More like a very nice mom who loves to make jokes and understand how to make driving fun but safe. Any teen who struggles driving with a parent and gets anxiety. Before I went to driving school I thought that parallel parking is early hard but now parallel park is nothing to me it is just piece of a cake. So i am really appreciate to you Mrs Debra. Fantastic experience: Set up my daughter's defensive driving course, hands-on training course, and then completed with her driving test and it was a great experience. One stop shop to help get your child ready to drive. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Very bad communication, I don’t recommend, Called for a 6 hour- driving course lessons on 6/18/24 in the morning and the person who answered only explained that I needed to pay online and schedule the time frame of what time I wanted the classes and that they would call me to schedule a date for the lessons, because they didn’t explain any farther than that I expected for the classes to be soon , I go online and do the steps and paid, I waited the rest of the day and never received a call, I call them that afternoon before they closed and was THEN told that the classes weren’t until the beginning of AUGUST because their 2 driving course instructors weren’t working, one of them was in therapy because of shoulder surgery and I don’t remember what happened to the other person, I asked if I can get my refund if I found a school who can do it in a sooner time frame, the lady said yes and explained that the person who ACCEPTS or decline the refunds request was not in, I found a school and I called back the next day and the same person I spoke with the day before tells me that the person who ACCEPTS or decline the refund request called in sick but that she would be in “tomorrow morning” because she had a appointment at 10am, I called again on 6/20/2024 at 9:30am and the same person who I’ve been talking to in the past 2 days tells me that she is not in office yet, FINALLY, I receive a call from this refund requests lady a few minutes after my last call, and tells me that “because they are willing to do my courses on the time frame that was given to me and the reason for my refund request is because I no longer need their service, my money is nonrefundable” so basically telling me, that even though I will not be doing business with them they are keeping my money, $300 of my sweat waisted because the person who supposedly accepts or decline refunds tells me that they don’t refund money. I don’t understand if they don’t do refunds, why is there someone who is in charge of ACCEPTING or declining REFUNDS. very bad company to do business with. I have reported them. And already making action on disputing the money they took from my card. So disappointed with their services. Never trusting this school again.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school. I tried other driving schools near my home and none of them can compare to DOCO. I finally had the chance to get on the road compared to doing parking lot stuff each session. I feel more confident and comfortable driving, special thanks to Ms. Storm she made excellent examples that I could relate to with her warm personality.

Wayne is an awesome instructor.The receptionist Cindy is friendly and answered all my questions.They work with you and truly care about their customers. The manager Ms.Debra saw me watching my daughter park and came outside to say hello and spent time talking to us.They are so supportive and motivational at this driving school. They have so much to offer in this one place! I recommend this place hands down 2nd to none!!

Fantastic experience: Mrs.Debra is patient, professional and awesome!! I can drive now only because of her excellent teaching. Step by step, she led me to drive from a slow neighborhood, busy streets to high ways. She taught me everything I need to look out for during driving. She walked me through each road sign and taught me what they mean, and what I should be careful about. Also, she gave me a lot of confidence and made me much less nervous. All I can say is she is THE BEST Driving teacher and this is THE BEST Driving School in town! I am very grateful to have Mrs.Debra as my driving teacher!!
