Fantastic experience: It was everything I hoped it would be. Making a car slide is cool, but driving out of a slide at speed, in full control, is WAY cooler. This is vehicle manipluation in way that can only be done here at Team O'Neill. What an insaley spectacular week.

Fantastic experience: I did the 5 day course a couple of years ago, and not only was it the most fun I have ever had, it turned out to be a great investment! I have been practicing what they taught us since then, and when a minivan failed to yield while I was driving one of our very expensive speciality vehicles, I was able to use the weight transfer techniques they taught us to safely avoid it! Prior to taking their course, I would have likely understeered and hit the vehicle, costing us several times what I paid for the course. Thanks Team O'Neil!

Fantastic experience: The instructors, roads, and cars are awesome. Go for the full 5 days. The driving gets very real after day 3. If necessary, rob a bank. It’s worth it. Special thanks to Tyler, Drew, JB, Brent, and Karl.

Fantastic experience: Attended the 2-day course for Rally. Instructors were all great, cars were all well maintained (which is saying something…beginners like me are not kind to them despite best intentions.) This was a “once in a lifetime” kind of splurge for me before I went. Now I am finding ways to save my milk money for another visit. Everyone there wants to be there, students and staff alike. One thing I noticed is students who came in with on track experience had already set expectations of themselves for performance. This mindset made it hard for them to enjoy themselves. Regardless of you’re past I urge folks to come in as a blank slate. You will fight less and laugh more. If you have the means and the time, send it. If you don’t (like me) find a way to make it happen for yourself. It’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who loves driving to attend the drift school. As a track enthusiast, I wanted to master car-control and learn how to drift. Who doesn’t love smoking tires sideways?! The course isn’t just an experience, it’s a learning tool. I went from not knowing how to save oversteer to initiating drifts at will, continuously drifting around a skidpad, transitioning between left-and-right turns, and even left-foot braking to control the skids. The instructors are fantastic - they are DEDICATED to making you better and their tutelage is worth its weight in gold. Don’t think about it, just do it!

Fantastic experience: They say that rally schooling saves you money because if you're about to crash, you can at least try and save the car (and yourself). This could not be more true for me. About a month after completing the 2 day school, which included an accident avoidance course, I successfully dodged a deer that ran into the road. I had very little time to react, but through the practice and instruction I received, the training kicked in and I avoided the deer AND saved our half ton van. These folks are extremely good at what they do - coaching you in a low risk environment and getting you to do and understand things with a car that you haven't experienced before. My particular class had students of all stripes including Australians on holiday, a current rally driver, and even a nice local veterinarian who heard all about this school and wanted to try it out for herself! Absolutely everyone learned how to get the cars sideways by the end of day 1

Fantastic experience: Attended the 2-day Tarmac Rally camp, and it was fantastic! Learned some new skills, and true vehicle limits and capabilities, as well as my own. It was exhilarating, scary at times- but in a good way (like a rollercoaster ride), humbling, and just an all-around amazing experience. I wish it was 3 days long so I could have improved upon a couple skills, but overall it was a great time! Instructors were excellent- highly knowledgeable, patient, friendly and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The rally driving course is very well planned with learning from knowledge in the class and demonstration by the instructors from Day 1 to Day 5. The Instructors are expert drivers and excellent at teaching and coaching. My son and I learned a ton about FWD,RWD and AWD vehicle operations at high speed. The course was prepared in stages becoming more competitive as we learned to drive more proficiently. We were informed that this is hard work and it is but of course a blast. We came away very happy and a lot more confident. It is hard work so get to bed early. We stayed at the Chandler in Bethlehem but next time would stay in Littleton. Book early. Great Instructors. Great management. Great school. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: If you are interested in getting out of your comfort zone, going fast on the edge of losing control, getting a car sideways, improving your driving skills, braking hard and accelerating quickly - the Team O'Neil rally school is for you! The staff was great, engaging and knowledgeable; the cars are theirs (!), the class room instruction was sound. You might not be planning to take part in a rally anytime soon, but getting sideways and left foot braking is kind of addictive - in a good way! And, Ken Block trained here when he was just starting out in rally - so the legacy runs deep! I stayed in Littleton which is an idyllic New England/New Hampshire town complete with down town shops, restaurants, brew pubs, and river walk. Stay at Thayer's Inn, which is right in the heart of down town - expect rooms and charm of an old building- check the hot water on your shower - mine did not work, but they moved me to a much better room.

Fantastic experience: It had been a lifetime dream to learn to drift properly and safely. Tem O'Neil made it happen for me. It was AWESOME! The cars and the crew were excellent. I learned a lot and had tons of fun. It's not easy. Takes skill and practice. I highly recommend the Team O'Neil Drift school.

