Negative experience: I brought my Moto Guzzi in to see why engine light was on and also said to go ahead and change the oil. After about 3-4 weeks got bake back. Within 3 days engine light is back on. When I called I was told they didn’t know why, I should take it to a Moto Guzzi dealer. That’s fine, but I paid them $500 to fix it, which obviously didn’t happen. When I questioned them I was told they had a lot of time in it, so no refund! I did go to a dealer to find it was a recall issue and was covered.

Fantastic experience: Excellent attention to detail. Casey and his crew came through with a full restoration on my sport bike. The bike was in rough shape and they were in touch every step of the way with recommendations. The bike came out of the shop with flawless precision. Many Props to Casey and the team for getting me back on the road.

Negative experience: Called the shop and the guy on the phone had a massive attitude

Fantastic experience: Great shop. I had an issue with my Yamaha XT250 and needed a place to have it serviced short notice. I called other shops in the Pittsburgh area and was informed of long lead times on service (2-3 weeks) “due to COVID” or my call wasn’t answered at all. GPMSC answered immediately and told me I could bring it by that day and they’d be able to take a look at it within the next week. Not only did they live up to their word but they also had it fixed within the week. Go to GPMSC and support small business and get excellent service along the way. Thank you guys! -Erik

Fantastic experience: These folks were great! Easy to get in touch with, reasonably priced, and quality work. They also can pick up your bike for a small fee, which was super helpful. Will be using again in the future!
