Negative experience: They charged the card and vanished. No driving lessons, or driving ed…. no response of any sort. Do not pay them on line, you won’t get your money back..Total scammers, I made a mistake paying before reading other reviews… Ill be contacting DMV occupational licenses department to make a complaint.

Negative experience: I’ve done lessons through him and so have multiple of my friends. They take over 2 months to send anyone’s pink slip. They will not respond or answer to any emails, calls , texts. This is seriously the most unprofessional and irritating driving school we have ever dealt with. Overall, don’t use them unless you want ur money taken from you and ghost mode.

Fantastic experience: My daughter struggles with anxiety, especially on tests, so I was worried about her driving test. Gilbert gave her the skills and confidence she needed to believe in herself and go into the test with a positive attitude. She passed her test today on her first attempt and only missed 3 very minor things (errors in execution, not for lack of instruction). I can't thank Gilbert enough for being such a patient and encouraging instructor. Highly recommended!

Had failed twice with a previous driving school . Once I switched to Switching Lanes and after a few lessons with Gil I passed the driving test with a breeze! Gilbert is patient, kind, knowledgeable and always worked with our schedules to get my sons driving lessons done. All my kids have used Gilbert and Switching Lanes Driving School. He's the best of the best. The finest driving school on the Central Coast!! He even met my son one hour before his behind the wheel test at the DMV for a quick brush up on all the skills he learned. You can tell Gilbert loves what he does and passionate to see all his students pass the first time. Thank you Gilbert for everything!! My son is smiling from ear to ear today!
