Fantastic experience: I was able to take the last course of the year in Piscataway. The instructors are beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and put in as much time as needed if anyone is struggling with any part of the course. They both go above and beyond what is expected of a course instructor and have a genuine passion for riding. I had zero experience before attending the course, and I feel more than comfortable pursuing this new passion of mine. I will be attending the advanced course at some point next year to further my skills and education in riding. I highly recommend this course and it’s two instructors, Jade and Scott.

Negative experience: NOT FOR NEW RIDERS I walked into this with high ambition and hope to learn how to ride a motorcycle for the first time and do so safely the right way. As someone commented earlier. It does feel like youre being rushed, you are being hurtled around like sheep . Everyone in the course either had previous experience or already have been riding. If you want to LEARN and its your FIRST time riding. Please Do not come here. They will make you leave, would not recommend either way, better places around and lost out on $350. And as also stated, i lost all motivation towards riding a motorcycle after this course .

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE THIS BASIC COURSE IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE RIDING A MOTORCYCLE! I was really looking forward to taking this course in order to be able to ride with my dad. Not only were the bikes in poor condition and kept stalling, but I struggled to keep up as the majority of the riders already had sort of riding experience, and I never rode a motorcycle before in my life. It was obvious that I was struggling to keep up with the exercises, but the instructors never pulled me aside to try to take extra time with me or ask me why I was struggling. Towards the end, I said I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward as I felt rushed and the exercises were getting harder and harder when I clearly didn’t feel comfortable with the one we completed. All they said was okay sign the paperwork to drop out instead of trying to spend time with me or make an extra effort to go over the exercises that I was struggling with. And instead, I felt like a sheep being herded with the rest of the riders from one exercise to the next. I don’t think that jam packing all of this riding in two days is beneficial for someone who’s never ridden a motorcycle in their life. This course should be broken up into four days or more shorter session throughout several weeks and should also be more geared to beginners, and they should have another course for intermediate riders so that they could feel more supported and have more attention because I didn’t receive any of that. I am truly disappointed as I was very excited and this has been such a disappointing experience. Not only have I lost out on $350 but now I’m not sure if I will ever ride due to this experience.

Positive experience: A little nervous since it was the first time I ever rode a motorcycle but I lost a lot of my fears on the second day although still was nervous for the test but still did great and was very happy with my performance and hope to keep a lot of the skills they gave me and great advice to keep myself safe and prepared on the road. Also Good Luck new future drivers!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely positive experience with RENJ thanks to my fantastic riding coaches, Paul and Steven. I HIGHLY recommend them. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Paul and Steven ensured that everyone was safe and successful. I will be back in the future to continue with additional courses. Ps. I am NOT mechanical and if I can do it so can you. Go for it, you know you want to

Negative experience: I been ripped off. They had testing in the rain. Which we never ever practice on wet roads. Telling me that oh. It’s a safety issue. When you never practiced in the rain. If we practiced in the rain for stopping distance. I would know what to do. Secondly. They never measure your braking in practice. How you going to know your stopping distances? If they say stop hard or know actually the line you shouldn’t cross when braking. You be fine. I had class with people who had ridden a motorcycle. So they are more advanced in what they looking for in wet surface. But that’s like giving you practice practice in how to ride. Then on your testing day then change the surface you been practicing on. On testing. They should of stopped classes. If they are looking for being accurate. Not say oh. The road surface wet and say oh your fine. That’s setting you up for failure. Which they did to me. I was good all the way til it rained. Foot slipped while braking before turn. Which messes up my setup in turn. So can’t stop to reposition myself. To go into a turn. I had motorcycle boots. But they are not biker boots. That are like hiking boots. Which they should of told you to wear. They just say boots over the ankle. Also. People had a chance to redue a testing part. Which I never had a chance to redue it even tho it was because it was because of wet and foot slipped. When I hit the rear brake. If I have to wait next year to do the test. I might say f it. They can’t teach new riders who never ridden a motor bike. Like a dirt bike. Supposed to get all the training needed in this for $340 and for rain to happen on testing. Not one drop of rain nor come in practice on a wet road. Save your money and look for a different schooo and not riders education. Should of had my license. If it wasn’t for the rain. This is not fun. Not educational. Because they do not teach you breaking on wet roads. Came in wanting to ride. Did pretty good upon testing in wet rides. Now they destroyed my passion to ride motorcycle. Being cheated not being prepared 100% for testing

Fantastic experience: Jade and Greg were awesome instructors that from the very beginning you could tell possess the necessary attributes to teach the course! Their advanced experience combined with how much they care to see each individual rider succeed in every exercise makes for an environment that lets you thrive while having a good time which is why we’re all here in the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this course, especially with them as the coaches and I hope to take some more classes from them in the future!

Negative experience: There is little hope for new riders as even in the basic class the majority of the people have either permits or have been riding for a long time without a license so I started at a disadvantage and the instructors repeatedly talked about getting out early. I was very disappointed not just because I didn’t pass but because I don’t think I was given a fair chance with a focus on a truly new rider. The only other person in my class that failed also never rode a bike. In addition to that the equipment was awful constantly stalling and leaking oil. The bikes were so bad that at one point during a training exercise the bike stalled on the instructor and when he went to start it back up it came flying out from under him and both he and the bike went down. If you are a new rider I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Fantastic experience: My wife and I took this course recently and both passed! We would definitely recommend this to any new rider. Our instructors were Steve and Steve, both seasoned veterans of the road and offered tons of knowledge and experience. Thanks again.
