Fantastic experience: Had an awesome experience at Wesley Chapel H-D. The dealership looks fantastic. Once I stepped in I was not hassled they allowed me to look around and then was friendly approached by a cool genuine individual named Ryan. I did not intend to purchase during my visit but I came across one that fit just perfect. Ryan made it a very comfortable and very pleasant experience providing me an overview of motorcycle and patiently making sure I understood. I test drove the Harley and definitely was convinced it was for me. Ryan presented me to staff, who were all very courteous and friendly throughout my visit. No hassle and very easy trade deal where they delivered and picked up trade at my home.

Negative experience: Doesn’t service Harley’s 20 years or older. Must be a lot to see and talk about in this shop….

Fantastic experience: I recently contacted Harley Davidson of Wesley Chapel to see about purchasing a bike and was put in touch with sales specialist Ryan Ashby and sales manager Gabriel Ouellette. I am an experienced buyer and have dealt with a dozen different dealerships, and these two guys surprised me in the best way! There was no heavy sales pitch, no tricks, and no sleight of hand. Every single conversation was perfectly honest and completely professional, which is what the customer wants but not always what we get! I cannot overstate just how pleasant it was to talk with both men, they did what they said and said what they did. It was a perfect experience and these guys are who YOU need to ask for when you phone the dealership. I was impressed.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a 19 road glide special as I had owned one prior. My husband and I looked at a couple places but found the one we wanted at wesley chapel. I went in and immediately connected with Peter and he took me on a test ride. Honestly listened to what I was looking for, treated us so well and had a wonderful experience. Positive experience: Had the parts I needed for a decent price

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to visit the service department twice in two days with my 24 RG. The first time having to get my rear tire replaced because of a piece of metal. The next day a dump truck spit out a 4”-6” rock that I couldn’t avoid causing my front wheel to bend. Since this is my goto place for everything service related I’ve always dealt with Matt. He always goes above and beyond to help me out and is very good at what he does. It’s definitely a culture there because I went in there about 6 months when I had my Street Glide because my throttle body had a crack in it. The parts department didn’t have any but the Parts Manager heard the conversation and he knew where one was in the shop. I walked out with what I needed and was back on the road in an hour. Can’t forget about Rich he’s always there to help me out. It’s a great team at WC HD. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Let me first say that I live much closer to a harley dealership than wesley chapel. I drive over an hour longer to go here. Matt in service is the reason for that. Getting service to leave the counter is not common. Matt went and found a tool and came outside to fix a simple issue. That is how you gain customers. Good Job Matt!!

Fantastic experience: Brook in sales is awesome, just like the rest of them. Every time I go in there, everyone is always so nice. Matt in service went out of his way to swap out my battery. He put me on the list right away, so I don't get stuck out on the road with my bike. They are e cellent in customer service. I've worked in retail for over 40 years, and I know it's not easy. Everything I go in there I'm greeted with a smile! Thebest!

Fantastic experience: Big salute to the Harley Davidson Wesley Chapel staff and management. Yesterday I arrived at their shop very late. Just in time for closing. Despite of it, they still welcomed me and accomodated me with a huge smile. To top it all, when i was about to pay for the item that i bought, the cashiers were already closed. I was brought to the manager and the manager gave me the item for free. I should have gotten a new bike at that moment. It might have been given to me for free too.

Positive experience: It didn't start out well visiting the dealership. I found a motorcycle online for sale there and I called about it and was issued an appointment the next day at 12:00 when I got there at 12:00 they had already sold it to someone else. I know that's a 50/50 gamble but it just seemed like they could have gave me a call before I drove almost 2 hours for this appointment. Unfortunately the sales lady that I was supposed to meet with had to take the day off to take care of her family. I sympathize with that but someone should have called me. That told me there was a lack of communication amongst the workers at the place. Walther I found another motorcycle that I was interested in and they gave me a price. I said I needed to think about it overnight and I would get back to them in the morning and give them a yes or no. When I called back the manager that gave me the price changed the price by $400. Up not down. The other thing that kind of blew my mind was that the fact that that motorcycle that I bought came with a windshield originally. It's a road King after all. So I asked about the windshield and my answer was, well it wasn't on there when they traded it in. I would think that the company would want to make that right. Did the only man I know the dealership did very well on it. After all they do charged an extra $700 for profit and call it a dealer fee or a document fee something such as that. I think it was plenty of profit made that I could have had the windshield. All in all though I love the bike I bought very much. The one thing the management did do is give me almost a fair deal on the trade-in. The reason I say that is because it was pretty fair until they charged me $350 for a dealer inspection on my trade in. I believe that should have been their responsibility to pay their people not mine. it was very nice of them to deliver the new bike and pick up my trade in at my house. I've never had a dealer offer me that before in my life. There were several good things about the place and a few bad things. So you've heard what I had to say but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase. I think the phone calling and the texting and emails are out of control there. It's very difficult to call and get a hold of anyone, I think their messaging is a little messed up on the phone especially. I guess I'm saying their communication amongst each other should be reckoned with a little bit better.

Fantastic experience: I purchased a certified pre-owned Road Glide Limited from here. My salesperson was Pete Perrone and he did an excellent job making me feel comfortable with the purchase and bringing me through the bike's features. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I did not feel pressured to buy, they just kept in touch with me and listened to my needs and did their best to structure the deal so I could pull the trigger and buy. Love the bike and highly recommend Pete if you're looking for a certain model as he's just a nice guy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some mixed experiences with dealers in the past, but my experience here has been great. Not only did they come and tow my bike for service for free, they did a complimentary wash on it while it was there too. Got some spark plugs, fuel injectors, and brakes done for a reasonable price too. Then, they towed it all the way to my new place in Clearwater, from Wesley Chapel! Bikes looks and runs great, a big thanks to Matt, Art, and Aaron for helping me out.

