Fantastic experience: Mr. Heriberto Perez is just a phenomenal instructor who truly represents the epitome of safe driving on the road. From his constant helpful suggestions pointing out small road laws and signs to giving run thrus of the routes they use on the test, this instructor is amazing. After driving with him my driving ability and habits changed from aggressive and sudden to complete smooth safe driving it felt like the car was never moving in the first place. Afterward we traversed a winding road which taught me how to manage my speed which handling numerous turns. Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with instructors at Pass Guarantee Driving School. Dongpei is a relatively new instructor at pass guarantee but he has a lot of experience. He is punctual, very patient, works with students relentlessly on their weak areas and answers all the questions. I had a couple of classes with him and passed my test!

I felt that esp. during my driving exam, he was so patient to wait for me to go through the whole process eventhough there’s a long line and it took us >1hr of waiting for me to finally do the road test. I opted for the VIP package, a bit expensive but 100% worth the investment. Heaven was very kind and professional at the same time. She worked around my schedule when i had a sick toddler at home or i had dr's appointments. I like the part where we get to drive with different instructors with different cars and every instructor has something to teach you. Heriberto is the best. He has a lot of patience, practical knowledge and will give you smart tips to drive safely and smartly. I had some issues with my documents at dmv Stoneridge and Heriberto handled that in a very professional way. Chris is next. He will boost your confidence, prepare you for the 1st round with dmv test takers( where they ask you questions). I cleared mine in 1st attempt. I have been looking for driving school in Livermore but due to pandemic driving school have either closed their branch in Livermore or were not able to accommodate me due to their previous commitments. I am so glad that I found this driving school in Pleasanton and decided to join it. I am so thankful to Heaven who scheduled my training class according to my needs. I am also greatful to Chris, Kristy and especially Rehan for preparing for my test. Thank you, Rehan for taking out time from your busy schedule to prepare and motivate on my test day and the result I Passed. Negative experience: My Experience: -Increased pricing without notice -Didn't show up on time or at all -Difficult to reach on phone - Delayed in providing certificate I signed my daughter up for lessons at Pass Guarantee. After setting up the first lesson, the school called back and said they needed to (and had) charged my credit card more since I was in Pleasanton. The first lesson went well. The instructor showed up 2 hours late for the second lesson, and the school didn't return our calls on when the driver was to show up. The instructor did not show up at all for the scheduled 3rd lesson, and again we had to reschedule. The instructor was 20 minutes late for the rescheduled 3rd lesson. Finally, the certificate for completion of the lessons was not delivered on time although they did finally deliver it two days after they stated they would. I would strongly suggest avoiding Pass Guarantee.
