Negative experience: Mr. Ed is the meanest teacher ever. Save ur money and don’t go here.

Positive experience: Great driving school, but half a year after getting my license, they still sent me voicemails saying I haven't picked up my certificate when I did. They also called my sister and she explained but they still tried to get in contact after and we had to block them. Fyi, I have my permit, which is no longer valid, and my official license. I already went to the DMV with my certificate a long time ago☺️ and I never said they were trying to bother me, it is just a simple mistake.. on their part

Fantastic experience: They were able to get my daughter in immediately for driving test. They sent us a text with what to bring. They informed us of the process and worked with my daughter. My daughter has anxiety and made her feel very comfortable. I'm very pleased with them

Negative experience: Would give zeros stars if i could.how does a company forget to email important info to their clients and just be a constant issue every interaction.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my license for almost 3 years now, thanks to this place. The gentleman on the phone was nice and helped with information I needed! I felt comfortable in the car while taking my driving test, the lady was very nice and made small talk with me:) I have no complaints thank you !!:)

Fantastic experience: Came to major league driving school because the DMV is backed up with appointments. It has taken me 4 months to reschedule and alot of frusteration to get things taken care of. That being said I should have came here instead to begin with. It only took 2 WEEKS! I had to take a rd test and my driving instructor was really patient, really understanding, and most importantly she was not intimidating. I believe her name was Mrs. Stacey. While on my rd test I drove confidently and was not distracted by the instructor., which really helped lot.i would highly recommend this location to anyone trying to get on the road, adults and teenagers. They do provide you with a vehicle to drive if you don't have your own. I drove a push to start. The brakes and gas pedals were sensitive so my advice is to drive with your big toe. The staff was great and friendly. They weren't rushing to get you out of there, they also are very informative of the paper work you may need and what proper steps to take after your test. Thank you major league driving school for getting me back on track with my license and making me a safer driver on the road.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful customer service, all questions were answered, my two teenagers were confident with their instructors. They enjoyed learning, if I call the office or emailed for questions they responded professionally. I recommend people asking questions by leaving a voicemail or sending an email because it’s a family owned Business and they get pretty busy.

Fantastic experience: All the instructors I drove with taught me extremely well and the process was easy and straightforward.

Negative experience: My daughter took driving lessons at Major League at Mesquite. She had an terrible experience with a driving instructor called Bill. He would get very angry and frustrated every time she made a driving mistake. He criticized her and yelled at her. This man does not deserve to be working with students anymore. He is such a rude and angry man.

Negative experience: I did driving lessons at Major League located at1200 E Davis St # 101, Mesquite, TX 75149. The driving instructor was very rude, highly impatient, and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience. He was highly irritable and had zero patience. I think his name was Bill. He is an elderly person and wears a red baseball hat. I asked for my money back, but he refused even though I only drove for less than an hour. I paid for two hours and he refused to pay me back the one hour that I did not drove. It was sadly a waste of $120. I hope I get a refund.

Fantastic experience: Great school! My son took driver's education with his best friend- last year! It took us forever to het into the DMV to get his permit..we actually drive to Galveston..nothing to do with the school! This was the state being so over booked after re-opening for face to face after covid..my son didn't complete his driving lessons..and most places would make you pay and redo everything. As a mom of 3, with 2 jobs- competition cheer for my girls and school cheer and everything else I couldn't get him scheduled to drive..they worked with me entirely and Mr.Bill was amazing at allowing to just pay 100 to reinstated my son (when this was our fauly) and he has already taken his first driving lesson, I love family businesses..I work for 2! They understand life much better than corporate owned...not only that they are local and have been in business over 25 yrs! The bad reviews on here are mostly from people that never even set foot inside...look at the ones that actually used this school! By the way my sons best friend who is 16 about to be 17 is one of the best drivers his age I've ever seen! Drives better than many adults! He learned it all here! Give them a try!! Look forward to my son getting all his lessons and being a good driver..thanks for everything guys!

Fantastic experience: My son took his driving test. Thorough, fair and efficient. We were done with the test in 30 minutes. This is an awesome alternative to waiting for COVID protocol at DPS.

