Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY Love Appletree Driving School! I enrolled in Mr. Davis's school about 8 years ago in which he took me driving when my family didn't care to. He was patient with me during driving lessons and the road test. Mr. Davis also gave me very detailed instructions on how to be a well equipped and vigilant driver especially on the freeway. Most importantly, he gave me the confidence that I needed to get my drivers license and to be a good driver. I could never fully repay Mr. Davis, but I stopped by to leave a review as I think of him and Appletree Driving School often. ... Be encouraged as this is the school for you!

Fantastic experience: 20/10. Literally the best driving school to go to. The instructor, Mr. Davis, wants the best for you and has the best intentions. I love apple tree.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been there yesterday to take my road test but let me tell you guys something I didn’t see such a great person for a while … I’m talking about the guy with the locks and the glasses…he’s so supportive calm and patient he helped me pass my road test and give me some advice that I’ll always carry with me may god bless you my man❤️

Negative experience: Instructor directed us to a back lot and started with having my driver back into a parking spot and then parallel park. He gave unclear instructions as to which spot my driver was to pull into and stopped the test after only 5 minutes and 1 try and said she failed. Red flags were: road tests were to be offered every 40 minutes until 3 and there was only 1 instructor. He signed in nearly 10 people and claimed he would work until everyone was done. That makes sense if your plan is to fail people in the first 15 minutes. He was completely unrushed considering he had an office full of people - even conversing casually with another instructor from another school before we even began. He told my driver she would have to “learn how to drive on the freeway” as of she didn’t know how. At that point, she has only driven him from one side of the parking lot, to the other. The objective of this facility is to fail as many people as possible using any loophole. Not worth the time or money

Fantastic experience: Instructor was fair, honest, and scored me appropriately. I'd go again, but I passed!!

Negative experience: Lack of instructions whatsoever. First you walk into a business building then have to find the suite (that is in no way labled) you walk into a room and they do not have signs or anything as such helping you with what to do. I sat in a room for over a hour before being told I need to fill out a sheet then after filling out said sheet I was told they would call me a hour before my test. They are now closed and I have not received a call in any way. Took the day off work and wasted 5 hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: Are you still conducting Road Tests every Saturday? There is no one here at your office right now. Can anyone confirm this? Thank you. Or did you change your location?

Negative experience: Takes kids out driving with minimal preparation. Barely teaches content unless asked and goes off topic a lot. Prioritizes being funny over actually teaching content. Refuses to compromise with kids and see them as individuals and is only out for the money.

Positive experience: There was a long wait because of the first come first serve. Man was very nice and helpful, would recommend for drivers test !!!

Negative experience: So unprofessional and unorganized. They have one person running everything and tiny offic space overfilled with kids and the man, Milton can barely see out his eyes and does not even remember what he says to you. Waste of money and time.

Negative experience: My experience with the road test was not a good one. When you walk in there a sign on the door out on a test be back soon. We sat an hour and when they returned, they never acknowledged anyone. I was unaware there was a form to fill out because as I said when I arrived they were gone and the office door was locked. Long story short we sat there from 11:00 to 2:30 pm before my son got his test done. It would have been nice to post on the door that you must fill out a form and then the smart thing to do is leave extra forms in the waiting room. Luckily my son passed his test but if he had not I would have went to a different place to do his road test. Very unprofessional here. Quite a few people left out of frustration from waiting!

Fantastic experience: I took my test 9/24/16 maybe as some I was very nervous but my instructor reinsured me that I would do good she told me to calm down take my time the test was 45 minutes I would recommend this place

Negative experience: It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I called to get information on scheduling my road test and the employee answered the phone with a very nasty and displeasing attitude. Although he gave me the information I needed, I was very disappointed in how he handle the phone call. Not only was it unprofessional but it was very disrespectful. After he gave me the information I needed, he hung up on me while I was still in the middle of my sentence. So of course, I called back to inform him I did not like his attitude or how he handle the situation. I also told him I did not appreciate the fact that he hung the phone up on me while I was still speaking. After confronting him about these things, the attitude actually worsen he began to talk to me in a sarcastic manner. Not to mention this really got under my skin. So that begin said I asked to talk to his manager or supervisor. I'm guessing he did not like the idea of me talking to his manager/supervisor so he hangs up on me for a second time. I called back several times and he just ignores my phone call. In conclusion this was just a very dissatisfying customer service experience. I refuse to do business here, I would rather continue to live without my license and I am 21 years old. I just wish you guys could hear the conversation we had. I would not wish this upon anyone. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the sign up, expectations set and the driving testing process. The wait time was not too long at all. There were instructions provided at the initial signup were quite clear that my son would be driving with others who preceded him. The owner and tester was very professional, went through all of the proper steps, questions and other requirements for my son and as a result, he passed and currently drives great. Thank you Apple Tree Driving School!

Fantastic experience: My son loved it, he learned a lot about driving and driving laws.

Negative experience: Myself and four other people have been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for someone to show up and administer a road test. One woman has been sitting here for nearly two hours. There is no way to make an appointment and no one in the office. Alpine Driving school, the school located upstairs, indicated that this is not unusual. We have all decided to leave and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.
