Negative experience: Rescheduled our road test on the 28th of May for today at 11:00 then we get called at 8:00 this morning getting told she made a mistake and we're not going to be able to do your son's driving test today and then gets nasty at us because we asked her to send him out and she Point Blank told her she wasn't going to send the the instructor out for one road test after taking our money ain't got nasty with us and told us basically it is what it is I advised not to go through them and when you ask to talk to the owner they make up excuses why you can't talk to him Update as of today September 8th we I still haven't received our money back

Fantastic experience: My 15 year old daughter took her driving test with Brian Moore at Kars. He is a very nice gentleman. He explained all instructions well and was very helpful with the few questions we had. I would recommend Brian to take a driving road test with. Great experience!

Negative experience: I paid 85$ for my son to test through this company. He tested with Brian and was failed because Brian counted the car moving after my son honked to indicate he was done, more than once. He also had the cones not properly spaced so my son ended up hitting one and of course it was counted against him. When I asked if my son was able to get a retake, I was told not without paying another 85$! I refuse to use this man’s service, he’s a ripoff.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke! Brian is not interested in teaching a child anything and will fail them for a single mistake! I read the reviews about Brian failing people just to make more money and I should have listened! This man has no business working with children! I will never recommend this place to anyone.I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Negative experience: Took a test with them last year and had a rude instructor, also have called three times and left two messages with no returned call in the last week.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both passed our road test through Brian Moore , he is so patient and kind I was so nervous but felt comfortable with him being so friendly ,we would highly recommend him he is a great instructor.

Fantastic experience: Brian was my instructor this afternoon and he explained everything really well and answered all of my questions in a way that I understood! He was calm and friendly which helped ease my nerves and pass my test!

Negative experience: Brian is a complete nut job. He does not even know how to tell the color of a traffic light.

Negative experience: Have been trying to reach someone for weeks now. We have been calling, leaving messages, etc. Still unable to reach anyone. Is there another number that can be provided?!?

Negative experience: Not understanding why I cannot get in touch with anyone either phone or Facebook. Can someone help please. My son's Instructor is also not responding

Fantastic experience: Brian was my instructor this morning, and he explained everything thoroughly to me, and needless to say I passed my road test! :) I highly recommend him! Thank you, so much Brian Moore! You were a wonderful instructor!

Negative experience: Took my money 2 months in advance then canceled 3 days before class was going to start.

Negative experience: We have one Document missing they did not give us any time to try to get and now they want $75 more to take the test, I think it should be half of that for missing documents.

Fantastic experience: I had so much nervousness and anxiety leading up to this test. I drove with Brian Moore and he explained everything very thoroughly, which helped me so much. I'm thankful that he was the person I tested with. He was calm, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

Negative experience: Had appointment at 12:30 even confirmed on phone. Drove 20 minutes to appointment only to be told that someone else had our spot. Trying to call and get our money back and no one answers phone.

Negative experience: VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! Arrived for road test and was told that parent must ride along though the State website says otherwise. Was not told this when I registered to take the test. This information is also not on their website either! Could not take the test due to my siblings could not be in the car. Was told I have to pay again

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience for my daughters driving test, she was extremely nervous but the instructor was very helpful in keepi her calm and the whole experience was great.

Negative experience: Took a test today. Brian moore was the tester. I failed because he did not score parallel parking correctly. According to the Michigan driving skills test study guide, you do not move the car after you are done. You get graded in the exact spot you are at when you honk the horn to signal that you are done. Well Mr. Moore had me pull forward not once but TWICE. instead of getting a total of one point off for being out of the spot (this is exactly what the book says) I got 4 points off. To top it off, the space was too small. I didn't measure it, but it was clearly smaller than one vehicle length + 6 feet. When counting off the points after I was done he had an attitude, and came off as rather rude at the end. We still had to pay the full 75$ even though we never did any driving. The whole ordeal lasted only 15 minutes. At the caro driving test it only costs 50$, and you only pay 35$ if you fail. Do not go here if you want to pass. It is a ripoff and a waste of time.

Negative experience: Poor communication & response to questions via phone or email. Charges for proof of passing the stages of training when they provided the training in the first place. I question why they charged $15 to print a paper record that they already have on their computer to verify training for themselves for their student.

Fantastic experience: Brian Moore was my daughter’s road test instructor. Because she is 18, I was only able to observe her parking lot test. He explained what he needed her to do very well, and made sure she understood his directions. At the end of her road test, he allowed me to listen in while he gave her a few tips and reminders (blind spot lane changes). She told me he was very nice while they were out driving. Overall, he was extremely personable and professional and I am so glad we chose this place for my daughter’s parking/road test!

Fantastic experience: Brian did my son's driving test and he was fantastic. He was very clear with instructions. He was friendly and helped to calm my son's nerves. I was very impressed. My older son had his driving test elsewhere and Kars was far superior. Scheduling the appointment was also easy. They were very quick to get back to me and even with a bit of phone tag we were able to get a test scheduled quickly which I would not have thought possible in this COVID-19 world. I highly recommend Brian and Kars Driver Training and Testing.

Fantastic experience: The instructor was awesome. He was patient and really took his time with the students to ensure they had a good concept of the materials as well as the driving time. Very accommodating with scheduals also. Highly reccomend them over any other driving school in the area!
