Fantastic experience: I enjoyed driving with Ms. Cassandra at the Livonia location. Very easy going and gives great constructive feedback.

Fantastic experience: I had Cassandra as my teacher and she was very kind and a great instructor!

Negative experience: Incredibly hard to schedule anything. Teachers don't teach, simply reading off of slides.

Negative experience: My driving instructor was Kai and she was the worst. She was so rude to me and yelled at me multiple times when it was her fault the instructions were unclear. She would tell me to speed up when there was a yellow ahead and then yell at me for hitting the brakes too fast. Her instructions were very unclear and she had a very short temper. She needs to talk louder so I can properly communicate with her because all I would hear is mumbling. I hate this place so much please talk to her about it. I appreciate her jokes to try and lighten the mood but my experience was terrible. Don't schedule her as your instructor you will regret it.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Mr.germony WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! EACH CLASS!! The only good part about this experience was me doing my drives. They make u pay 30$ for a class that u WERE IN!! I also was locked in the Livonia building BY MYSELF for 15 mins after taking my permit test & I called to try to get help & I got hung up on. Please spend your money some else where!!

Negative experience: For almost 500 bucks EVERYTHING about this school is AWFUL , had to reschedule my segment 1 test THREE times because the instructor didn’t show. They also make it very difficult to schedule drives .Save your money and don’t register for this school

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Tulip was a good teacher, explained things effectively and was very friendly.

Negative experience: Mrs.Tulip was very nice and kind but my overall experience was very bad I couldn’t schedule any drives and I need 3 to take my test. Every time me or my mom called and ask for the manger or ceo they took our number and said they call back and never did this happens constantly for weeks and it was very frustrating

Positive experience: I had Mrs. Tulip, she is an amazing teacher that helps you through everything. She goes through the information at a pace that works well for the students. While i cant speak for everyone else in my class, Mrs. Tulip was easy to work with and was willing to answer questions as needed. She brings life and energy into our class and she made sure we were all comfortable with being in class. This class paired with this teacher made 11 days go by easily while maintaining our focus and helping us learn. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Tulip!

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about driving school and how it would go. However, from the first day to the last, Ms.Tulip has been such a kind and wonderful person! I’m so glad she was the one who taught me because I feel more confident going into driving and make the roads safer for myself and others! :)

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. My daughters female driving instructor was slapping her and another student in the car whenever they did something wrong on their first drive. CEO was impossible to talk to and he allowed the driving instructor to continue to drive other students even during the investigation. I was lied to several times by this company. Online instructor was a complete waste of time and did not teach properly. Will not be doing segment 2 with them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Fantastic experience: Official driving school made driving a fun experience and allowed me to learn well in an organized way. Mrs. Palmer was amazing! She explained everything really well and made the class so fun. Driving class wouldn't be the same without her.

Fantastic experience: Loved Mr. Price, he is a wonderful teacher. You can tell he really has a great passion keeping each and every student safe, and making a solid foundation for each student. He makes sure the student understands each lesson while keeping the students engaged and keeping a positive atmosphere in the classroom.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor, lots of fun to drive with, just ask questions and keep up a good conversation and it’ll go by quick! I had Sylvia Sky.

Fantastic experience: I did in person learning here as well as my drives with John Turner. He was a fantastic instructor and made driving seem less scary and helped improved my driving skills a ton. I would highly recommend taking drivers education here.

Positive experience: We had an overall positive experience with this driving school. We took virtual lessons and in person drive time. If you are doing virtual lessons, you need to remember to be online EARLY because after 5 minutes late you cannot join the class, and you are only allowed 2 make up classes! We did mess that up once and had to reschedule. Fortunately, rescheduling was pretty easy. Just a phone call and it was all set. Overall the driving instructors were excellent! We LOVED Mr. Price and Jonathan. My daughter was VERY nervous about driving and both these instructors not only helped her learn to drive, but also increased her confidence! Having said all these nice things... I will say that Gwendolyn was a terrible driving instructor. My daughter was in tears after her drive with her! Gwendolyn is the sole reason this isn't a 5 star rating.

Negative experience: We had some great instructors (Johnathan was excellent), however, LACK OF INFORMATION is a major issue with this school. It is a confusing process, you can't get ANYONE on the phone to answer questions, when you do get someone on the phone they seem very uninformed as to how to help customers and seem annoyed that you called. The school is entirely online and there were tech issues with some of the classes like not being able to get into zoom calls. Driving school is a NEW thing for parents and teens, we don't already know how the process works without getting the information from the school we are paying $500 to. Would not recommend this school.

Negative experience: My instructor, Robin, was giving kids in class the wrong information, most likely because she didn't understand the questions they were asking. On top of it I was present for the first segment 2 class but was marked absent despite the recording showing me being present the entire time. Had to call to fix that. On the day of my Segment 1 test the proctor was 30 minutes late and the woman watching us let us look at the test questions with our phones out for a good 10 minutes. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Fantastic experience: This experience was honestly great. I learned so much in such a few weeks. When I first started this course I was kind of nervous, but from doing the course I definitely gained some confidence. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I just finished Segment 1 with the school. Overall they were somewhat nice, but the school doesn't open many appointments for you to drive on their website. They also aren't very organized when it comes to paperwork or important dates, so if you decide to use the school, you have to be persistent to get things done. I had a good experience at the school since the staff who helped me were pretty nice and my family was persistent. I luckily got to finish everything I needed before my class ended.

Negative experience: was completely missed informed that classes were online so now i had to reschedule my very first session. the one person was at the building was clueless and couldn’t help at all until someone who came back after a drive could have this guy named David call us. he said its been online for over 8 months now. basically told us its our fault because no one was there, we somehow should’ve known, but even if i tried entering the zoom the email you get states that if youre late you wouldnt be let in. if its online only why send an email for information for in person and online? i got a text saying “classroom session” not “classroom zoom session” there is a big difference. dont bother calling because no one will answer. if you need a sign to follow these reviews that you shouldnt try going here, please take it.

Negative experience: Clearly not a great driving school!! Driving in a neighborhood, the instructor let the student driver come less than a foot away from our infant in a stroller going at least 15-20 mph!!! We had to pull her completely off the road. TEACH THE STUDENT TO WAIT FOR THE OTHER CAR TO GO BY THEN GO!!

Negative experience: Never sign up for this class! I have been done with all of my class time for over a month, passed the written test, and have logged all of my driving hours and I still don’t have my certificate of completion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Negative experience: No one ever answers the phone, and no one ever emails you back: My son is a student and i have questions for the school and no one knows how to answer the phone or email. Very unhappy with this place.
