Fantastic experience: As a woman of a particular age, this was one of the best decisions I could have made. From speaking with sweet Trinity (several times ) in the front office, who answered all of my many questions - to my instructor , Mr Russel, who was a complete joy, I would highly recommend SafeWay Driving Kingwood. It was a wonderful experience for me. Again, HIGHLY recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Safeway Driving is the REAL DEAL! They trained my son VERY WELL! When it's time for my daughter to drive, she will be heading here. Sure it's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I bought the package that Safeway teaches your child everything; including parent driving hours. When I finally let my son drive me around, I WAS SHOCKED! He drove really well. If you are searching for a driving school, look no farther.

Marissa is flat out awesome in the office and really helped guide us through it... and since the process always seems to change this was key even though it was our second time through it. Fantastic experience: 8/16/2024 - It was coming down to the wire for getting my son’s driving test completed and driver’s license issued before proceeding to college. At one stage, it appeared to be impossible, but Ms. Susan (Customer Support) and Ms. Sandra (interim Office Manager) was able to make it happen. If it was not for their close collaboration, everything would have fallen through the cracks. Also, Mr. Evola was outstanding as usual with instructing my son as he did with his brother. His close attention to detail, patience, and professionalism, put my son at ease and made it a delightful experience.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful with answering all my questions. I wasn't pressured into which package to purchase, etc. Each package was explained, including the process for drive time etc.

Fantastic experience: If I was thinking about getting the learner’s permit, I would because I have to get the learner’s permit in order to get my first car.

Fantastic experience: SafeWay in Kingwood was an excellent choice for our teenage son. They took the time to teach him the skills to be a safe driver, and really boosted his confidence in the process. Marissa is very knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service. She helped us step by step through the whole bureaucratic process of licensing. We will definitely be sending our daughter through SafeWay when it's her turn in a couple of years.

Negative experience: The customer service is terrible. Their phone is never working and when it does work, nobody answers. Scheduling drives is impossible and the only way we were able to schedule them was having multiple people on the site at a time and grabbed anything that became available. Completed drives 3 weeks ago and just now got the paperwork in the mail. Account is inactive AGAIN and guess what, nobody will answer the phone, SHOCKER!

Fantastic experience: This Safeway is so amazing. Every time I came in they were always punctual and made the process of getting a license so much easier. On drives, I felt safe and confident behind the wheel and learned valuable skills. Ed was super engaging and had many stories to share as well!

Fantastic experience: We are thankful to the assistance provided by SafeWay Driving in Kingwood in helping our twins obtain their drivers licenses. This whole process was a smooth experience from start to finish. They run a thorough and well-structured program to make sure that all of the documents are completed properly and on time. We had great interactions with Christel, who helped when we were unsure that we were doing everything required as parents, and she also made suggestions that proved to be beneficial for both of our children. We appreciated the quick responses to our messages and emails, and are very thankful we decided to enroll the kids with SafeWay- thank you!

Fantastic experience: I would give this place 6 stars if it were possible. Ms. Christel, Mr. Ed, and Mr.Curtis were so good with my son and my family. Do what they say, study online and take notes, and practice driving at home and with the course, if possible. Work between the home and the agency are vital. If you do everything and work with Safeway in a positive way, you will get the most out of your experience. They help you in every way. Please be respectful to them...they have a hard job, and they do it well. Working with the public is not always easy, but they make it seem easy. Thank you SafeWay Driving Kingwood! You are the best!!!!

Negative experience: The woman in the office is rude. I can’t imagine what kind of treatment my child would receive. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Had my first lessons on driving and took dmv test with them and passed! I felt no pressure when taking the test with them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 2 daughters go through SafeWay driving and have been pleased both times. They went above and beyond to help when we had scheduling issues. Ed and Joy especially were very good at putting my daughter at ease and helping when she was nervous. I would highly recommend SafeWay driving.

Fantastic experience: After recently moving to the USA and Texas, I urgently needed to take my driving licence exam in order to accept a job offer. Safeway driving, Christel and Carol went above and beyond to help me through the process. Would recommend this company and will most definitely send my daughter to them when she is of age.

Fantastic experience: Safeway made it so easy for my daughter to take her Driver's Exam. She was beyond nervous, but Mr. Ed put her at ease, made her comfortable, and ensured she was ready to do her best. They managed to schedule around my needs and the whole process couldn't have been better.

Negative experience: Just passed a student driver that tryed to cut us off and almost hit us with a teacher in the car? Whats the instructor doing in the car with these student's? Playing on there phone? NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION!
