Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, I’ve been riding for a while and taken the course in Florida 10 years ago and still learned something. You never know what you slack on until you stop practicing. It doesn’t matter if you ride everyday you should still take the class.
Negative experience: Have not experienced the actual course, so I cannot review that, but if you do pay for it, and for some reason cannot take it, even if it's medical, they will not refund you. I guess they just pocket it. This is not mentioned on the website.

We are sadden to hear your experience did not live up to your expectations. When an actual class spot is purchased, we make every accommodation possible to work with students who may have medical conditions and will even offer a refund if needed. However, you purchased a gift certificate without confirming a class date. Unfortunately, a gift certificate is a non-refundable purchase. If an individual purchases a gift certificate and decides they will not be moving forward with confirming a class date, the individual is more than welcome to donate, gift or raffle off the gift certificate if they wish.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently completed a course at Moto Mob Riding Academy in Franklin, VA, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. As new riders eager to learn the ropes of safe and proper motorcycle operation, we sought out the best possible training program. After thorough research, we decided on Moto Mob, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The academy’s reputation for quality instruction and comprehensive training made it stand out. Our riding coach, Jordan, was nothing short of amazing. He was personable, well-spoken, and maintained a calm demeanor throughout the course. Jordan’s ability to provide extra assistance to those who needed it was truly commendable. His teaching style was incredibly effective, ensuring that each participant felt comfortable and confident as we navigated through the lessons. His attention to safety was particularly well-observed and greatly appreciated, making us feel secure at all times. Despite our initial nervousness as new riders with our new bikes, Jordan’s approach helped us quickly gain confidence, the necessary core skills and knowledge, and a well rounded understanding of the risks and how to mitigate them. His personalized attention and clear instructions made all the difference. We felt well-supported throughout the entire process. By the end of the course, we were much more comfortable on our bikes. Fantastic experience: I came into this course excited and nervous because I’ve never ridden a bike before. I’ve backpacked once or twice and that’s it. I can tell anyone who takes this course that it’s life changing; not just to beginners, but to even those who have ridden for years. Moto mob has the best and most understanding instructors. Jordan and Shekelia were made to be teachers and leaders as they coached and helped me understand each exercise. There was no babying or coddling; but I felt so respected and encouraged in this course. It was hard and difficult to get my bearings in the beginning, but the knowledge I took away and the practice I will be doing in my future was all shaped because of Shekelia and Jordan, and those lessons I learned under their coaching will remain the foundation in which I will keep myself and others on the road safe. Thank you so much for your patience and instruction! I’m happy beyond words to have taken and passed my course this weekend.

Fantastic experience: Finally got in touch with the wonderful owner, Mrs. Bussey. She, as expected, stated she's a woman of her word and will email me for a grade day in the coming year as classes have ended, I've practiced as much as possible in our small gravel driveway but have all confidence that I'll ace that U turn this time, can't thank Mrs Bussey enough, such an amazing, wonderful, and skilled woman, both her and her daughter have heart's of gold and are grade A instructors. Regardless my outcome I am very happy to have met them and got to learn from them. You'll not find better people or teachers, Tennessee is lucky to have her opening a school there soon

While we understand your frustration with not passing the course on both of your attempts, we can assure you that our staff has responded to any and all communication received from you. We receive daily communication from other students/individuals without issue and we have not received any communication from you via text, email, or phone call (all of the information is listed on our site, Facebook page, and in the registration email you receive when registering for a class) for you to come back to complete day 2.
Our instructors always communicate with students to bring plenty of water for hydration, snacks, and ask that all students advise of any health concerns privately so that accommodations can be made accordingly if necessary. While our range does not have a covered area right next to it, we do have a covered sidewalk just a few steps away and we always encourage students to either spend breaks there or in their car as they rehydrate and cool down or warm up. Additionally if a student appears to be too hot or cold, our instructors will add in additional breaks and continually check with the student that they are feeling well enough to continue.
Your first class was on August 26th and yes it was very hot. You withdrew with yourself from this class due to your health concerns and the heat. You stated you needed to cool down, rest, and come back when it was cooler. We offered for you to come back at a later date at a discounted rate which you were extremely gracious for and accepted without hesitation. The weather in October was cooler and while you were able to make it through the class unfortunately, you did not successfully pass. Ms. Bussey offered for you to come back on a Sunday to retake day 2 and the skills evaluation. On October 22, 2023 Ms. Bussey confirmed you had our Operations Manager’s contact information and she gave you a business card as well.
While we welcome students from all over the country, we cannot control the cost a student incurs to travel and attend our class outside of the class fee itself. Our goal is to always provide students with the best training possible and you had nothing but praise for your instructors during your August class. We love to see as many students pass as possible, but for our school (as you stated in your original review) safety is our top priority so there will be students who unfortunately do not pass the first time and just as we did with you, we offer those students the opportunity to retake the class at a discounted rate.
As you stated you have spent quite a bit of money traveling to our school twice now, due to that we recommend that you find a school closer to you so that your costs do not continue to mount.

Fantastic experience: I had never driven a bike, always the backpack on the hubs’ Harley. Took this class and was just amazed at the knowledge and dedication of all the staff. I learned so much and loved the way each student got the help and guidance they needed. They were able to bring me from never driving to licensed! I can’t wait to attend more classes with Moto Mob!

Fantastic experience: As a 5' 3" 100 lb female who was nervous to ride, I can say I had the best coach in the world turned me into a confident rider. It was a fun but serious atmosphere and you will learn so many life saving maneuvers. I drove 1.5 hours to the class and will say it was the best time and money investment I've made. I'd travel from anywhere to take this specific msf class. The classes are small so you get that extra time to be coached on what you can do better. I will deff take the advice of continually practicing, because it's easy going fast in a straight line but the quick stops, and tight turns is definitely something worth honing in your skills. Can't say enough how much if highly recommend. They are the most humble and greatest group of people.

Fantastic experience: I recently spent a weekend with my son at Moto Mob MSF class and the experience was fantastic. Whether you are an experienced rider or a beginner the staff at Moto Mob is incredible with not just great riding skills but the ability to provide insight and instruction to all levels of rider. It is a great way to improve your skills, brush up on skills and improve your riding. The staff there cares about seeing improvement and growth and makes it a fun experience.

Fantastic experience: I took the BRC course over the weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Moto mob was recommended to me by three different people. Because base BRC courses were filled, I opted to take her course at her location. She far exceeded all expectations! Worth the 45 minute drive! She is passionate about riding, being safe, AND having fun! She took time with riders that had no experience and ensured that those individuals were not intimidated. She made the course appropriate for the students while keeping within the MSF regulations. She calls a spade a spade. Love the academy!! She also has other instructors that are just as great too! They are all down to earth. So many great things to say!