Fantastic experience: I went to the three day rally school with my brothers. We had such a good time and they learned a ton about how to handle a car in very slick conditions. I think they both left the school much, much better drivers and we an absolute blast doing it. Strongly recommend this school to anyone who likes cars, or would like to become a much better driver in slick conditions. If you like rally, this is the first step to getting behind the wheel of a real rally car.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. The 3 day Rally school was not easy but I left with a feeling of accomplishment and some fun stories. The instructors are amazing, patient and fun. If you like cars and driving I strongly recommend this organization.

Fantastic experience: I came to Team O'Neil to try and learn how to drive in different terrain in hopes of improving my time on the pavement race track. I went to the 4 day Rally School in January and learned how to drive on ice. I figured if I could drive on the ice well, then the grip would be easy! My first time on the race track was about a month after rally school and I shaved 6 seconds off my fastest track time. Needless to say, what I learned transferred over and I am very thankful for all that I learned. If you are thinking about it, just do it. Worth every penny, and its super fun too!

Fantastic experience: Before I go into the details - if you’re considering going, just do it. I’m a newer driving instructor for a large automotive company and went into this with pretty good high grip/track driving skills. I attended the 5 day Rally school in November when there was a constantly changing mix of snow, ice, dry dirt, mud, and slush. This was humbling and made me a WAY better driver. Rally is a discipline of driving that removes a lot of your reliance on perfect visibility (blind turns, crests, precipitation, etc.). This challenged the fundamentals of my driving skills by increasing the complexity of situations. By the end of the week my reflexes and understanding of how to fix high speed mistakes (yes, mistakes happen in a sport with such complexity) were significantly elevated. The staff is talented and fostered a great learning environment. There was always encouragement to try new ways of pushing the limits of my driving and expand the application of new techniques. The communication style was clear and detailed enough to suit even the newest of drivers, if needed. On the administration side, their management is passionate about rally and work to continually expand the Team O’Neil value to customer. The vehicles are perfect learning tools that are able to take the abuse of new rally drivers. Don’t expect brand new cars - that is not a pragmatic way to build a fleet of cars for skill-focused training. These are instead a great mix of FWD, RWD, and AWD cars that allow for driver adaptation to various mass, drivetrain, and overall feel. The maintenance is meticulous and they all drive quite well! The location is a big plus, too. NH is beautiful all year. Most importantly, the elevation change and purpose built courses allow you to learn in an environment that actually reflects rally driving.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic course. Great instructors. Tons of fun. You learn and have a lot of fun. I highly recommend it to everyone. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a learning course, and not just an experience. After the first humble moments, you realize how much you can control the car.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to even describe something like Team O'Neil. Depending on how deep you want to go into rally and car control technics, Team O'Neil is there to support you and help you build your skills and break those habits. This isn't something you're going to just show up and be ripping through the woods. You're going to start out with a pretty wimpy Ford Fiesta, but it's to make sure that you are getting the most out of the car, and not using power to hid mistakes or inefficiencies. Soon enough on day three you're going to be driving a simple road loop and potentially getting a bit of air over a crest. This is as far as I have gone so far, but hopefully I will be able to return to complete the full five day course. You'll be working swapping cars and instructors often which keeps you from getting too comfortable with any one car, and forcing you to be able to adjust to variations. The instructors are all very skillful and patient. If you are serious about trying to get into rally or just better car control, this is probably what you're looking for. I would personally suggest bringing either a 360 cam or two gopros (or both) so you can record your inputs and out the windshield at the same time

Fantastic experience: Okay. It took me 7 weeks to write this review because I was still buzzing from the excitement. My son and I originally booked 4 days and at the lunch break of day 3, I extended our stay one more day and I'm glad I did. What can I say about the program at O'Neil? First, the people are GREAT. All the instructors were very, very nice, very knowledgeable and we were always very safe. The cars were awesome and exactly what we needed to learn and grow as the week went along. I've already thought about coming back for the winter driving school. Yeah, I know. Blah, blah, blah......accelerate!!!! Thanks O'Neils!!

Fantastic experience: The 5-day rally school was probably the best experience I’ve ever had! All the instructors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I feel like a much better and safer driver after the course! Jamie who’s the lead drift instructor came and helped out on the last day of the rally course; he’s without a doubt one of the most amazing drivers I’ve ever seen and that’s saying something since every instructor there is extremely talented!

Fantastic experience: Had an incredible time with the 4 Day Rally Driving program. Definitely wish I could have stayed longer. The facility and instructors were excellent and was able to improve my low traction car handling skills while grinning from ear to ear. Hope to make it back for a private lesson one day.

Fantastic experience: I did the drifting school with Team O'Neil. The instructors were very knowledgable, patient, and fun. Special shout out to Jamie who spends time observing how people learn, and adapting his teaching style to how students will best learn. They all work at each individual student's pace, knowing when to simplify and when to add complexity. The set up is nice. There are multiple types of cars, and the instructors encouraged us to cycle through and try them all to make sure we can transfer our skills from one to another. Helmets, Indoor bathrooms, plenty of water, and shade. Food from local restaurants was good. Quick classroom sessions to understand the theory, with a lot of time in the cars putting theory into practice.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing 3 day rally program with my friends at Team O'Neill. Instruction was solid, and who knew you could have that much fun in a Ford Fiesta for starters! Amazing location, good people, solid program, and Littleton is a great town for a good dinner after you finish for the day.

