They were loud and clear when speaking and in my opinion good teachers, no one was ever rood or mean in any way and they knew how to explain what I was doing wrong and how to explain it. Fantastic experience: I took the beginner course here. Before taking this course, I had never been on a motorcycle. Now I can say I can confidently operate a bike and be safe. Wyatt, Erin, and Q are great instructors! They are super knowledgeable and patient. Throughout the course, they did a great job at building up everyone’s confidence and preparing them for the assessment. I will definitely be taking the intermediate course once I get my own bike!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this motorcycle course. I have been riding for over two years and would consider myself an intermediate rider. The teachers were fantastic - Wyatt and another guy but I can’t remember his name :/ they were clear, fun and knowledgeable, and the course was set out really well. I was thankful that we did similar drills/exercises over and over again to really impress it into our memory and get it right, and like I said, the teachers were excellent . When I signed up I wasn’t sure how I would like it, but I was thoroughly impressed and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this course and will be looking into taking the more advanced courses in the future.

Not only was it so fun to learn how to ride a motorcycle, but I also learned how to do so safely. Highly recommend! In addition to having outstanding instructors and many different types/sizes of motorcycles they also had free loaner boots, gloves, and helmets!!

He had to make hard choices and had the grit to say who can and who can’t. Not for personal reasons, but for the safety of yourself and others around you, who was ready and not. Me included. Fantastic experience: I didn’t take any pictures but definitely want to share my experience here because it was an excellent experience and paved the way for me to hop on my new bike much more comfortably. My classes here were August 24th and 25th with the instructors being Wyatt and Thomas the first day, and Wyatt and Tony the second day. All of them were super kind and gave very informative instruction to help improve our rider training. On day one when we finally started up shifting gears, it felt a little overwhelming, but the more we rode and the more it was put into action, the more natural it began to feel and easier that it became. Still, it wasn’t until day two that I received more confidence in my decision to ride a motorcycle on the street. I started feeling out the bike much more in the second day and became way more comfortable leaning with my turns. When we finally got to weaving, I struggled to keep a good pace and balance as I stood in first gear, trying to use the clutch but also stressing over stalling which would lead me to use the throttle and it just wasn’t working too well for me. This same problem carried over to the sharp turns. Both Wyatt and Tony encouraged trying it in 2nd gear to see what felt more comfortable. As I looped back around Tony asked “are you in second gear” to which I switched to second despite being nervous and thinking it would be too fast for weaving. Still, I tried it and kept it in that “friction zone” and that was all I needed! It may have seemed like something so small but it was perfect. It made weaving and sharp turns much easier and got me way more comfortable being in that higher gear, even if it’s just one above 1st. Sometimes all it takes is just that extra push out of your comfort zone, and as they say, “trusting the bike” to get you feeling way more comfortable, and when you’re comfortable you ride better and much safer. So I just want to give a huge thanks to Wyatt, Thomas, and Tony for being such excellent, kind, informative, and overall just amazing instructors and making the course a great experience. I don’t normally write reviews but felt it was just needed and a good way to show my gratitude not only for the course, but for the people who are teaching it as well :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Instructors were capable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They always had specialized feedback for each student after a practice exercise that I found very helpful in improving my technique. The course was informative and we had plenty of opportunity to practice on the bikes. Have already recommended to several friends who are looking to take the CMSP. The only downside was that most of the training bikes were very old and had seen better days. Would encourage PMT to invest in updating them, it would make the experience even better.

They were exactly what I needed for my first day riding. My instructors Dylan and Crusoe for the 2nd day were equally amazing. They took everything we learned from the first day and expanded on it. They were extremely knowledgeable and could exactly pin point my errors so I could work on them in real time. Dylan was very charismatic and made the class fun, while Crusoe was straightforward and precise. They complimented each other very well. I would definitely take the intermediate course or advanced course if any of these instructors were teaching them. Overall my experience was awesome. I’m so damn happy I took this course!

Fantastic experience: Went here January 2023. Super great experience. It was my first time using a clutch, and everything was explained extremely clearly. I am going to get my permit as soon as my form comes in the mail. Strongly reccomend to anyone wanting to get into motorcycles safely. If I can do it at 17 then anyone can.

Fantastic experience: The class was great! It's obvious that the team of instructors truly care about teaching and making sure you learn. I met about 6 of them in my two days and they were all fantastic! They also offer private and additional courses if interested. The mornings are cold, especially in the winter so make sure to dress warm...bonus...the morning sunrise is nice too. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding class, instructors knew the material but also provided me insightful tips that really made a difference in real time. I appreciated the feedback and truthfully it was not an easy class to complete and requires stamina. Elvie and Erin were so supportive and so was Tony, highly valued their comments and feedback. Relax elbows, ride smoothly and don’t get overly confident. I would recommend all three levels of riding before getting out on the road. Learned a lot! One suggestion would be to have one of the instructors lead all the riding exercises, at times I could not shift because the rider in front of me didn’t reach speed. Fantastic experience: I had ZERO experience on a motorcycle and by the first day of behind the wheel class I was riding!! Great course! It’s a lot to take in but the instructors were very patient, friendly and knowledgeable! Dylan and Tony were awesome!! They had great chemistry and made the course fun!! Tony is super supportive and encouraging and Dylan can be hard on you but when he praises you, you know you did a good job! Love the enthusiasm of those two. Will definitely sign up for the intermediate class in the future.

