SoCal Motorcycle Training

Fantastic experience: Just finished up this class today. Well worth the money! The instructors are awesome, and this is great for new riders (like myself), or even folks that have been riding for a while. Everyone in my class learned things, no matter the experience level. It's a fun, safe learning environment! Do yourself a favor and take this class before you go buy something! I had an idea of bike what I wanted, and came away needing to do more research.

Fantastic experience: I wish I was able to give more than five stars, they deserve 10! Allison was sweet and gentle and Dave was very assertive and direct, between a two of them they are the perfect combo. I left this class feeling more confident than I ever thought I would. I can’t thank them both enough. I highly, highly recommend taking this class to any new ridder or anyone that needs a good brush up on their skills.

Fantastic experience: Allison and Jesse are the BEST!!! I never rode a motorcycle before. Saturday afternoon, I got on my own bike and rode it thanks to the great instruction I received in this class. I truly believe it should be a required class for new motorcycle riders. It is thanks to these two instructors that I am now able to ride everyday AND I LOVE IT!!! THANK YOU!!!

Negative experience: I had a death in my family recently after I had signed up to take this class. I knew I’d be unable to attend for a long time so I called trying to get a refund. The woman I spoke to said they could not do refunds but they could reschedule. I tried to work it out to reschedule but things had taken a turn for the worst. I called again and spoke to the owner Dave telling my situation. He pushed me towards rescheduling basically stating I had no option for refund. I was hoping with some time I could get back to the area to be able to take advantage of something I’ve put lots of money towards and found myself a year later still not being able to take the class. I try and call to request a refund since they never should have used my money for anything since I hadn’t taken anything from their business. But somehow the people here think money goes stale. This business took my money happily and when times got tough and I tried to work it out they shut the door on me and kept my money. This is not the right way to treat people.

Fantastic experience: That is the motorcycle school you're looking for! The instructors love riding motorcycles, they know what they are talking about. Amazing mixture of knowledge and fun, it's never only coming close to be boring. So time is running fast, while sitting and listening. On practical part you get also the advantage of the outstanding knowledge and experience of the instructors. Beginners same as long time motorcycle riders.

Fantastic experience: This is a MUST, especially if you have a teen who wants to ride like his dad. 10 years ago I took the class with Allison as my instructor. She is amazing. Now that my teen wants to ride, I had to bring him here. Dave and Allison Woods run a top notch school and have amazing instructors like Jesse. You will learn so much in two days in a positive and friendly environment. Do it the right way and learn with this awesome school. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic beginner's class which taught me how to ride and do it safely. Within two days of purchasing my first motorcycle I used the fundamentals taught to avoid an accident when a car made an illegal U-turn directly in front of me. Steve and Jeff are superb instructors and I cannot say enough good things about them and the class. Take some water and light snacks with you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVED this course!! Definitely recommend if you are interested in riding a motorcycle. Jessie and Jeff were awesome instructors. They were patient, straight to the point, and took time for everyone’s questions. Thanks to them, I feel much more confident on my motorcycle. I am looking to take the intermediate and advanced courses as well. Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I was scare to the bone; had trouble with whiskey throttle. However, Bob & Jessie were a great help in every aspect throughout the whole 3 days. I learn a lot, I appreciate the help they gave and guidance was amazing. I recommend this course, it'll help you learn the basics and with Bob and Jessie, they will teach you to total control the bike.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an awesome experience! Matt, wow dude you are freeking awsome. OK so here's the real deal woth SoCal Motorcycle Training. If you have never ridden a motorcycle this class is for you; and if you are an experienced rider, this class should be what you are doing next weekend. I learned more about control and safety in two days than in the 25+ years I've been on a bike. Whether you spend the money on yourself or give this class as a gift it will be one of the best riding investments you will ever make.

Fantastic experience: Matt was my instructor for a majority of the day with Steve helping during the actual riding and they were amazing! Matt is such an amazing instructor who teaches for all experience levels of riders. I myself have never ridden a motorcycle in my life and was hoping to just walk away with SOME help. The biggest fear I had of not being able to handle all the different motions at once were gone when they slowly eased us into, one section at a time. This course, with the help of Matt and Steve, exceeded my expectations and taught me not only how to ride but how to be a defensive and educated rider. Not only will I recommend them, but I will be back to take the intermediate class. Matt, thank you again for your help. God bless you.

Fantastic experience: Best Experience on 2 wheels. Matt and Jessie were my trainers for this past weekend. It was awesome they have a very good motivational/ fun/ but serious when needed to be attiude. They take huge steps in making everyone feel comfortable and if they dont they go above and beyond to help you decide and commit to riding safely. Love it. I passed my class. I will definitely be going back for the next INTERMEDIATE CLASS after 1000 Miles or so of practice. See you guys soon. Now off to the DMV once my waiver is in the mail. p.s. If you have scheduling conflicts they work with you but HONESTLY. Get organized and make it on time these guys are up at 4 to 5 am too come to the locations. DONT GET DISCOURAGED! Fantastic experience: I have been riding since I was 4 years old and Dave & his wife are total Master's of the art of the motorcycle and teaching people to ride safe & smart I learned so..... MUCH thanks y'all my son is going there soon .
