Negative experience: The classes are okay, but you will only have your moneys worth if you are someone who is passing all his classes. If you are a more busy person who isn’t on top of their work, you should reconsider because of the short time they give you to higher your grades isn’t enough

Positive experience: It’s ok, not the best. The 2 ladies who work there are incredibly rude. They are ready to fight, even though I’m being nice and understanding that I forget days or have misread paperwork (which I get is my fault) but they answer rudely and with attitude ready to fight. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Rude, condescending staff.

Fantastic experience: They have very good instructors and are very flexible. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: El Paso Driving Academy is the best place to take your teenagers to complete their drivers education course. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. My teenage driver is skilled to take her driving test and pass it. All thanks to the amazing instructors and the highly qualified team. Natalia, the Office Manager is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience.

Positive experience: In my opinion, the price is too high but what they offer is very useful and is very easy to go through the process they use. I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Really good driving school, I learned alot at the adult course. The class really helped me pass the written test at their school. I also took my road test with them and I passed, the instructor really helped me to stay calm as I was extremely nervous. They really helped me to be more relaxed during my road test, I was able to pass with no issues as I was completely focused on the road all the time (instead of being nervous because of a rude instructor).

Negative experience: One the driving instructors was very rude and disrespectful with my son. I called and wrote a letter to the owner of the place but I never heard back from him. I was very disappointed that he ignored this kind of behavior from one of his instructors.

Negative experience: If you want to waste money on a literal dumpster of a school, then be my guest. Staff was rude as soon as I started there and the school literally smelt like poop the whole time and it seems they weren't trying to fix it. Scheduling drives was a pain since the system was garbage and I could only do it on the weekends with this rude old lady so try to do it on weekdays. Another thing was that I got a phone call from that teacher saying they are going to charge me a no show fee for an appointment I didnt even schedule. Like I said before, terrible service and people are doing the bear minimum here just to get their money. Go to Cherokee or do an online course and save your money big time.

Negative experience: Very difficult to schedule behind the wheel training. Cherokee Driving School is fairly close and costs less.

Negative experience: Worse Experience ever. Right from the beginning. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. Scheduling car appointments is a nightmare and cost us extra money because their system does not work. HIGHLY do not recommend this company.
