Negative experience: This company is a scam! I have been waiting for a refund since 2022. I paid almost 700 dollars with no service from them. Do Not fall for the scam.

Negative experience: THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES! I PAID ALMOST $300 AND THEY NEVER TOOK ME ON THE ROAD. THEY WON’T EVEN REFUND ME MY MONEY! THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONES NOR ANSWER THEIR EMAILS!

Negative experience: They have closed the Tallahassee office but they say they can provide the lessons out of their Niceville office. However, working with office staff is unbelievably difficult. Pros: Tremaine the driving instructor in Tallahassee is great. Cons: the people in the in office have no idea what they are doing. After three weeks of trying I finally got a lesson scheduled for today. 20 minutes after the lesson was supposed to start and after not getting through to the office I calledTremaine directly. He let me know that he does not have a vehicle at the moment and cannot give lessons. He had no vehicle at the time the lessons were scheduled and won’t have one for another several days. I will need to contact the office to get the first two lessons rescheduled. communication is frustratingly difficult. I have had a hard time getting to answering machines that are not full and getting people to return calls and emails. Finally, the actual driving test at the end of the lessons takes place in niceville with a different instructor and vehicle. That is a full day trip. Itis not worth the amount I paid for the “convenience” of having the test being done by the company with a “familiar” person and vehicle.

Negative experience: Beware they take your money you can’t speak to anyone, and we go for the test we prepaid for and Tallahassee location is closed and not listed on their website as a location doing business now. No call no refund for what we prepaid for. This is the worst driving school I’ve ever seen. If they open again beware! If anyone else has been scammed I recommend filing with BBB and taking them to court to get refunded.

Positive experience: I went to All Florida Safety Institute for driving lessons as well as the test. My driving instructor was Aeriel and she was amazing! She did a great job teaching me all the basics and more to be a safe driver. She was very accessible and patient throughout the lessons. The test was also seamless with Ms Patricia. I would highly recommend this place for a first-time driver. I give 4/5 stars only because I had to wait and contact the main office a few times before they scheduled the lessons. Once I had my lessons scheduled, everything else went well.

All my instructors were incredibly professional, understanding, and adaptable in addition to being kind people in general. I was 100% prepared for the drivers’ test when I took it through their service thanks to the lessons I received. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Overall the place was great. I had some issues though, particularly with the office you call to. They don't schedule before I pay, so I had to pay full price to get all the lessons scheduled accordingly, however they kept getting it mixed up and I had to reschedule a couple of times. The communication to the call office was terrible, I called multiple times throughout my time with them, and many calls and questions were left unanswered. They kept receiving my information incorrectly, getting both my email and number wrong, when I have told them several times to correct it. I would honestly rate the communication and office services as a 2/5, since they barely responded and kept making repetitive mistakes, regardless of whether I corrected them or not. As for the driving instruction and the test itself, I would rate it a 5/5. My instructors, Tranequa, Trimane, and Aeriel, were all wonderful at instructing and taught me all the things I needed to know. Everything went great, and Patricia was a great test coordinator. The staff at the location overall were kind, supportive, and knowledgeable of their subject and I would highly recommend them. In summary, I gave it a 4/5, because once you get past the difficult communication with the office, I believe that the training and the test were worth it. I was able to get my driver's license because of them, and I am appreciative of it.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience! My instructor Tanequa needs a raise!! She was so fun while also teaching me and advising me about safety and road skills. I felt very comfortable with her and enjoyed her company on the road as well. She also prepared me for my road test very well!

Fantastic experience: Great place I started off from the bottom not knowing anything within one month I pass my road test , got my driving license and now driving my own car thanks to my instructors Tranequa and trimane. Definitely worth the money.

Everyone who works there strikes the perfect combination of knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding (especially my driving instructor, Aeriel). All employees are personable yet uphold the upmost level of professionalism. They clearly explain and prepare you for what it takes to be a well equipped and responsible driver that understands the importance of being a defensive driver rather than offensive. Whether you're there to just brush up on your safe driving skills or in hopes of aquiring a license, All Florida Safety Institute is a good place to consider attending.

Negative experience: This place is a rip off!!!! The headquarters took my info and credit card, told me the Tallahassee office would call and schedule. Tally never called. I reached out SIX times and never got a response... but they charged my credit card!!!!!!!! Thieves.

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad that we decided to get driving lessons. I was hesitant at first but our daughter now has the confidence and skills needed. My daughter really liked Tranequa. Tranequa was good at encouraging her and always made her feel comfortable. Try to get the same instructor for as many lessons as you can . Having Tranequa for most of her lessons helped my daughter a lot.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Aeriel. She is most likely the best one there. She is extremely patient and makes you feel very comfortable. Aeriel helped me to get my drivers license and become more confident while doing so. If you would like to become better and laugh as you do, Aeriel is the instructor for you. Did you guys know what floating was before this? I didn't.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Tranequa was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and calm. I was nervous in the car but she assured that I would do great! She helped me practice driving and made sure I got it down pack before I went to do my driving exam. Thankyou so much Tranequa! Your amazing! Fantastic experience: My instructor Jamie was so amazing, her communication was great! She helped me get over my fear of driving and get my license. She has to be one of the best instructors in Florida as she makes sure he student is comfortable and her attitude is always positive ! Even when waking up at 7 a.m. She always made sure I was mentally ready to drive and pushed me passed my limits . Only 4 lessons and I received my License! I would do it all over again just to be around her ! Amazing energy!!!!!!! My examiner Pat was also encouraging during the test, I appreciate both of these ladies so much.

Fantastic experience: My instructors were Jana and Mike. They were excellent and really helped me gain confidence as a nervous adult learner. Encouraging and informative. I was able to successfully pass my driving test and get my license thanks to them! The office was also accommodating of my scheduling needs. Overall, I recommend this company, especially Jana and Mike.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I took my brother here for his driving test with Patricia Crenshaw, and she was very rude to us. She did not even know she had an appointment when we came and was not prepared. She kept asking my brother questions he did not know answers to and told me not to speak for him when I answered the questions. It is not her place to tell someone they can speak for themselves when they do not know the answer. Very inappropriate. Horrible attitude. Horrible service. She did not make us feel welcomed and treated us as if it were a problem we were there. This was a horrible experience overall. Do not waste your time or money here. I definitely do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jamie was the bomb.com she made feel very comfortable, she took me out of my shell and properly prepared for my up coming road test.

Negative experience: We paid online ahead of time, but once we arrived at the place (10 minutes early), no one showed up. I was very excited to take my road test, but got stood up instead. What a horrible way to conduct business…

Negative experience: I have to agree with these negative reviews. They've called and wanted my money, but when I asked to actually talk to someone here in Tallahassee to schedule the driving lessons, I've heard nothing back. They seem like a very shady company. Thank god, I didn't pay. Guess I'll be teaching my son myself.

Negative experience: Save your money! This is a scam and they charged us a big amount for lessons plus they charged us extra $22 for credit card fee. We paid in June and still no response about the schedule of lessons.Their office in Tallahasee is always closed. Stay way and go some where else.

Negative experience: Please save you money and stay away from This company.I have paid $600 for driving lessons for my son back in June of 2021 and they just asked for times he is available and after that there is no response from them, they didn’t even schedule. The in charge of Tallahassee office is Akin Valentin-quinones never picks up the phone nor he calls or emails back. I would give them a big 0.

Fantastic experience: Great and friendly place, everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be telling all of my family friends about coming here!!!
