Negative experience: Customer service is TERRIBLE ! The receptionist is really mean and won't address your concerns properly. She acts like she doesn't have a time to talk to you as if she doesn't need any customers to run the business. I won't go to a place where I am not treated right.

Fantastic experience: Went to driving school at ABQ karting, it was great! Larry the instructor is light hearted and keeps things real, and also teaches from experience. The karting is definitively and added bonus and makes the classes more bearable if don't like to sitting still for long periods of time, like me. The classes are exactly want they are meant to be with some added fun. Prices are really good if you apply online considering at other places you don't get to race for about the same price. Over all this was great!

Fantastic experience: I have loved Albuquerque Indoor Karting since I was barely able to touch the controls on the karts, so when my parents asked to for my input on where to go to driving school I said, “How about the place inside Albuquerque Indoor Karting.” At first my parents were skeptical, because it’s a karting place and they really wanted me to go somewhere else, but they looked into it and found that it’s prices were competitive and that they had good ratings. Finally, after taking my input again and trying to force me to go someplace else, they said that I could go to ABQ Driving School. The times that they schedule the class are really convenient because it is Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to about 12:30 AM, and it lasts for a week and a half. The class seems to be on par or better that other places in the city, but it is laid back and isn’t quite ride or die like others. If that doesn’t hook you then this is where ABQ Driving School really pulls ahead, the benefits; they give at least 3 free races a day, plus the staff is helpful and nice; I scraped my leg and they took me back to the back room and cleaned and disinfected my scrape and then made sure that I was fine and sent me back outside. Overall, I loved this place, and it’s a great choice for its discounts and benefits.

Fantastic experience: Go-karts here are super fast and fun I recommend calling in to find out if they're busy or not so you're not waiting most of the time for your ride but overall a great fun place that needs more advertisement in this city great place to bring the kiddos for weekend fun

Fantastic experience: Great school! I was extremely nervous about my daughter driving. The instructors were AMAZING and put not only me but my daughter at ease. My son is now at that driving age. I wouldn't send him anywhere but ABQ Driving School!!

The addition of go Karts and regular breaks allow for more time to absorb information. The instructors were nice and professional and gave all the information necessary to get my full license. I would recommend this driving school in the future

They let us take breaks where we could go kart and this was very beneficial because friends were made quick and the class was much more enjoyable. The lessons were very informative and I truly feel confident to get on the road.

Negative experience: Rude ridiculous fees. Will not accommodate kids with special needs.

Negative experience: If you have a child who is special needs and needs modifications do not come here. They want to slap you with 40 dollar fees for any little mistake you make. The teachers are not even patient with kids who feel uncomfortable being pressured which makes the kid not want to go and then if you don’t get all your time done in a year you are screwed and they won’t work with you. You will then have to pay 40 each time. In short this place is not a good place to go if you need special accommodating or have simple disabilities. I also agree with another review on here, woman taking calls Is rude and their personality changes once they get your money.

Fantastic experience: Unique compared to other driving schools. Kids are allowed to race the go karts during the class for free as well as food and arcade games are available for purchase. Certainly recommended for anybody looking to get their drivers license.

Fantastic experience: Very simple registration process. Instructors were very kind and informative. My son was also able to race gokarts for free on his breaks; which was an awesome perk. definitely will be enrolling my daughter next spring.

Fantastic experience: This place was great for my son. Very professional and friendly staff. The free go-kart rides on breaks made it fun and gets them used to driving a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place to others. At $350 you can't beat it.

Negative experience: The receptionist that makes appointments is extremely rude and difficult to work with. The actual driving school was decent but I wouldn't recommend it. I would rather work with a school that valued my business instead of treating me like a hastle after already collecting my money.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attended this school and learned a ton. She passed her exams, and was excited to attend class everyday. She was able to race go-karts on her breaks for free, and was sad when class came to an end. I would highly recommend this school.