Fantastic experience: Down here form Georgia for work and had a rear tire issue. I panicked because I had no contacts in the region, but knew I had to get it fixed. Got it here to the Harley Davidson shop in Wesley Chapel and these guys are great! Super comfortable shop and good guys behind the service desks. They helped me out and getting me back on the road so I could make it home! If you're on a Harley you gotta come check out this store if you're in the Tampa region!

Fantastic experience: We went to an event there on Saturday for their anniversary party. It was such a great time. There was amazing music, great vendors, and the staff was so friendly and helpful when we were shopping for a bike. I can’t wait to go back for their next event.

Negative experience: They are rude and inconsiderate, along with obviously being desperate to sell something. Do not chat with these people unless you desire to be hounded with phone calls and text messages, after informing them that you made a purchase elsewhere. We have had to block them from calling and texting our cell phone.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!!! I would NEVER NEVER buy anything from this dealership. My friend put a deposit on a CVO Road Glide months ago. When it finally came in he was away on vacation. I was there when he got back and received a call from the finance manager on Friday saying they were having an event on Saturday and if he didn’t come in that day they were putting out for sale the next day. He told them he had been working non-stop because he had been away and could get there on Tuesday but that wasn’t good enough. When he put the deposit there was no stipulation that it had to be picked up in a certain amount of time. This is a ridiculous way to treat a customer and I will never give them a dollar of my money. We belong to a national LEMC and they just lost all of our business.

Fantastic experience: I was looking at other name brand Cruiser motorcycles before my pastor asked if I looked at the Softail. He was so right. After going to this store and riding the Street Bob, I was hooked. This was the first time I didn't have to haggle at all. They gave me my new bike for the advertised price with the $500.00 off they said for test driving. Plus, while you are hanging out, it is a fun store to shop in. They offer you soda, water, coffee, and beer. The coffee is very good. Their motto is welcome to the family, and they hold up to that with offing you bike rides and events. I have absolutely no regrets with my bike and love every mile on it. I would say more about what I love about my bike, but I would need a book. Lol

Positive experience: My experience with this store was very good initially when I bought my motorcycle, they served me very well 6 months ago, but now just under 2 weeks ago I was passing by and decided to go in to see the bikes... and I saw a bike that it interested me a lot, I was interested in changing my current bike, there was a salesman near me and I asked him to start the bike, and he replied: "Are you going to buy it?" I didn't like that, I think it was rude of him, I don't know if he thought my English was bad but I didn't find adequate treatment, I felt judged, maybe because of my appearance. After that I was attended to by the salesman Pete who served me very well. I thought it necessary to come and write about my experience.

Fantastic experience: I went in with an issue on the battery I bought from them. The office manager, Sherri, not only took the time to help me understand how the warranties work, but really went out of her way to assist me in getting a replacement battery. Honestly I've never seen such dedication and kindness in an employee before, really taking the time to explain stuff to me way beyond what would be required and expected of anybody doing their job. The dealership is beautiful and the people that work there are really very kind and knowledgeable. Unlike other Harley-Davidson dealerships, where you walk in and automatically you're getting a hard sell, these guys are really low key and are as helpful as can be without ever being aggressive or forceful. I highly recommend this dealership.

Fantastic experience: I've been riding Harley bikes since 2015 and have been to a lot of dealerships for repairs. Wesley Chapel is by far my favorite shop. I brought my bike in for what could have been a huge repair job. They said give us an hour and will see what we can do for someone serving our country (Army Active duty) they went ahead and fixed everything! And took care of my ride. It was fast, and took me step by step with the whole process. Checked up on me the entire time until I rode off.

The store looks fabulous, we were greeted by Gaige right off the patio and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Wesley Chapel HD was exceptional in sales and service. I began working on a deal with them on a Friday afternoon over the phone from out of state. All pricing was upfront, honest, and fair. So much so that I had the utmost confidence in the team there that a buddy and me drove 1,650 miles round-trip from Tennessee to Tampa to see my salesman, "Big Steve" and the guys. When we arrived, the bike I had expressed interest in purchasing was already inspected, serviced, and ready to go. I sat down with the finance manager, (also) Steve, took about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork, and loaded up my 2013 Road Glide Custom. The service guys were great in explaining their inspection, the sales team was knowledgeable, and the finance dept was exceptionally easy to work with. While we were there my buddy looked at a Road Glide, and purchased one as well. So we loaded up 2 RG's in the trailer, and left with a smile. Happier than 2 pigs in poop. 10/10 WOULD recommend the "Steves", and Wesley Chapel HD!

Fantastic experience: So we went to our local dealer to pick up 2 new batteries for our motorcycles. Because I just had knee surgery (again) Joe said I didn't have to go. But I'm such a motorhead that there is no way that I'd skip a chance to go smell gas & oil. So we walk in & he goes to the parts department. Meanwhile I walked past the showroom floor & back to check out the men's long sleeve "sales" that they had in the merchandise department. I come out with a shirt for him & said I think this looks nice for you, oh & I picked out your next motorcycle. He said, oh you did, did you? I said yep, come & look at it. I see our friend Mike Rendine. Then we asked if our other friend Ghost (salesman Mike Mcguire) was there. We didn't get the shirt but we did get the motorcycle. I really love his new Harley Davidson black on black 2024 Road Glide. But I'm going to miss his one of a kind 2016 Dyna Lowrider S. I hope the next owner treats her well. Moral of the story is DO NOT take your motorhead wife with you to a motorcycle store or you will end up with an entire motorcycle in your shopping cart with added accessories. Thanks to all the extremely friendly & knowledgeable employees that we call friends at Harley Davidson of Wesley Chapel.
