Fantastic experience: My experience here was excellent. The process was smooth and well-organized, and everything ran on time. The examiner was professional, calm, and very respectful, which really helped me relax and focus during the test. I truly appreciated how clearly instructions were given—it made the whole experience less stressful. The car provided for the test was in great condition, clean, and very comfortable to drive. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring environment that made taking the road test much easier.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience, first time i failed because i went through a red light which is understandable good thing it’s not super expensive like most of these places. My instructor was Mark he was super helpful very mindful. He was very kind and gave me lessons on when to slow down and how to turn slower. best road test place i’ve been to, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Motor City Road Test! Mark was my examiner yesterday and he was incredibly friendly, punctual, and made me feel at ease right away. Coming from France, I was nervous about taking the driving test in the US, but he explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident. He explain what to avoid and to do on the road but in a very nice way. The test flew by thanks to his calm and positive attitude. Highly recommend this place to anyone taking their road test!

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous paying $70 up front just to make an appointment, because things happen. They said they don't offer any refunds if you miss your appointment or fail to bring the correct documents. Besides that, all of the staff was very professional, and the process was quick. After approximately 45 minutes I had my drivers license. As an owner of Power of Our Voice LLC, I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their driver's license.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for a road test. The staff is very professional, and Mike, in particular, is an excellent examiner. I would recommend avoiding the Hamtramck centers, as they can be a bit unreliable and would make you feel completely loser.

Negative experience: I’m going to come in here and be honest as for 2024. I paid $97 dollars for a road test (that’s including the vehicle they issue) the lady over the phone told me I would be driving in a Honda civic when I get there I’m driving an old Volkswagen. Okay cool. During the beginning of the test we parked I re positioned the car twice and you”re allowed 6 points by the end of the parking test he told me I failed I was so confused. There was no guidance, no humanity don’t go here there are better places that would make you feel secure and value you choosing them.

Fantastic experience: My son just passed his road test under the supervision of Amy. She is a pro! She put him at ease, built his confidence and encouraged him along the way. He passed with flying colors! Thank you Amy for an enjoyable, and thorough testing experience.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly kind and professional instructor. Her instructions were straightforward and as long as you understand and follow the rules of the road, you will pass. Took me less than an hour to finish and pass the drivers test.

Negative experience: The lady fail you for no reason she told me to turn on the left lane and I did and still fail me I didn’t understand

Fantastic experience: I took my road-test today with this company. Amy, who was my instructor makes you feel very comfortable. She explains in detail exactly what's expected. And what is to be expected. Amy allows you to get comfortable with the car ( I used theirs for an additional fee, but worth it). She didn't rush at all, or give the aura of "MOM" being in the passenger seat. The test was easy. It covered everything that youll need when driving in real life. Just make sure you bring all the necessary paperwork. Listen to the instruction. The test was over in about 45 minutes. That included road time. If you Pass you'll receive instruction on how to proceed. If your looking for a place to have a road test done, I highly, highly recommend giving this place a try! Good Luck
