Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the level of instructions my teenager received. The course was easy to sign up for and the program was well taught. I would recommend Drive Smart Georgia to anyone who has a child looking to learn how to drive.

Negative experience: Don't ever send your child here if you want driving lessons. The price for a single driving lesson is not only ridiculous, but several instructors vary in the "tips" that they give students, which are often counted as wrong on the exam. I have seen kids driving while their instructors are on their phones... Not only that, but the elderly white man at the entrance (I believe his name is Larry Berger) is racist and often refuses to elaborate on exam procedure or instruction. Lastly, it doesn't help that the majority of the staff are incredibly unprofessional and refuse to help make-up sessions. TAKE YOUR TIME ELSEWHERE.

Negative experience: Horrendous experience! The most ignorantly self assertive and racist elderly Caucasian man and woman receptionists (or examinar? Who knows, master of none at this day and age). Refused to even start the test based on a 5 minutes encounter judgement upon arrival, decided the road test taker’s skills of interpretation with zero evidence. Incredibly rude and lack of understanding, reluctant respondent attitude to even answer relevant questions. Bizarre and pathetic little place

Negative experience: Honestly pretty disappointed considering how much this costs. The in person class was great but the actual driving lessons were not. I had 3 different instructors tell me 3 different answers to a question and they were all wrong. (according to the guy that gives you the test).

Fantastic experience: I was so scared of driving so I decided to pay for driving school. 100% recommended, not only are they awesome but very patience. Got my drivers license after my last road test lesson.

Negative experience: The instructors are good but... They sell much more than they can deliver. It's very difficult to make an appointment. You have to call someone just as the schedule opens to book it. This has been remarkably frustrating and it's delaying obtaining a license for my son.

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving school, and a very good driving instructor James Panto. I took a 2 hour refresher course and a road test and the overall experience was awesome. I was an anxious new driver and was worried until I took the 2 hour refresher course. The instructor is a calm composed and taught me tips and tricks in parallel parking and other parking maneuvers. He also guided me on driving on roads especially turning left and right. I would say this is the place to go if you have doubts with your driving skill. They will teach you and make you a better driver.

Fantastic experience: Have had two kids go through their course and testing. I've been more confident with them driving knowing the staff here has done a great job and the are engaging with their students which makes the learning sink in better. Highly recommend Drive Smart.

Fantastic experience: I recently signed my son up for a driving course. While he has not yet begun the driving portion, he finds the written materials easy to understand and helpful. The staff have been courteous and quite helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns during the enrollment process.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have used Drive Smart for our up and rising drivers. The classes and instructors and staff have been very help and accomodating. I love that they can take their road test in the same cars they do the behind the wheel in with the instructors, not to mention the discount you get through insurnace by doing their program. I am extremly satisfied with this program/company and I need to give a special shout out to Janelle, she remember my daugher going through the program 2 years ago and was very helpful this go round with driver 2!!

Negative experience: I wish there are ways for negative starts .. called them today and basically the lady told me we are not offering any service and only service they offer is driver ed and nothing else. Very frustrating I am not sure if they are closing there doors for ever. It will be a good thing as they are frustrating,

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the most professional driving school! My nephew has attended class and completed his driving sessions. He will be taking his road test soon. In car lessons are in high demand because of the great reputation of this school. Sign up early, don't wait until the last minute to get your child enrolled.

Negative experience: My daughter took her drivers ed class in June. It is now September. I still have not been able to get her signed up for even one of her driving lessons. Extremely frustrating. Would stay far away from Drive Smart and find another school.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor by not signing up with this school . They have a pretty frustrating process of signing up for driving lessons and offer no help to a frustrated customer. Would be nice to be at least be patient and polite. I' m so annoyed to have wasted my money at this place. I was given no help at all despite noticing my frustration with the scheduling, rather was asked to wait and then call up if I could not schedule. Would be nice to go out of your way to help a customer who has already wasted enough time already. Running a business requires some patience and the ability to help!! Maybe they need some customer ed training ! Update .best part..even after a review no one has contacted me to fix the issue...so they don't care beacuse they got their money already and don't need customers!

Negative experience: Pretty awful. Do not sign up with these people if you actually expect to be able to utilize their services. Terrible communication, a very big waste of time and energy.
