Negative experience: Had a friend spend a bunch of money for a 2 hour drive. Philip was his instructor. Only got 40 minutes of driving time. He asked to practice more and the instructor said no because, essentially said he was pretty bad. Complete waste of time. If you’re starting out new, don’t go here for lessons.they just don’t want to work with you.

Fantastic experience: My son took the classes and mentioned that it was extremely helpful and patient. He enjoyed it very much. Good people!! Highly recommended !

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jack’s Driving School enough! The whole process was incredibly easy and fast, making everything stress-free for both me and my daughter. Her instructors, Dave and Pat, were fantastic — patient, professional, and made learning to drive enjoyable. My daughter felt confident behind the wheel and just passed her driver’s license test on the first try! We’re so grateful for the excellent experience. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient driving school, definitely choose Jack’s!

Fantastic experience: Perfect school for learning to drive. I would say that all instructors were professionals. My son passed his driving test and got his driver's license. I suggest to everyone The Jacks Driving School.

Fantastic experience: There is a new owner now and he is very kind, thorough, and prepared. He was prepared to answer any questions and addressed any concerns we had. He also was reasonable and he runs the business very well. I am going to start the in car classes in September and will update the review then. 7/7/21 It is 4/5/22 I have been driving safely since October and passed my tests the first try. The teachers know what they are doing and are super knowledgeable and helpful. They aren’t afraid of constructive criticism which I feel is important in a driving school. It was worth the money and I feel confident in my driving skills.

Fantastic experience: Really nice people! Super informative and let you learn from you mistakes instead of interrogating you about what you did wrong. I recommend John or Tom, both great people and make good conversations!

Fantastic experience: Hebert is a amazing instructor. He was very calm and instructed me throughout the practice. He would inform you how to do it and would give you help if you needed it.

Positive experience: If your want a good Instructor request TOM he does drives in the morning and isn’t a cranky old man. Tom also gives very helpful and informative feedback.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero, I would. Please do NOT subject yourself or a family member to these terrible driving instructors. The 2 in car instructors my student had were best described as mean, cranky old men. They had zero patience and rather than be helpful, they made insulting, demeaning comments to her every driving experience. These are horrible people. My student is a good person and did not deserve this. Shame on them. Please stay away from these terrible human beings.

Fantastic experience: They follow the State of Ohio rules if you can't do use them nut if you can they did a great job with my entire family

Negative experience: Terrible driving "instructors". Do not use thus cut rate school!!! My daughter has failed the driving test twice now! Should have gone to Bicks driving school!!!

Fantastic experience: Classes were very available and easy. Very good instructiors who care and great in car drivers. I STRONGLY recommend going to Jack’s if you want a great driving school experience.

Fantastic experience: My daughter did online classroom training and then only needed the in car sessions scheduled. Jacks Driving School got her set up with convenient times immediately. She had 4 different in-car instructors, and each one offered great tips, advice, (especially with maneurerability) that helped her get a perfect score on her driving test. Thank you Jacks Driving school!

Negative experience: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCHOOL. Refused to deliver the in car driving lessons I paid for and would not issue a refund or credit. Extremely inflexible. Not at all customer focused. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable school.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and son went through this driving school and we were grateful for the flexible class and driving schedules. They learned a lot during their time in class and driving. They would have never passed maneuverability without them!!!

Fantastic experience: Flexible class times, cheapest tuition in the area, and very good instruction. Students can even borrow cones to practice on their own time before testing.
