Grand Teton Harley-Davidson: Motorcycle Dealer

Fantastic experience: Grand Teton HD facilitated my second Rider to Rider sale. In both sales I received a loan interest rate at approximately 1/2 the rate what my personal bank would offer me. I am quite pleased.

Fantastic experience: Too bad that their rent is too high for them to stay open. They are very nice, decent people who deserve to stay in business. This was a great place to visit and so sad that this economy has come to this.

Fantastic experience: Ive bought two bikes from GTHD one new one used. price is always gonna be on their side, (thats their business) but not in anyway dissapointed. It was a very good buying experience, they had many many used bikes to choose from. They put new tires on prior to purchase and even ate the cost of the white walls. The only thing that could be improved is the advertisement of all used bikes in the basement. Nate, Dustin, and Brandee kicked ass.

Fantastic experience: I came down from Canada.. lone woman on Sportglide 2018, got my bike checked out all fluids and made sure it was in good shape for my ride back to Canada.. guys fit me in the following morning, I needed a reat in a hotel anyways and it was so awesome they did everything and sent me on my way feeling safe, thank you guys from Canada Alex !! Ursula Johnson.. thanks for making me feel safe on road and taking good care of me in a pinch ❤️❤️️Ill be back!

Fantastic experience: We stopped in for a T-shirt and from the moment we walked in the staff were inviting and welcoming. They offered us water and coffee and asked us where we were from. After purchasing much more than a t-shirt we headed out on the road. About 45 miles away my bike broke down and we called Grand Teton for assistance, and they sent a trailer out to get us. 1 hour later Jim the General Manager showed up and loaded the bike up and got us to the dealership. Russel then got to work on my bike and had us back on the road all in under 4 hours. I have never experienced service at this level. They were concerned to get us off the road to safety and fixed the bike in record time. A huge thank you to the Grand Teton team for making our road trip stress free. Fantastic experience: I am riding cross country with friends and had a problem with my motorcycle. I got to Grand Teton HD at 3pm on Saturday. They took me right in and the mechanic Russel Poulson checked the bike out and replaced my front and rear wheel bearings. He was very thorough and skilled as well as being very friendly. He did a great job. I was very lucky to have him do the job. I highly recommend and appreciate this dealership

Negative experience: The service shop is HORRIBLE!! My husband left our Harley there to have the radio and display screen fixed and it sat for over a month with nothing done. He called numerous times and no one knows what’s happening with it. He went to pick it up to take it somewhere else and he sat for almost an hour and they still couldn’t find our bike in their service department. We will NOT be going back. We have multiple bikes and will take them somewhere else. A literal joke of a service department. Hopefully no one else has this issue. There were a good 50+ bikes in the service department waiting for something to be done..

Fantastic experience: Friendly people and some really nice bikes

Negative experience: Took my bike in for an oil leak around the clutch cable and needless to say I was forgot about. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called to see if it was done was told they would check on it and get back too me 2 days latter nothing than I call and ask again same story than call back again next day and get told aperantly it needs a whole new line that they don't stock and they have to order ok get told it will be done in a week after a week and half goes by I call them story goes again the line didn't make it yet they will call and update me when it's dome and a month and a half after taking the bike in I was finally able to get it back for a small oil leak fix this is ridiculous service at its worst.

The showroom was well-organized with an impressive selection of motorcycles. I was able to take a test ride, and the salesperson (Dustin) answered all my questions patiently. Negative experience: If I could leave a negative star review I would. I took my bike in to get 50k mile service and in doing so, I had requested for them to check for leaks, or any other problems. Well I get my bike back, I pay for the service, and they say it is all good to go. The very next day the fuel pump goes out and so I take it back in ask for them to fix it and that I would pay for that as well. (When I spoke to the service rider, he made me feel unimportant and like my time didn’t matter). So, I called Harley in SLC and had them ship the parts I needed so they could do the work on the bike so I take my bike back for a second time and I get the back back and turns out they put a fuel line on backwards. So, after fighting with them to get them to fix their mistake, they finally agree to send someone out to my house and fix the bike. And no sooner than I get the bike back I notice it’s leaking oil and transmission fluid mind you they just did the so called big “50,000” mile service, so I go by Harley and see the mechanic and I say hey so I thought you said it wasn’t leaking, needless to say I would have had better luck talking to a wall probably better service to. It sucks to see that a company that is supposed to hold there selves to a higher standard treats there customers like this, I for sure would say that if you need anything bike related stuff done, take it to hot rods and Roberts, Idaho, or my opinion take it to anybody but Harley because these guys are nothing more than a joke. My money is still green and I work very hard for it I wasn’t looking for a discount or favor all I was looking for was professionalism and good customer service, I will never go back to Teton Harley Davidson again ever I’d rather stay broke down than to give them any service shame on you Harley Davidson in Idaho falls Idaho #grandtetonharleydavidsonsucks#

