Negative experience: Completed course 09/21 and it is 10/8 today .. year 2024… I called about where my certificate is and they said it might have got lost in the mail and is out of there control , I had to call to send for one again and my deadline is 10/21… the response I got was “hopefully it makes it there on time”…. Horrible service , not even a free expedition fee for the first certificate getting lost in the mail. I took this course for Tlc and they have a deadline before the app is voided and I lose the money I spent so far . Customer service is horrible . Then was offered to expedite it for a fee of 40 dollars , CROOKS! They advertised 7-10 business days and that is not true , they also advertised instant download of cert and that is also not true . Will never use this service again and I would never recommend it to anybody to use

Positive experience: The course itself was fine, and well worth taking. One strange note: when they mailed me the completion certificate, they stated there were two copies of the certificate; one that had to be mailed in to my insurance company, and one for my records. However, and get this, they were printed on opposite sides of the same piece of paper. Seriously???!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend doing it online. It was really quick to do, only took me one day to finish, but you can do it in a minimum of 4 hours. It also was entertaining which helped me actually want to watch the videos. The quizzes are also very short and easy.

Fantastic experience: Course was fun , easy to understand , no trick questions. Only thing bad is it can be completed in a couple hrs. But some law says you have spend 6 hrs on it before you can take final exam.

Positive experience: It was a good experience and anytime I ran into a problem, there was always someone available to walk me through the problem I had..at my age it's important to have someone to nicely walk you through issues, and that's what I found throughout the course..
