rick Jones and he was the best very professional and never ever made me stressed and he’s really cool never once was I nervous or scared to drive with him if I could I would do it agin.

Negative experience: Purchased drivers ed training back in AUGUST and still have yet to get a return phone call to schedule my daughters driving portion that we've been calling and emailing about since September of 2020. Its now end of February 2021 and this place is an absolute joke!

Fantastic experience: Hello parents and students. I would like to apologize for past parents and students poor experience with this school. However I am a driver I will be driving pataskla area. I have been a driver for going on 3 years. I am hoping I can get support on the opportunity to service this area. Students and parents once your schedule with me all communications will be practiced with me and parents and students. My goal is to rebuild the faith with the community to the business. I as an instructor am all about the students and their success. I aim to prepare them to pass the exam. I look forward to driving in Pataskla area. See everyone next week.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. We paid for five driving lessons under the gold package and had the driving scheduled. On his last one they overbooked the instructor and told us we would have to wait two months for his last driving lesson. I asked if they could just refund the difference between the silver and gold and they agreed to that. After issuing the certificate, they now say they can’t issue a refund for the difference because the certificate was already issued and I agreed to waive the last lesson. In addition to not holding up to their agreement, the attitude at Schwartz Driving School Ohio (Pataskala Driver Training) was very poor and aggressive. It is hard to get a hold of them to ask questions or get anything answered and when you do talk them them, the attitude is just poor.

Negative experience: After months of calling and leaving messages, im just going to dispute the charges we paid with our credit card. Its absolutely BULL that they can't be bothered to return customer messages, Covid or not. They need to just close their doors because they are ripping consumers off.

Negative experience: DO NOT waste your time, energy or money. My older son had such a wonderful experience under the old owner Randy. My youngest we paid on April 14th, took the classes right away and still no in cars can be scheduled. I have called and called (over 20 times) was promised when Aug. calendar was ready to be scheduled they would call me and get him in. No call, so I called today August 2nd and was told they are all booked up for Aug. and Sept. But I MAY BE able drive him to their other location an hour away in Oct. He turns 16 Sunday. I asked for a refund to take him elsewhere and was told they don't handle that "I am just a secretary, but you can fill out a request and see if they approve it". I have been currently promised a call to try and squeeze him in. They admitted they have inconvenienced us and said they will try to fix it. However, we still do not have a single in car scheduled. We will see.

Negative experience: My three oldest kids went here and I was so impressed with everything about the training . Randy was relatable and made the experience fun and taught with patience and professionalism. I should have read reviews and realized ownership and staff had changed. My fourth child’s experience is nothing like my other three. The lack of professionalism is incredible. This is not the business it used to be. It is sad that a business spent so many years building up a positive reputation, only to have it ruined in a short period of time .

Negative experience: Paid in full...first session they showed up 45 mins late...second session no show no call....extremely disappointed...calling the Attorney General then the credit card company

Fantastic experience: I completed my driver training with this driving school and I am glad I did. It was a great experience in class and with the driving. I enjoyed all of it and passed my test with confidence. I highly recommend this driving school!

Fantastic experience: I was delighted with the precise, professional instruction that my kids received at PDT. These guys are VERY good at what they do, have it down to a science....yet they relate very well to the kids, who enjoyed the class as well. It's rare when I'm blown away by attention to detail and true SERVICE in today's disposable, fast-food world....but it's a great feeling having your expectations exceeded and I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat for driver training in central OH.

Fantastic experience: Both my children completed their driver training with Mr Hall. He is the most experienced instructor in the area and I am well pleased with the value of his teaching. Well worth the money spent.
