Negative experience: The customer service was horrible. Had an unfortunate event happen and I had to pull myself from a track day. Not motorcycle, can’t control the health of loved ones. I asked about switching to another day or a refund and the person on the phone laughed and me and said I was stuck. I understand policies but there should be a way to work with your customers or at least be understanding.I was looking forward to doing a track day with this organization but the customer service rep definitely ruined that.

Negative experience: They stole my money. Had credits that “expired”… they don’t host NCM anymore and the few times I tried to use them on pre-race weekend Friday track days the events were cancelled. Seems that when using a credit and the event is cancelled the date on the credit rolls back to the original dates… I asked about restoring the credits and was denied because due to the original date they are too old. Won’t ever ride with them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Steer clear of these crooks. I’ve had similar issues with other organizations and a simple email restored the credits for use

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience at Ozark International Raceway in Gravois Mills, Missouri. The track is amazing, but very technical with alot of rising blind turns. And I would like to say the Evolve crew did a great job of informing us how to figure out the course, but especially becsuse they marked the set up and turns with cones. If you used the cones is wasn't much of an adjustment to find your line. With out the cones the crew put out if would have been nerve racking trusting my memory to charge most of the blind turns cresting the rises. I would also like to thank the crew for letting me bring another bike in when I couldnt fix the electronic suspension on my 1290 Superduke GT. Because running a 2 stroke 300cc bike was a much better fit for this very technical track. I would recommend a 600cc super sport for this track or a supermoto that can run 120 mph. I'm hoping to be able to use this track many more times each year, since it is only a 2 hr. drive from my house.

Fantastic experience: Continually having the most amazing experiences with EvolveGT and its staff and members over the past handful of years, and it just keeps getting better. The hard work and dedication to put on these safe and structured events, and help us improve is unquestionable. Much gratitude and appreciation to be a part of this community, the friendships created, and for the opportunity to learn and grow.

Fantastic experience: I've done 10 track days with them over the last 2 seasons. Great group of people who care about making everyone a safer rider, while having a lot of fun and increasing your skills/confidence as a result. Safety oriented and responsible, but also laid back and fun. Definitely recommend them if you want to get out to the racetrack!

Negative experience: I work in the medical field, wife full time in school, and we have kids together, so our schedules can be hectic. I have now tried twice to go to a track day through these guys and unfortunately both times I had something come up that stopped me from going. The first time was extremely short notice (like a day before my gas tank spring a leak) and I was told there's no way to refund or get future credit. I was reluctantly understanding and just had to bite the 220 dollar loss. Second time my son's basketball game was changed to the day of the trackday (8 days before) and I was told that it needed to be at least 15 days before the day to even get future credit, and over a month out to get a refund. This would make more sense if the events were sold out, but to refuse to allow me to apply it to a future event (which would cost the company nothing) is a little outrageous. I have had issues like this come up before and organizations were at least willing to try and help by selling my spot to a different rider or applying the payment to a future date. This place did not and I am now out over 400 dollars with zero track time due to misfortune and a lack of customer compassion. This organization may be great when you get started, but if you want any help from them beforehand, you better pay them even more money and become an expensive VIP member. The character of an organization tells me enough, I do not recommend this company to people who could potentially have anything come up that would conflict your schedule.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. First time tracking my bike and the instructors gave everybody there a good walk through the basics. There's a huge amount to learn, but I feel like we were given about as much as you can hope to get in one day. Highly enjoyed learning from this team.

Fantastic experience: "A terrifying treat" I think those are the words we ended up using to describe the EvolveGT event hosted at Summit Point's Shannendoah track. You see - we were not experienced enough for this track day, but that was only realized the first lap on what turned (pun intended) out to be a rather complex track (Shenandoah Circuit, for curious minds) as the ambient hum of more advanced rider's engines played loudly in horrifying surround sound. What you think would make for a terrible experience was rectified by the amazing staff, coaches, and riders at EvolveGT. The care they took to help us better ourselves prior to getting to the track, the active interest in where we were vs what we could do to improve, and the overwhelming support were just astounding. We've tried many hobbies that involve classroom / instructor time, but EvolveGT has that game on lock. Everyone was itching to help direct you to the appropriate area, work with you on time constraints, help you improve, and even as we were loading the bikes up to leave, an instructor was there offering more tips to improve your experience on a motorcycle - he didn't even need to - they all just really want to help, and they really want to see people enjoy motorcycles. As Bob "The Legend" said, "I'm here to make you better than me." And while that's a pipe dream, these guys are insanely good, I really feel like their goals are to make you the absolute best. It was such a wonderful experience, that we'll be working on getting our skills sharpened enough to be involved with these track day instructors. I would even bother at looking at other track days - this team of motorcycle extraordinaire are the real deal. Thanks again to Billy, Bob, Paul, and the other 2 instructors that were awesome to work with.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most professionally ran track day ever I have done track days with other companies which are good but EVOLVE GT is on the next level...SERIOUSLY everything is on time PERCISESLY on schedule such as.... meetings, classes, track time, lunch, track time and more track time LOL...functions like clock work. Also very safe they have ambulance and Dr. on the facilities they get to the people immediately this was my third time participating with Evolve GT and no one was hurt bikes went down but riders got back up transported in the ambulance as precaution and walked away safely...My friend being one of them the attention was unbelievably GREAT cant say it enough. Plus the best instructors ever I took the Novice course for beginners I did 2days and learned so much by the end of the day I was Valentino Rossi.....at least I felt like I was LOL chicken strips where gone lean angle was good body position was perfect or close to it... LOL and I knew the racing line 100% got my certificate of completion and felt proud of my accomplishment/improvements. Billy, Vin, Matt, Chris, I thank you so much these guys are the best coaches ever they really got me up to speed quickly and safely ask for any of these instructors when you get there you will have a great day listen pay attention and you and your bike will get home in one piece don't listen or follow directions you will pay they know what they are talking about and what they are teaching there is no surprise when you go down its because of what you did wrong and not following the instructions of how to do it right. EVOLVE GT IS THE BEST...Worth every penny Make sure you are rested get there the night before camp at the site or book a hotel wake up a 7am and be ready to ride all day for an amazing Moto GP style class environment YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: If you're thinking about getting into track riding, you need to come to these guys first. They work with you to get you the skills you need to make the most out of your track days and they're well organized while still being laid back. You're first day on the track should definitely be with Evolve.
