Fantastic experience: I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about this driving school but I called and they told me they weren’t doing any services of driving does anyone when they will start

Fantastic experience: Las trabajadoras de allí muy amables y carismáticas , lo que hace que te sientas en confianza con personas que no conoces . Lo mejor de todo es que es por cita , por tanto no sientes esa presión de que el local esté lleno de personas que no conoces y todos mirando . Yo muy agradecida ☺️ y lo recomiendo al 100 % , ojalá y siempre sigan allí trabajadoras carismáticas y agradables como las que me tocaron a mí en mi examen . Felicidades por el trabajo que desarrollan y por tratar a todos como una gran familia

Negative experience: They have bad customer service.... I made an appointment and when I showed up there was a notice on the door that they did not have service, until the next day. but it's annoying that someone shows up and they don't notify you. and I didn't go to work because of the appointment. I had. That's why I don't recommend that place.

Negative experience: Not feeling good at all for signing my child up for this school. Can't call it a driver's school because they don't teach how to drive. Name should be changed to Chamisa School of driver's instruction. Everyone is nice and courteous but that doesn't matter since I am left to teach my child how to drive and I have not been trained to teach someone how to drive. This is one of the worst decisions I have made. Going to end up having to pay extra for someone to teach my child how to drive. So very disappointed. If your child has no experience at all with driving this is not the school for them.

Fantastic experience: Was there a couple months ago. I believe Melissa helped me out. She gave me the road test, She was very professional and very kind. Very inexpensive and she even helped me schedule a mvd appt. I would recommend Chamisa to anyone.

Fantastic experience: i recently move from NewYork for work and my work requires car, i choose Chamisa driving school to lean basic rules and road practice, i am so happy with the teacher he is very professional and helpful in all manor, encourages me and help me to increase my confidence, The Boss lady is Awesome she help my registration very easy and get me thru, i was the oldest student among the youngsters, i am very happy i got my license following my teacher's instructions, just want to thanks both The boss lady and teacher, You both are awesome i will recommend without a doubt if you out there and want to learn the rules before hit the road, this school is the best in Albuquerque,

Fantastic experience: I could not be more pleased with our experiance at Chamisa!! My little sister was absolutely devastated after her experience at one of the supposed "best and largest" driving schools in albuquerque. When we found Chamisa we were nervous and skeptical of the service we would recieve. We were blown away by the care we recieved here!! Melissa administered both the driving and written motor vehicle test for my sister and her passion for what she does was evident from the get go!! After explaining that she is a former educator it made sense as to why she was able to put an anxiety ridden teen at complete ease!! Not only was this experience amazingly thorough, completely personable, and absolutely educational.... but it was also half the price of the original place we went to!! I would absolutely recommend Chamisa to anyone who wants a quality driving education and not a run of the mill... let me take your $600 but only give you a cookie cutter watered down driving course! Thank you Chamisa!!

She got me in right away for a test drive and when I told her I needed to take the written test at the mvd, she was more then glad to have me take it there so I wouldn’t have to wait hours & deal w./ the stress and anxiety of doing it at the mvd. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: What a difference! My oldest son attended Old School of Driving. My youngest just finished up with Chamisa. NO comparison. It is obvious that the teachers at Chamisa are professional educators. Although they don't have regular day hours (they all teach at schools in ABQ), my phone calls have always been returned in a timely manner. They are flexible and understand the craziness of student schedules. Melissa shared with me that they tend to reserve Sundays as their day off for their own families and I respect that! I also learned that if any driving school has a class that is 2 weeks or less, it's illegal. Report it to the state (Old School). She took her time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions about the Real ID changes.

Negative experience: one of the driving expecters doesnt even teach you to drive he just sits there and expects you to drive and gets extremely mad and is impatient and the other expecter is really nice and patient
