Coach's Driver Education

Negative experience: Do not schedule your appointment with Mr. Brown; he's very rude and emotional. He'll talk to you as if you owe him something. The people at BMV for drivers test is much nornal and won't belittle you for no reason. By the way, you're paying for a 6 hour drive, but each time they only drive with you for 50 minutes, so technically it's 5 hours.

Negative experience: Good luck getting them to return phone calls or emails. Going in to speak with them is a WASTE of time. They will push it off saying they need to speak with the owner and they will call you back and they never will. If you are medically unable to drive with notes from doctors and hospitals they will still make you repay for driving lessons even after you were told by the blond in the office that it won't be a problem at all. Only to find out when you go into schedule driving that you have to repay. Definitely look at other options! So glad we found a new driving school that is easier to work with and cheeper. This place is a scam!

Negative experience: This old guy would yell at me and say my full name and thinking I was going to hit a mailbox when I was not even close to it. Also made me cry when I got home. I hope this place gets shut down and don’t waste your money here. THEY WILL NOT TEACH YOU ANYTHING!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Mark he’s GREAT! Very kind and understanding when on the road he makes the ride very smooth great conversations really funny great job mark.

Fantastic experience: I took my road test here today and I passed!! The staff is very friendly, and my instructor was super nice and patient throughout the test and he also gave me some useful tips!

Negative experience: Scam artists. Charge ridiculous scheduling fees that are out of your control. $10 fees to copy paperwork. Staff is dim witted and rude as well.

Fantastic experience: Our instructors weren't rude at all. The classes and drives were very informative and made the process a whole lot easier. I've had two of my oldest children receive their lessons here and will have my youngest come here as well!

Negative experience: DONT COME HERE- I was a first time driver and some old man had the audacity to scream at me the whole time and proceeded to tell me I have no common sense. If I asked a question, he would not answer, he would simply start yelling. He was a rude and horrible person. Waste of money and time. I came out as a worse driver than someone who hasn’t driven at all. He was a bully, literally made me cry. Will not be returning here EVER wish I could rate this place -1000000.

Positive experience: Kids had a great learning experience here. Received permit immediately after and is putting what he learned into practice.

Negative experience: PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! My daughter had 6 actual driving classes with the instructor and they were back within 45 minutes so she was shorted over an hour of driving time. Each time she got in the car with me she stated, "Mom, he was so rude." These kids are stressed enough about driving, having someone be rude and short tempered with them does not help. I wish I would have saved my money.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what all these Karen’s are talking about but this is a great place to go. The reviews are from angry moms who are probably impatient and rude. 10/10 would go again if i had to but i don’t have to cause i don’t have to.

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I enrolled my daughter here and they charge 30 dollar fees for the most stupid stuff. The office staff is very rude! The only reason I didn’t give one star is because one of the drivers named mark is very nice and patient. All the other drivers not so much.

Negative experience: After reading the reviews, I plan to take my business elsewhere. The reviews were very helpful in search of my daughter's driving education.

Negative experience: April 2020 I went to Coach's website to enroll my step daughter for driving school. I signed her up for the online driving course through AAA as they offered. AAA asks you to designate which driving school you will be using during signup for the course. Fast forward 5 months after she completed the online course, certificate of completion in hand, we went to get her permit. BMV said we needed a CDE form from the driving school before she could test for the permit. So I signed her up for Coach's driving school $389 in the parking lot and then called to see if they could email the CDE form because we were at the BMV. Minutes after paying $389 and talking to the receptionist, they were no longer allowing online students to enroll for behind-the-wheel instruction because several instructors quit during the pandemic, SO NO CDE form and a deviated 15 year old girl. They weren't even offering online students to enroll at a later date. So as a penalty to me, they kept $50!!!!!!! Their website allows you to sign up!!! Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. I'm taking further action to get my $50 back.

Fantastic experience: It was an awesome experience and helped my get my license. I learned a lot and it was super easy to schedule drives. The driving instructors are super nice and understanding.

Negative experience: Customer service is awful!!!! The front office lady is rude. My kid missed a class, so I tried to reschedule it. I had to pay for her to open the calendar back up, so i could reschedule. The whole calendar was full and she knew that!! So when I asked why June was not open for me to schedule a lesson, I was told that they were not opening June for me because it was for kids that were taking drivers ed in the summer. So of course I was upset, I paid $365 to be told that my kid would be put on a waiting list. After that, the owner sent me an email and says we are not welcomed back. So now my child needs 2 driving hours and coachs will not let her finish. No driving company will just do the 2 hours, so I will be paying for 6 hours again. Mark thinks that giving me a $90 refund is enough. This place is running a scam!!! He honestly needs to make it right!!! I highly recommend you find somewhere else to do drivers education!!!

Negative experience: Scheduled a driving test today for my last of kids to use coaches. Boy am I upset! We waited in line to hear one of the instructors fail the kid in front of us and his attitude was beyond awful he was hateful and down right mean. So my daughter had to listen to him bad mouth the other student and then get in the car with him. My husband turned to me and said he is gonna fail her he said he was having a bad day. The receptionist even told him if looks could kill that poor kid would be dead. 15 mins later sure enough they pulled in he got out and said yep she failed.... wish I had never even used coaches. MR. ENDERS was the guy to stay away from.

Negative experience: Price is a little high also scheduling for completing course is very poor and I feel like there not willing to do what it takes to help get matters resolved they want you to live on there website to see when teachers adds days totally unprofessional

Fantastic experience: My teenage son is involved in many activities and I had a hard time finding a class that would meet our needs until I came across Coach's. They were very accomidating and made it easy for my son to fit this training in his schedule.
