Fantastic experience: Mr Gomez is an excellent instructor. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping others learn to ride and be safe while doing so. I had a great time in his class and am more confident in my riding abilities due to his course. I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to learn to ride or wants to brush up on their riding skills to take one of his classes.

Fantastic experience: Smooth Roads Riding Academy is easily one of the best riding classes I’ve ever taken. The instruction was clear, straightforward, and full of real-world tips that improved my skills right away. Even with plenty of riding experience under my belt, I still walked away having learned a lot. I actually drove over an hour and a half just to take this class, and I’d do it again without a second thought. The quality of training is excellent, the price is more than fair, and my wife is already excited to take her class here soon. Highly recommend to any rider, new or experienced.

Fantastic experience: I must state that I have no affiliations with SRMRA, so this review is genuine. Coach Gomez makes learning both fun and easy. I went with little to no experience. by the end, his course and his experience made riding fun and much much less intimidating. I cant state enough how appreciative I am for the class and thankful that I took his course. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I took the BRC offered by Larry Gomez and his wife’s company on 2-3 Aug 2025. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Larry was my instructor, and he kept us engaged, made sure we applying the correct techniques. All I can hear as I’m passing him at one of his stations. “Are you alright, Donald?” “How does it feel!” “Donald, next time give some throttle, keep it there, and use your rear brake to control the speed, see if that helps!” “Now you have Donald, keep it up!” You get the message. He remembered all of our names, and used that as a way to stay connected. It felt like a one on one instruction. I highly recommend anyone thinking of riding take the MSF Course given by “Smooth Road Motorcycle,” you won’t regret it…

Fantastic experience: First off, I came to the class as a completely new rider. They were able to take me from feeling like I was entering a bull riding competition, to the state of having confidence in the basic skills taught during the course. Pretty good testimony considering that I'm a senior citizen. Highly recommend Smooth Roads to anyone looking to get their motorcycle endorsement.
