Fantastic experience: BEST IVE SEEN The classes were well thought out and thorough. The Behind The Wheel was even better. I had Dawit as my instructor and the tips and tricks I learned driving with him were phenomenal. He was funny, charismatic and knew very well what he was doing. He perfectly set me up for the driving test (which i passed on the FIRST try). Overall, the scheduling, prices, payment, and training were worth every penny. 11/10 Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Habesha Driving School. Most of my lessons were with Endale, who, along with the other instructors, was calm, an excellent teacher, and made the lessons enjoyable. They provided clear instructions and valuable driving tips. Negative experience: This driving school is very unprofessional. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone. The payment process is unclear. They changed the dates of my son's classroom portion at the last minute, and the behind-the-wheel portion was inadequate (with one instructor telling him he didn't need driving practice and ending the two-hour session in less than an hour). The staff (including the owner Endale) is rude and unresponsive. Go somewhere else, even if it's more expensive—this place isn't worth the hassle and frustration. And if you're solely relying on a driving school to learn, you won't get anywhere with these guys.
We understand there have been challenges since you registering your son. Firstly, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding during the clarification process. We aimed to provide comprehensive information about our 30 hours of class and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training, as well as guidance on our website for registration. Secondly, regarding the payment process, we acknowledge there may have been confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by reminders for outstanding balances. We made attempts to contact you regarding payment, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. Despite this, we proceeded with the behind-the-wheel training. We apologize if this caused frustration. Lastly, when you inquired about the driving skills test, we addressed your concerns and reminded you of the outstanding balance. We apologize if this led to any dissatisfaction. We value your feedback and aim to improve our communication and service in the future.

I don’t know why you need to put the wrong information here ,
First of all, you didn’t meet the instructor yet because your first lesson is in April 11th to be exact 4/11/24 at 10am . So how do you know that the instructor will have accent ? Our all instructed are approved by the Mva Maryland motor vehicle administration. Second, we have availability as soon as tomorrow in case if you cannot find appointment on the website you could call us to make schedule so whatever you’re writing it is completely wrong.
Negative experience: Stay away from this company all they will do is take your money and waste your time also when things go south they want you to pay for there mistakes they want your id and credit card so they can do what ever they want this company is a scam on another level

Following up to the conversation with our staff on the phone. As we explained during our call, even one of our staff met you at MVA (white oak branch) and you got confused because you told him that you came for a driving test. How does it make sense ?you registered for driving education program with HABESHA SPRING DRIVING SCHOOL but you went to the MVA. However he explained it very helpful that you need to finish your driving education program with the driving school before you can go to the MVA to do the skills test . And you told him “ i have tried with 5 different driving schools But no body wants help “ you see if you have problems with 5 driving schools then you need to check your self. Finally you told us that you can’t read but my question to you if you can’t read why did you register for the driving education also how did you get your learner permit. After all you asked for your refund we said “ok” and when we tried to refund to the same card your card said “ declined “ so we asked you to come to the office so we can give you a check. We asked you to attend the class you said no and We asked you to come and take your refund again you said no. We are sorry but we don’t know how you want us to help you. As you can understand it is unacceptable and unfair for us to change our policy and Mva rules for one client in a situation such as this. Our policies are clear and we must maintain consistency as our client families would expect, regardless of the outcome. We do all we can today as we have for the last 7 years to work with our over 10,000 students the best we can in the most fair way possible. We wish all the best for you

Fantastic experience: Not only is the classroom portion of the Drivers Ed fantastic, but so is the behind the wheel. My instructor Dave was perfect, he kept conversation for the whole ride and it really settled my nerves. It even made going on the highway feel routine and I had never done it before!

Fantastic experience: The team at Habesha spring driving school was great! From the educational class to behind-the-wheel; the instructors were well trained and dedicated to our success as drivers. I particularly enjoyed how interactive the class was, with the instructor pausing to ask us questions and gain our understanding through each section. I appreciate how honest the instructor was during our behind-the-wheel sessions, while also providing great directions with an experienced mindset. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a driving school Habesha spring is the best. Mr Dawit scheduled my test and answered all my questions. On the day of my test, Mr Endale was so patient, kind and made sure I got some practice before the test. He worked with me and made sure I passed my test on the first try. He assisted me with EVERYTHING thought out the time I was there. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
