Negative experience: Instructor was very rude while my daughter was practicing her maneuvering on tremble Sunday. She said even tho they were closed it was there lot they pay rent on it and we had to leave

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a driving school, this is the place! The people here are so kind and the lessons are always easy to pay attention to and learn from. I finished my course (in the classroom and in the car) in less than two months. I highly recommend this place if you need to go to driving school.

Negative experience: It's sad that the issues that warranted one star reviews from 6 years ago are the same issues warranting one star reviews currently. My son took the in- class portion and got his temps in June, I believe. I think I paid in full around October 1. I understand those first 3 months being my fault. What I don't understand is that he didn't even get his first scheduled driving hours until November. For two months he was only offered 4 driving slots plus one last minute, first come first serve slot which doesn't count as good scheduling. Someone obviously cancelled. Out of 4 slots offered, we took 3 of them, for 3 hours each. After December, I got no communication asking if I wanted to continue, asking if I wanted to pay to continue, exhibiting any semblance of customer service that would make one think that they cared at all. $50 to continue plus $30 per driving hour. Just know that you most likely won't get half of your driving hours needed in 3 months so you certainly won't get all your hours needed in 6 months. You will end up paying $50 plus $30 per driving hour after the first 6 months. The communication is sorely lacking and all I did was try to text. It took the first 2 months of texting for someone to finally tell me I could use my debit card over the phone. When your business is short staffed, you cut back on the promises you make. You don't keep having customers sign contracts for services you know you cannot provide. You've been using the short staffed excuse for years. My bad for not reading them. DON'T BE LIKE ME! Don't use this company!

Negative experience: My daughter completed her class work and 2 of her 3 drives. She was scheduled for the 3rd drive but was in an accident and was told to wait till after she went to court to reschedule it. She has tried to contact someone numerous times with no response. I have also tried messaging and never got a response. I paid in full the day of her first class so that can't be used as an excuse!

Negative experience: My son enjoyed the class work and felt the instructor was “really cool.” Unfortunately, “really cool” people don’t necessarily operate a business well. I’m disgusted with no one ever answering the phone for weeks. Then when someone does they say ridiculous things. My son has waited 3 months with no hope of getting drives scheduled. Poor organization and poor customer service. Can’t be more disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loved having Kevin as her driver! She signed up in February and got Covid immediately after so she switched to online, drives took longer than I thought but I wasn’t aware of the 6 month contact till signing up so it made sense after being made aware! She was able to take 2 drives in 12 days and got her certificate the Same day as her last drive! Everything takes time so sign up early and there won’t be a issue!

Negative experience: If you’re in a hurry to get your license, go somewhere else! On their website states, “Drive in weeks after full payment with no waiting list,” well that’s a total lie! I paid everything for my child on day one of book work, which was the middle of February. Then months later, around April, finally received first text message list of times to schedule his first driving time. Now June and being told numerous times “will send out text next week to scheduled driving times”, and still have not received a text message of times available to schedule. Ended up transferring my son, to another driving school to finish his remaining 6 hours of drive time. Their excuse is always “you have a 6 month contract to finish everything”. NO teenager wants to wait 6 months to finish his driving school. Very unprofessional with responding. Why schedule more book work classes for new students, when current students fully paid, are not being scheduled the 8 hours of driving time needed? I’m sure I will get a rude comment from Superior, but I felt my child was scammed! Edit: My son turned 15 1/2 in July (permit passed first try) then turned 16 in January. I always got the same excuse ( and my sons Grandma) we will be contacting you next week to set up driving times.

Fantastic experience: I took this class due to a 12 point suspension, and it was very productive and easy going. The teacher was very helpful and understanding. Lisa was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I selected this school, based on the number of positive reviews I found online for it. The staff was friendly when I dropped him off for his first class, and it allowed him to pass his written portion for his temps without issues. However unfortunately that is where the positive comments end. I paid for both his classroom and drive time at once back in the middle of May on his first day of class. Since then he has only had (1) 2 hour session with an instructor in mid July and I am unable to get a clear answer as to when he will get his next session scheduled. I have tried calling and texted, but get the same response that I have to wait for them to contact me. Now we are in a position where his 6 month contract ends in approximately 1 month with Superior and not sure if he will get the time in he needs before he's eligible to test in December. At this point I'm not sure what will happen if he can't get his drive time in before his contract is up. Recommend the school for the classroom portion, but not the driving portion of the school. As a busy parent, it helps to have clear expectations of what his driving schedule will be.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Andy and Lisa for being so professional and encouraging to my child. Lisa, you always returned my calls quickly and communicated exactly what my child needed to do. Andy, you did a wonderful job teaching my child how to "pass" manuverability...and you made the drives fun! With everything that has been going on with Covid, you've done a great job with scheduling. Would highly recommend you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience here! Every instructor was nice and patient with both me and my sister when we went through the academy. Scheduling can be hard but that's only because this school is so popular and for the right reasons. Even after hitting a deer on my first drive with an instructor (yeah that's me) everyone treated the situation calmly, I am so thankful for the experience!

Negative experience: This place is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend them. They text you to schedule a drive time, you respond instantly and that spot is taken. You wait months to get a drive in.

Fantastic experience: Superior Driving Academy shows not only a 'superior' knowledge of driving skills, tips and the world or driving but a deep care for their students and everyone involved with them. Lisa and Andy do an excellent job of making sure your kids are safely taken care of and taught the rules of the road as well as showing a genuine and true concern for them. They invest themselves, their time, money, and lives into their students to make sure they have the best experience possible and the knowledge and skills they need to go out on the road themselves. As a student of theirs I have learned so much and have greatly increased as a driver in every aspect. They have also boosted my confidence, making me truly believe in myself as a great and safe driver and have really had a positive impact in my life. 10/10 would do again :)

Negative experience: Lisa Harris, owner, was unable to schedule drive times after my 17 year old son scheduled his own classes, paid for it on his own and attended 24 hrs of classes during finals in high school. Her reasons cited, they have opened too many locations and don't have enough certified driving instructors. So right now, they're sending people through their classes in droves, taking money and not scheduling drive times. We do rate classroom experience as adequate for testing. He scored a 90 on his written after he took the classes. But my poor son was disappointed they refused to give him any schedule for drive times prior to him going to Europe in July. School starts back in August. My husband and I were disgustingly disappointed in the Harris's unprofessional behavior when we tried to discuss the issue. She behaved like a teenager herself crying about being pregnant, and overwhelmed with too many customers and family obligations. It sounded like its "all about Lisa" and not her customers. She did refund my son's hard earned money, so I will give her 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Great place, affordable price, very flexible, worked around my schedule, very nice people! 6 classes, 4 hours long, it seems like alot at first but they get you done quick and teach you right! Very dedicated instructors, I highly recommend this place!
