Fantastic experience: They went above and beyond to help my daughter who was struggling with the online learning piece. Drive times were not a month apart like we had experienced with another driving school. Mark and his instructors were all wonderful. I highly recommend Baystate.

Fantastic experience: Bay State Driving School is deserving of more than 5 stars. The staff is very professional and takes the training very seriously. The classroom portion of the training was very detailed and the students were given information that would likely not even be reviewed by some of the other schools out there. They were very thorough with all aspects of classroom training and were very interactive with the students. The staff members/driving instructors are the people you want to teach your children. The driving portion of the training was excellent per the conversations I had with my Son regarding what they did. The mock driving tests were a valuable tool when it came time for his actual test.

They had plenty of cars and instructors, so scheduling was always easy and without delay. My son instructor was a former police officer, which gave me extra confidence in the training. The lessons were clear and focused, and my son passed his test on the first try. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended another driving school a few years ago and did not pass the driving test. I did a lot of research and after many recommendations decided on Baystate. My kids loved working with the instructors and they were able to pass the test! Also it was so easy to get hours that fit into our schedule. I can’t say enough good things about Baystate Driving School!

Fantastic experience: My daughter did all of her driving hours with Baystate, and after using 2 other driving schools for other children, Baystate was the best! Hours were very easy to get, Mark was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions/issues. My daughter passed her driving test on the first try.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Baystate Driving School. The owner Mark was very responsive to our questions and helped us through the whole licensing process. When our daughter first got her permit, she was reluctant to drive on the roads but after her first drive time with an instructor she immediately gained the confidence to be on the road. She particularly enjoyed working with Bo and Erin.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how good this experience was. Mark and his instructors ( all retired State troopers) gave my daughter every bit of repetitive training I could imagine. She actually enjoyed the course and we both felt they cared about her as an individual. They were tough on the dangers and yet supportive and considerate of the fragile age of these new learning drivers. Even though my daughter practiced driving with me a lot (which they do recommend) she learned tips and skills at Baystate that even I didn't know! I have to say that I called a lot to ask questions but never felt ignored. Then, when it came time for the RMV, Mark and John guided us through every step and what to expect. My daughter is now a confident licensed driver. We sincerely owe it all to Baystate Driving School!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Mark and his team! Mark had no problem with the transfer from another school that was unable to give my daughter driving hours. His team didn't just give my daughter "drive time" they actually taught her to drive and gave her tools that are needed for her to be a careful, responsible driver. Fantastic experience: After starting at another unprofessional driving school, and going to finish 4 months late, we transferred my daughter to Baystate. From the moment of transfer to the driving test, they went above and beyond to help her get her hours before she was 16.5. They worked with her very busy school and sports schedule. The instructors are Ex-State Troopers and are very knowledgable and professional.

Fantastic experience: Bay State Driving School in Hanover, MA was very accommodating to my sons schedule. They switched him over from the place he did classroom time and were able to start him the same week with driving times. I would recommend checking them out as many other schools are backed up months out and very difficult to schedule times.

Fantastic experience: Mark and the instructors are awesome. We transferred here from Texas a little over a year ago. My son had completed driver's ed and obtained a DL in Texas, but MASS was requiring him to still complete a few hours of drive time. Long story short - Other schools in the area were refusing to do that, they wanted him to sign up for the entire course. Mark was very helpful and got our son the hours he needed in no time, and he was very flexible with timing. My son was very comfortable with the instructors and enjoyed his time with them. Baystate Driving School is the best choice on the South Shore. We are lucky to have them in the Hanover/Norwell area.

Fantastic experience: This place is so awesome professional on time and actually teach the kids how to drive on the highway as well as around town and don’t yell at you. My youngest son just got his license Mark and Bo are great. I had two bad experiences with my two older kids from 2 schools in the area and I was super happy when I saw the sign for this place so I called immediately and I’m glad I did. Their cars are New and have all the new technology. Pembroke resident.