Fantastic experience: I had bent my wheel on a Thursday night. Friday morning my Mom shows up with my wheel to find a replacement. Luckily a customer had come in 3 hours previous to have his new wheels installed. Leaving behind his stock ones. They weren't even in the system yet. No one knew about the used wheels except for the tech that did the swap. It just so happened that my Mom ran into that tech in the parking lot. The universe aligned perfectly that day. Grand Teton Harley-Davidson was able to get me the exact wheel I needed in perfect condition at an affordable price! Allowing me to make a precious core memory with my son the following day. My Mom said the part's gentleman (Aaron) was very helpful, respectful, and pleasant to chat with. 10/10 would recommend this establishment for any and all parts needs on your Harley!

Fantastic experience: 2024 Road Glide- Brandee helped me find the right bike and worked so well with me on options. She wasn’t pushy at all, trying to get me to buy what they wanted me to buy. All around buying experience was awesome. Then it got hand down to Shane. Who walked me through the bike, break in period, do’s and don’t. Just kept it real. Then I ordered new parts to be installed on it. The parts dept and the service dept are on point. The whole store has just been such a great experience and that’s what keeps me coming back about every other week to buy more stuff. I highly recommend this store. Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. This summer I had taken my newly purchased cvo in for a service and tires. When I got the bike home I noticed a small scratch on side of the touring pack. I was a little reluctant to call them because I didn’t want to be a picky costumer. But it was just large enough to bother me and the bike was mint when I took it in. The response I received from the service department and management was top notch. They asked me to bring it back in, didn’t ask once if there was anyway that I could have scratched it after I picked it up. (Which is what I had anticipated). They just took care of me and ordered a new cvo tour pack. Now that’s customer service. Thank you Grand Teton.

Fantastic experience: Bro. On day 7 of a 10 day ride. Far from home. Lincoln Nebraska. Needed a new front tire. Place was super busy. They STILL did me right and got me right in and back out with a new tire within 2 1/2 hours! A week before Sturgis no less. I almost wanna buy my next bike from here they treated me so good. Good work fellas!

Negative experience: Possibly one of the worst Harley dealerships I have encountered. My friends and I do cross country MC trips, and often find ourselves at a local Harley for unexpected repairs. Those who ride understand . Day 2 of our motorcycle trip I noticed severe shaking at about 60-65 mph, to the point where it felt unsafe to ride. We put in the closest Harley , which was Grand Teton, 67 miles from our location. I pulled in and explained my situation to the service manager (in their defense it was busy). The service manager did not budge at all after hearing the story, they didn’t even offer to take a look to see if it was safe to ride or not. I asked the manager if someone could just take a look to see if it was safe. The managers answer was not for a few days, but you made it this far you should be ok. Every Harley dealership we’ve encounter previously across the country would go out of their way to take care of customers riding cross country, often staying open late to get you back up in running. This place is an absolute embarrassment to the Harley brand. To put it in perspective, we called the Indian across the street who couldn’t believe Harley would not take a look. INDIAN told us to come right over and they could diagnose the problem , however wouldn’t have the part. We ended up going to Action Motorsport down the road. Staff was amazing, and the mechanic said you are lucky to of made it this far and that it was extremely dangerous driving the bike in its current condition. Action was able to fix the bike, and said we would never let you ride off on this. As we document our trips on YouTube for fellow motorcycle enthusiast, this story will be shared. We buy Harley , because of the share number of dealerships across this country. It was a feel safe knowing that normally a Harley dealership was within reach, but after this experience we have lost faith. We will be making further notifications. Do not waste your time trying to get here, they do not accommodate.

