Negative experience: Showed up to my first lesson UNPREPARED he didn’t even have his license on him. Got ghosted by him AFTER paying.

Negative experience: Absolute scam. Do not purchase lessons from here. Paid for 10 class pack, took 1 class, they never showed back up or answered the phone. I have been trying on and off for 6 years to call and reschedule over 100 calls no callbacks.

Fantastic experience: For new drivers and people who are nervous about driving, I highly recommend this driving school. Damon was my instructor, he explained everything in detail, and was very patient. The road test examiners will not provide guidance on parallel parking. I passed the road test with confidence because Damon taught me how to parallel park without hitting the curb in a way that I could remember and use.

Negative experience: Just by reading other people’s reviews, I see that he likes to pick and choose who he wants to give good service too smh. Don’t get me wrong, he was a really good driving instructor but he likes to say things he doesn’t really mean. On my last day of my driving lesson in September/October, he had told me that I was ready for my road test and told me that HE WOULD SCHEDULE MY ROAD TEST FOR ME!! All I had to do was text him my 5hour certificate. I sent him my 5hr certificate and never got a response till this day!!! October went by….November went by….I’ve called him and texted him multiple times and still no response. I had to schedule a road test by myself and rent a car!!! Luckily I passed but this driving school is very unprofessional!! Please be aware on who you book!!

Fantastic experience: I'd researched at least 6 schools by the time I reached this one, and they were the Only 1s who not only got back to me but had decent pricing as well. Prices were reasonable and came with deals and bundles. I'm a nervous driver who needed a lot of brushing up; Damon was very professional and communicative. He was on time for every lesson and dropoff. And, I was even able to catch an earlier road test date, which I passed!

Negative experience: Paid for a lesson that was canceled due to weather. It's been a month since and the school has not rescheduled or refunded me. They never pick up their phone or respond to my texts/emails. The school is always closed! Looking at alot of other reviews on here I would have to agree that this place is a SCAM.

Negative experience: If I could have given zero stars, would have given that. I bought their brush up package, and paid everything upfront. I received one lesson and after that now they don't return pick/return phone calls and don't have any other means of contacting. Pretty much scammed me out.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I implore people to please don't be duped by the calmness the instructor. I paid for myself and my daughter 5 lessons each.I received my lessons,contacted Damon to schedule my road test and I haven't heard from him he has totally disappeared no phone calls no texts absolutely nothing,my daughter has yet to get her last two lessons and scheduled road test.So please be careful.

Positive experience: My daughter did the 10 lesson package due to COVID she was not able to get a road test before school started back in the fall.When she came back home she took 3 more lessons in the fall. The school is not responding when she’s trying to contact the school. Good teachers but the company communication needs work.

Negative experience: Why is it that certain establishments feel comfortable having a poor communication rep meanwhile ya’ll have people’s money but I bet if I asked for my money back I wouldn’t receive it ! I’m not even one to come on the internet to post a review but I DO NOT play about my money ! I would like a FULL REFUND since I have yet to be able to get in touch with anyone !

Negative experience: I just would like to say every review on here is true. Poor communication, does not Tex back unless u Tex them like a maniac , which I did because my daughter paid for lessons and no one showed up, so I rescheduled again no one showed up, now will just call credit card company she paid online let them know this place is a scam you book online and let them no she booked online and no one called or showed up

Positive experience: Communication sucked if i did not call dmv to find out information and inquire I would not know certain things text would go unanswered that I would have to double text did learn a few things but the instructor was very cold

Fantastic experience: Look for mr. Damon he is really good instructor first time when I drove I was so scared but now I am very confident. He gave me good tips. I chose well. Now I m gonna do highway lesson soon. Thank you!

Negative experience: This school is fraud paid the owner 225 dollars he never gave me any lessons and changed the name of his driving school had to contact his associate to get in contact with me . Then he finally reached out to me after I threaten to report his establishment he said he would refund me my money never did now I am taking him to court do not do business with this establishment they are frauds

Negative experience: SCAM BEWARE !!! SCAM BEWARE !!! SCAM BEWARE!!! Denzil driving school deserves -0 star. It’s nothing but a SCAM!!! Paid for the road test and car since February. I cannot schedule an appointment because he doesn’t answer the phone or return my calls if I leave a message. I went to the school on St John’s Ave to get in touch with him but the business is always closed. SCAM BEWARE!!! SCAM BEWARE!!! SCAM BEWARE!!

Fantastic experience: I got my license in March... but I also took my lessons with Andy love him to pieces... but as far as the owner goes this company is not a very big establishment, but when it came to scheduling my appointments I got everyone including short notice appointments an I was great at just calling or texting out the blew for a lesson.

