Fantastic experience: Had Mr Guillermo, the test was a breeze. The cars were clean, he was a pretty down to earth guy, and nice to talk to. If you’re in their service locations or are able to meet at their pick up locations then I’d recommend them for sure.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with this driving school. I had Sylvia as an instructor and she was absolutely amazing and attentive, 10/10. I had failed my test two times prior to taking classes with her. Two classes later and I passed. Sylvia is very kind, patient and informative when instructing. She truly cares to help people getting their license and in general. I would 100% recommend this school and Sylvia as an instructor!

Negative experience: Please do better job. Don’t recommend Ms.Silvia because she is on her phone call the entire time instead of teaching students. Students please don’t accept her disrespectful behavior and her bad treatment. Go somewhere you are respected and taught better.

I practiced on routes similar to those used in the Pomona DMV tests, which made my behind-the-wheel exam feel much less intimidating. I specifically asked for Guillermo, and his straightforward, easy-to-follow explanations made a huge difference. Fantastic experience: Just learned Google reviews so… I went with them around late Feb/early March to fulfill my 6 hours and Sylvia’s an awesome instructor. Calm and collected but also very aware and gives great feedback during and after the session. Prices are very fair too for the distance from home, and was definitely less than neighbor Claremont and especially Glendora (looking at you Beep Beep). I was projected to be finished around this time but was able to get it done in essentially a third of the time - around early/mid March. I’d like to think luck was on my side though. Thanks to them, and family too, I was able to pass the driving test first time at the “difficult” Pomona office . Can’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: New Prudential covered every step of the process of getting a driver’s license, which really made it much less daunting. I passed my test first try and the test went exactly how my instructor told me—I felt as prepared as possible, all thanks to New Prudential. My instructor was super nice, and the two hour lessons flew by. I recommend New Prudential wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Llame 2 veces y la señora que atendió, fue totalmente una grosera, no tiene nada de tacto para la atención clientes, por su mala aptitud, ni paciencia puede hacer cita para las clases, deberían de cambiar la forma de atender a un cliente, ya que yo he querido hacer cita, pero esta señora es totalmente grosera y burlona, que mala experiencia tuve al contactar esta escuela, si así es el inicio, como sería lo que sigue. Definitivamente buscaré otro lugar, no es posible que personas tan despota exista.

Fantastic experience: New Prudential was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from the first time I contacted them and the price was reasonable. The in car instructor was knowledgeable and supportive and patient. The staff even answered questions by text between sessions. I would recommend them without hesitation.

When I booked lessons with them I had never been behind the wheel before and the instructor gave me the confidence that I needed to be comfortable with driving. I was extremely anxious, but thanks to my instructor I took my test today and passed on my first try! If you’re looking for a good driving school I can’t recommend them enough. I had booked the 3 behind the wheel lessons with them. I can’t thank them enough!

Negative experience: Waste of money Sylvia is a terrible instructor

Fantastic experience: They understood what I needed. I lived in a British common wealth country where we drive on left side of the road. So I needed some help in getting used to USA system. Instructor Guillermo understood what I needed and quickly prepared me for the test. They charged me 80USD for a 2hr lesion. Since I did not own a car by that time and I used their car for the Behind the wheels test. They charged me 100$ for the driving test. It was actually very helpful. Guillermo picked me up 1hr before the test and gave me quick lesion and prepped me for the test (this 1hr quick tutorial before exam is included in 100USD fee. they did not charge me extra). I highly recommend them for any foreign driver who want to get the US license. It cost me 260usd total (100for exam and 80+80usd for 4hrs practice)

I notice the improvement on my sons driving within the first lesson. She also did an excellent job with my son's challenges, like looking over he's shoulder and scanning intersections. Not only did she take the time to explain and the execute the challenges,but when out of her way to call me and give a progress report . thank you porodential for hiring instructors like jovana. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this driving school! Had my last lesson today with my driving instructor Sylvia. I took three lessons with this school. On my first lesson, I was very nervous to start driving and made many mistakes, but by today (my last lesson) I was driving comfortably and made little to no mistakes. Sylvia did a fantastic job guiding me through everything while still maintaining a friendly conversation and I never thought I would have learned as much as I did in just three days! Thank you:)

Negative experience: Haven't been able to contact anyone for about 2 weeks. Is this school for real? Left emails and messages. What's up?

Fantastic experience: My wife just came from China can't even speak a word of English and can't drive. Signed her up for 18 hours driver training and DMV driving test. In the beginning I ride along with her to translate for her, eventually I don't have to because she picked up English words from the instructor. The instructor not only teach her driving but also an English teacher. Hmmm. Didn't pay extra... By the end of her test, my wife can understand not only how to be a safe driver but understand all the traffic and driving terminology in English. Yeah. The instructor is very patience and has the "know how" to teach. Just before my wife was taking the DMV test, I suffered Ischemic stroke, Luckily she has the skill to drive me to the hospital in Glendora. But she was not able to drive herself home for she doesn't know the way. But the Instructor still come picked and dropped her off at the hospital till she pass her DMV test. The instructor wrote me 2 get well notes which I am really touch. Thanks. Don't worry I am feeling much better now. This school, office staffs and instructors are real warm human being. And the instructor is really good in teaching, every turn and every stops. Not just another business.

Fantastic experience: speaking as a student customer of Lucy's traffic school, I was very pleased with the service! The appointment was easy to set up, the price was cheaper then others, and the car drives were educational and actually enjoyable. My instructor was Guillermo, and there wasn't no awkward moments of silence. the instructors do their best to teach while keeping friendly conversation. Overall, its a great place! I passed my test with only 2 minor errors ( stupid traffic scans )

Negative experience: This has got to be the flakiest company that I have ever tried to conduct business with. I had to be called back because the service rep answered my phone call on a cell phone and she was unable to take my info because she 'might" have other lines ring on the landline. When I gave my location, she swtiched 3x on the hours of service they could provide, only to be finally told that they couldn't service my area. What a waste of time. I will let everyone I know looking for a driving school to go elsewhere.
