Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Alert Driving Academy to anyone in the area. We actually don't live in the area, but I work nearby. The classes were informative and the lessons truly helped prepare my child for getting her license. The school worked with us on scheduling driving lessons and were great! Jason, Eric, Adam, and Aaron all are wonderful, instructors. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I would like to address the drivers using Brodeur Ave. People take this road too fast, and I have witnessed several occasions where they are taking new drivers on this road nearly getting hit. I would suggest not using this road for all the parking maneuvers. Webster has many many roads that are less traveled. We were going to call but maybe the review may work. We may also alert the police about the dangerous maneuvers.

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to everyone at Alert! My brother and I both gained so much confidence as drivers thanks to the patient and supportive instructors. Driving lessons help prepare you for a variety of real-world situations as well as the RMV road test--my brother and I both passed on the first try! Whether you're a teen who's eager to get their license right away or an adult (like myself) who's anxious to be on the roads, Alert will help you develop the skills you need to be a confident, safe driver. Negative experience: Been trying for a year to go here and Everytime I call I get the same message that they aren't currently doing adult lessons. Why? The only driving school in town that I can go to and they discriminate about age.

Fantastic experience: Great business got through drive times really fast and all instructors were great.

Fantastic experience: Two of my kids went through Alert for their licenses. The owners and staff are professional and knowledgeable. We had great experiences for both them, particularly, my son who is very anxious and has ADHD. They had a lot of patience, took extra time, scheduled extra sessions and made him feel comfortable and confident as a driver. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and patient instructors, the men and women here help me (someone with severe anxiety behind the wheel) get something I thought I'd never get. I definitely encourage anyone to go to them! It's also awesome that they do the test right there too!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great experience. Jason, Eric and Kelly are wonderfully warm, patient people whole clearly show they have the student's best interests at heart. It is obvious their goal is to create fabulous, confident, and totally competent drivers. In addition, they are incredibly friendly. I cannot find one reason to fault Alert Driving Academy. They even come and collect the student...so very helpful when schedules conflict. Thank You for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied. They are the best and easiest to deal with Driving school in Central Massachusetts. Eric and Jason are two of the nicest and most helpful people you will ever hope to meet. Very easily understandable instruction based learning on the road. I passed my driving test with flying colors because of them.