It was an excellent beginner’s course with the CMSP certification (I passed the course and received the waiver in less than a week). Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this place anymore, I got Crusoe, “Q” and Tony both incredibly charming individuals very different. But each one were amazing at helping me finally get my damn Dl389! If you want to get your permit quick I couldn’t recommend a better place!

Fantastic experience: Our two days of training with our instructor Q was great. The helmet that they loaned me for me alright and was in great condition. The motorcycles area smaller and off brand for the most part. Some throttles and clutches were really old to the point where some of us had to kick the shifter so much it just broke off. Overall the sign up process was also straightforward. I called in to make sure i got everything right, they called me back and patiently explained everything. The online course was great material and informative, albeit very long!

Fantastic experience: I took the beginner course and had 3 great instructors--Q, Crusoe, and Kevin. The beginner course isn't enough experience to get you ready to ride on the street, but it's enough to get your license. That's insane if you think about it. The DMV will let you ride after 10 hours of practice. Anyway, that's more of an issue with the driving laws--not an issue with this company. The instructors are aware of that and went above and beyond and had us practice riding through a pretend 4-way stop to get "street practice." Also, the week before training, I was transferred to a different location because their admins noticed I'm short. They wanted to make sure I'd have acess to a shorter bike I'd fit. This company really cares about making sure you have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: As a 56 year old woman who rode scooters years ago, I decided it was time to make an adventure and learn how to ride a motorcycle. I signed up for Pacific Motorcycle Training and am so happy I did! Having great reviews, both the E-Morotcycle Training Course and the Behind-the-Wheel training were exceptional. I learned all of the basics on the E-Training and started from the very beginning at the Riding Class. After two days of hands on practice I was comfortable, though still cautious, and ready to ride around my neighborhood gaining the street experience I need before hitting the highway. The Riding Instructors are absolutely fantastic! They love to ride and want everyone interested to learn how to safely become part of the motorcycle community. They are extremely encouraging with constructive criticism when needed. I did not feel intimated at all because we learned the basics and progressed from there. I know my previous experience of riding bicycles, driving a manual car and riding scooters years ago helped me tremendously, but a motorcycle is a different skill set and I am excited to continue learning how to ride!

I used to ride a dirt bike when I was younger and I found this class a great refresher for getting back on the road and I highly recommend this taking courses here vs Bay Area Motorcycle Training (which I've taken before)

Fantastic experience: Very great experience, just remember to wear warm! I received instructions from Q, Crusoe(?) and Dylan(?), and they are very passionate and patient. They answered all my questions, from motorcycle skills to motorcycle gears and parts. Learned a lot! Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful experience. All three instructors were marvelous. They were each very different but they were all encouraging and strived to make sure we did things correctly and learned. They never corrected anyone in a way that made them feel bad or embarrassed. Don't get me wrong they quickly corrected mistakes, but not in a negative way. Also the bike I used was in perfect working condition and I heard no complaints from anyone else about their bikes. I walked in never having riden and walked out able to control a bike safely. This won't be the last class I take from them on this journey of learning to ride.

Fantastic experience: All three instructors I had really knocked it out of the park. The training hours felt like time and money very well-spent. I gained concrete skills on the bike and got really good feedback on my technique as I learned. Instructors were direct yet patient and did well managing a variety of skill levels. There were two instructors each day and they did great managing a fairly large group. It never felt like too many people or like I didn't have the chance to ask questions. Everything was organized and set up ahead of time for the most efficient use of class time. All three instructors clearly care very deeply about making sure riders learn the skills to be as safe as possible out on the road. Thank you guys for a great course!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a very very good experience with both my instructor’s Tony and Dillon. They were very patient and informative, and motivated to help us understand the risks involved can be lowered with good training. They made a new rider feel welcomed into the community and i couldn’t be more excited to begin riding! Just one thing is my bikes clutch/ gear box was very loose and funky and i just suggest maybe checking on the mechanics/quality of the bikes often so we when new riders ride them for the first time they get a good first hands on experience. I was in the west borough middle school class 3/25-3/26 and used red Honda Grom , i believe under the name Olivia 111234? But other than that one suggestion i you truly enjoyed the course and would definitely suggest it or any other new riders

Fantastic experience: I struggled a lot with the weight of the bike and fell a couple times. Q gave me helpful tips on balancing the bike and offered a lighter bike. All the teachers were very helpful, knowledgable and patient. The first day was hard learning the basics but by the end I learned how to ride the motorcycle and was able to pass the class.