Fantastic experience: My wife treated me to this for my 60th birthday! Absolutely best gift ever! After about 2 hours of instruction, I was strapped in a ford festiva going sideways on a dirt circle giggling like a little kid. I learned so much that day and hope to go back for more days! The crew was great, they made sure everyone had fun and adjusted to each persons abilities. I would recommend this to anyone, you don't have to be a "driver" just a person who wants an adventure!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience at Team O'Neil! I did the 5-day rally school and left deeply impressed with the course content, instructors, facilities and location. This is clearly a labor of love by true enthisiasts who want everyone to love rally driving/racing as much as they do. Fantastic experience: The 5 day Team O’Neil Rally school was Amazing! From the curriculum to the staff, this school is run like a well oiled machine! I now realize the effort that it takes to keep Team O’Neil running. This effort fully justifies the cost, it takes a lot of work to keep this school and the cars going! I learned so much and had so much fun! An added bonus is the friends that I made while at the school. I would highly recommend Team O’Neil if you want to learn the art of Rally racing!!

Fantastic experience: We only took 2-day class, but we all are surely considering taking more. The experience was great and very humbling. It is in no means a 'showcase' experience - they really do put work into making sure you learn not just 'how', but also 'why'. In first two days we spent most of the time with Fiestas and got WRXs at the end of second day. I totally agree with such choice - Fiestas are basic cars that provide the most valuable learning. You have to make sure you do things right, otherwise it just doesn't work. WRXs are basically point and shoot - they forgive most of the mistakes and it is very easy to have fun in those without actually learning anything. If I can recommend anything to the school, that would be to have 1 instructor+car per student. It would increase the cost, but it would probably increase the seat time enough to offset for that.

Fantastic experience: After years of autocross and track days I decided this would pose a new challenge and potentially a new set of skills.....boy did I underestimate how much I would learn. Each of the instructors were great...thorough, practical, easy to understand directions. Facility is well equipped and the exercises are deliberate, thought-out and progressive...so skills develop in a logical pattern. Can't emphasize enough just how much you will learn from this group....even if you think you know car control......tempted to do it again...in the snow. Thanks again guys.

Fantastic experience: Absolute time of my life during their 5 day school. We all went from literally not being able to drive in a circle on ice to really hustling through actual stage sections by day 5. The e30s on ice here should be a bucket list item for any gear head looking to take their driving to the next level.

Fantastic experience: The instructors really know what they're talking about. The entire experience was amazing and a lot of fun! Going through the class tough me more then I ever did in driver's ed for sure. If you want to know everything about driving in New England conditions, how to be safe in the road during winter's up north, and basic auto upkeep, go to Team O'Neil.

Fantastic experience: If you want a "REAL" rally experience with REAL rally roads, go to Team O'Niel Rally School. If you want to run around in a parking lot, go to the competitions school. At our test day at Team O'Neil, I had never jumped or pushed my car to the limit than any other stage road I've been on. What an awesome place, CAN"T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!!!!

Great planning, wonderful atmosphere ... people say, In order to have better life you should lower your expectations... NOT here , built yours to the sky, they will surprise you!

Fantastic experience: Over the Top! My time during the 1day rally car experience left me frothing at the mouth for more trail braking and scandinavian flicks (and I'm not even rabid) . During the day I trained with no less than 8 different instructors - this ensured a variety of techniques to train 5 core skills. All of them gave constant constructive criticism and positive reinforcement - what I was doing right, what I was doing wrong. Although I know I will never be a rally car racer, I can't help sizing up every car I see for it's worthiness as a potential rally car! All in all, this was a 'Once in a Lifetime' experience for me - very memorable.

Fantastic experience: I took my wife here for her 30th birthday (my wife is also a car nut :). We had an absolute blast! We have gone back once a year and in our opinion, it is the best money we spend all year. Fantastic experience: Bluebeam software hosted a one day training program at the Team Oneil Rally School where each of us was afforded the opportunity to drive a rally car. This experience was awesome. The instructors were patient and extremely skilled at showing us how to drive front wheel drive rally cars on dirt roads with varying conditions (gravel, dirt and mud). Keeping the steering wheel in a fixed position and holding the throttle at 75% you can actually steer a front wheel drive car on a skid pad using only the brake peddle. The school had the perfect balance of instructor lead classes and hands on fun behind the wheel. I loved the way they kept it fun all day long. I hope I can return someday with my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: As a part of our annual drive up to Mt Washington with our BMW owners group we paid a visit to Team O'Neil Rally School. What a thrilling experience it was! I don't want to fill this review with spoilers, you have to experience it for yourself! I should thank the school's staff for providing us with their hospitality, and I am looking forward to repeat visits in the future!