Negative experience: This School is a Scam. I'm on my to small claims court to get my money back. I need a book to tell you what happened. All I'm going to say is they going to scam the wrong person one day.

Negative experience: The owner is unprofessional he never answers his phone . Every time I try to book a lesson I can’t because he never replies back till days later so my lessons aren’t consistent , how am I going to get better ? Do not waste your time or money . There’s no place where you can go inside and even speak to anybody about the situation . This place needs to be reported and taking to court. The owner has no time for the business therefore this business needs to be shut down because he’s playing games and taking peoples money.

Negative experience: I got the 10 class package and it started great. Damon was an excellent teacher. After about 6 lessons, he started cancelling on me and mixing up my lesson times. One day he had his brother do my lesson but didn't tell me, so I had some guy messaging me about the lesson. I tried to get Damon to confirm that it was his brother because I didn't want to get into a car with someone I didn't know. He never answered. Then he mixed up the day for my road test. I tried calling him a few times after that to reschedule and he never answered. I'm done with this driving school.

Negative experience: I wanna start off by saying ANDY IS THE BEST TEACHER EVER and I wish I had all of my classes with him. He is the reason I didn’t give 1 star. 10/2018: My father paid for the golden package. 10 classes + 5 hr class + road test. It’s been about 3 months and I still haven’t finished because THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EVERRRRRRR. And if they do answer they say they’ll call me back because they are in the middle of a driving lesson. How are you in a driving lesson all the time if you never answer my calls to begin with. It should not take me this long to do 10 short classes!!!!!!! 02/2019 Update: Just came back to say it took me about 8 months to do these classes because I had issues contacting the school just to schedule a class. I dialed both numbers, I even went several times to the location and it is always closed. I ended up resorting to texting and calling back to back to get a response days later. I finished all my classes, but I also failed my road test. I will not be taking any more classes with this school. It was not worth the 500 dollars ...

Fantastic experience: Had a very good instructor. Damon really helped me. I felt so relaxed and confident driving. And after only 4 lesson. I passed my road test.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Damon to my friends and family. His calm demeanor, patience and ability to to explain everything to this right-brain personality was Super Saiyan level. Prior to this, I had a very bad first experience with a driving school's instructor in the early 2000 that stopped me from attempting to get my license. Seriously, I had flashback of being yelled at whenever I got behind the wheel. Damon was extremely patient. He calmly explained how to correctly fix an error and really helps you focus on whatever weakness you are having. I remember one lesson was an endless loop of right turns, since at that point of time that was what needed work. For everyone who is complaining about the school not getting back to you. My experience is 1) he reply to text within a few hours and 2) he is focusing on the student behind the wheel. Believe me once you are behind the wheel in the earlier lessons you will want the undivided attention since you are so unconfident due to your lack of experience.

Fantastic experience: I took 5-hours pre-license course at Crown Heights location. Time was flying, I highly recommend you this school and you will enjoy your time in there.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended! I used another driving school prior and failed the road test both times after months of driving classes. After about two weeks of classes with Denzil i passed!! He was patient,informative, made learning a great ease.He did in two weeks what another driving school couldn't do in three months.If you're looking to pass this driving test and be a great driver this is the place to do it!

Fantastic experience: Greatest price in Brooklyn (I’ve searched) & this may also be the greatest service as well. Andy and Damon were patient with my lack of skills and understanding of my inconsistent schedule. Within 6 months (maybe less) I passed my road test with only a ten point penalty. Fantastic experience: Damon is the best driving teacher I ever had. He was 100% honest and patient with me and because of him I passed on my 1st attempt as a student of his. Passing the state test was a sort of trauma for me and with his nice demeanor and non judgmental style I finally had the confidence I needed. G-D should bless him to help more students.

Fantastic experience: ANDY is AWESOME....I took 20+ lessons in the bronx and failed twice because I was still lacking in small basic things that I should have known years ago. Also, my confidence was low due to other instructors lack of teaching. My sister Biance refer me to ANDY who helped her passed her test and that was the best thing she have ever did. He taught me so much about the car I was driving. Explained to me with so much patience and knowledge about what I was doing wrong and taught me the right way to do it. Most importantly he boosted my confidence from a 0 to 85 by making my weaknesses stronger & through lots of conversation & laughter. All of this was done just in 1 lesson only which was today and I passed my road test today.. THANK YOU ANDY...great personality!

Fantastic experience: best driving school ever! I am a nervous driver and I often freeze up on tests but i passed! My driving instructor was so patient and I felt comfortable from the moment I sat down. I recommend this school to EVERYONE!

Negative experience: so, I've taken 1 lesson at this school and that's it. The number for them has a full voice mail. My road test is scheduled for tomorrow and I Def don't feel confident that I can pass it. my instructor smelled like cigarette and weed and over all you can never reach them.