Fantastic experience: Christine was great. Very professional and thorough. I failed my road test for speeding the first time, and she gave me a few pointers and things that I could improve on. It had been a while since I'd driven, but it's pretty much like riding a bike. Passed the second time. Grateful for MLDS! Saved me from having to go to Garland from Kaufman.

Fantastic experience: There are no other driving school in DFW that I know as excellent as this school in terms of adult driving as well as teen driving. I had a short period education "on the wheels driving" here because they shut down when the COVID-19 pandemic was its peak. So I practiced on my own with a friend. I was in this school 3-4 times, one hour session. I should have known this place instead of the Sears driving school which was totally a trash the moment you enter their office to inquire. You would be able to distinguish a great school the moment you inquire over the phone/messaging and how they respond to you. In this school, they are excellent from the start to finish. I moved from Singapore, Japan, and Canada to Dallas and have no driving experience because of the excellent transit I utilize in the past cities I've lived. Here they teach you what you got to learn and what you need to enhance on. Christina was quick to set appointment and respond to me on the web messaging. First time I was there, Bill was very professional, even though their school location was far from my place, he showed me other driving schools though to consider but i never wanted to go anywhere else because i did not trust any other schools closer to my area and had a regretful experience also in many of the driving schools i went in DFW where I never learned anything but wasted money, time and effort. Thus, If you live far away and you don't have a car to practice on and you pick this school, you will never regret, this is the best school I went in. When I got into this school, I got tempted to buy a new car even though I dont need it. LOL. Chuck was my teacher here. He teaches you how to focus even when you're nervous, he teaches you how to be on control of the wheels, when to use your mirrors, how to smoothly merge or change lane. If you tell your teacher what is your weakness, he will teach strategies to overcome it. I also have no idea of parallel parking, in other words, even if i watch the video prior to learning, it doesnt register on my brain because i never drove and i don't learn very well until i try it on wheels. Chuck taught me once and I got it once with his guidance of course! I could memorize the whole book on signs & signals but I didnt learn it until i actually apply it. In this location, you will be able to go see a lot of signs and signals with other cars on the road. It is a perfect location ! They teach all kinds of students from teens to adult from all walks of life regardless of the race and color. Practice, practice, practice was the key. But with Chuck's guidance,I passed. I got my license last year! Once and passed! Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I called to inquire information. (I left a voice message) Bill called me back and I said, I have one question? Do you guys teach teens with autism? He said NO thank you and hanged up the phone. I understand if the school doesn’t offer assistance/classes for a teen with autism but the way he handle his response and hanging up the phone was just rude.

Negative experience: The guy that answers the phone is very rude, he didn't let me speak so he would understand what it is I need. I can't imagine what it would be like if we even get the chance to sing up.

Negative experience: The employees are rude and disrespectful I have commented once on here about this school but they lied and said I was a scam and hard to Identify. I went up there on the 19th of june too take my driver's test and passed she gave me a blank form and had an attitude when we called her about it. She told us to fill in and check in the boxes when thats something she is supposed to do and we would be the ones who get introuble for it not to school so that was a set up. I don't remember her name but I know she is a white lady that owns the place. My last review I forgot to mention name but the driving intructor name is mrs.Obbanion. my reciews be so low with other places because people are disrespectful and so not know how to do there job correctly. Yall can lose your license for this. Don't play with me.

Fantastic experience: I am a student here at major league driving school and I have absolutely loved my experience here. The staff is very sweet and respectful and will always help with what you need. I am done with all the classes and lessons and ready to schedule my test in a couple weeks and I know I’ll ace it with what I was taught here. Great school, 100% recommend, worth every penny!! It is also a big plus that you can take your driving test here, saves a lot of time.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff that knows their way around a classroom. They helped us maneuver our way through class time, drive time, testing, paperwork. If you need something just give them a call and they will answer all your questions. Nice people, 100% satisfied. My son was happy with his experience and he is a good driver. Negative experience: One of the teachers are plane rude and like to talk about kids and call them out of there name.

And also Coach Davis is also the best driving instructor ever also, he is always nice and knows alot about driving and football. Ask for Coach Davis Too