Fantastic experience: So, it’s been a year or three since I was last in the shop. I love Harleys, so I ducked in to take a look around. I immediately saw an old friend, Nikki, and went to say hello. I could already feel a difference in the atmosphere in the shop. I was also amazed at the number of people in the shop. I hadn’t seen that much activity in the past. I told her I was looking for a bike I had seen online. She took me straight to Austin. What an amazing guy. He told me straight up that he would spend the whole day with me if I wanted and he’d show me anything and everything. We hit it off immediately. He is such a great guy. In time, we found the right bike. I went from looking to committing. He drove me to my house to pick up my previous bike, loaded it up, took me back. We have several inches of snow on the ground. I couldn’t have done it any other way. Very grateful for the assist! They gave me a great trade and an unreal price on the new bike, well below book. Austin took me to Shane for more help. It was clear that these two guys were really good friends. That came across as very comfortable and I found myself thinking that I could hang out with both of these guys very easily. Who knows, maybe we will. I met the parts guys and the service guys after and I was overwhelmed with the feeling that all these folks had the same relaxed and genuine attitude towards making my time their number one priority. All the details of the afternoon were meticulously choreographed into one smooth and utterly satisfying experience. As the paperwork was being completed by Mr. Price, who was also extremely pleasant and responsive to all my concerns, I was impressed by the fact that so many of them were so happy to speak of their complete happiness in working with the new owners, the Woodwards. They mentioned their first names to me repeatedly with pride and even said that the entire shop was decorated for the holidays by their family personally. The shop looked great, the folks were amazing and I told them all at the end that I really enjoyed myself the entire time. What a fantastic experience. Thank you all very much. Fantastic experience: My 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited started having trouble in Jackson, WY while on vacation. I called Grand Teton HD and spoke with the service manager, John. He reassured me that they would get this fixed asap to get me back on the road! It started out with a water pump, fixed by Russ. Then my compensator went out, fixed by Jason. They completed the job quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the repairs and the customer service they provided. This Harley Davidson has the best group of guys around!

Fantastic experience: On my way to Oregon from Sturgis SD my 2002 indian starter failed. The Indian dealership couldn't-wouldn't fix it and said I should go to the Harley dealership a couple blocks away, so I did. I explained my situation and long story short they had it fixed for me first thing the next morning. The guys at Grand Teton Harley are awesome. Very disappointed in the Indian dealership, shame on you folks.

Fantastic experience: Best HD Service I have experienced in 30 years of riding! Rode in late afternoon with an oil leak while on a 10 day ride. Service Rep and Service Manager had me bring it back in first thing in the morning and had me back on the road in an 1.5 hours! Service Rep, Service Manager, Service Technician walked me through the entire repair! Customer Service and Sales team were also incredibly friendly and helpful! Thanks to the entire team at Grand Teton HD, we were able to continue our journey with minimal downtime, and were fortunate enough to meet some really great Harley Davidson Staff!

Fantastic experience: On my way back to California from Sturgis my charging system went out . Was able to get in the next morning first thing. John was really great and Russell knocked out the job with ease and had exceptional customer service who also happens to be the Mechanic for their Harley race team. Fantastic experience: On a solo trip from Missouri by my self. In yellow stone I was on a bad road and hit a bump and knocked my exhaust almost off. It was hanging on but not properly attatched. Stayed the night in west Yellowstone and rode it to the dealer. Never called or anything just showed up. Talked to one of the service writers and explained to him what was going on and he got a technician to come look and see what needed done. Within 2 hours I was out of there back on the road with a fantastic price. These people take care of travelers and I guarantee locals the best they can!

I was honestly jist looking at bikes because I was in the area. Ended up takimg one home because of how painless they made everything and how amazing the deal I got was! Fantastic experience: While on a trip around the US of A from Michigan i had a hydraulic issue with my clutch in the mountains of Idaho. Worried i was going to ruin the trip with my two buddies i rerouted to Grand Teton Harley. Got there bright and early expecting to be there all day and hundreds of dollars light. Surprisingly, the service manager got me right in and got the bike fixed within 2 hours for under &200.00!!!!!! I was so happy and we continued on with our 5100 mile trip! Hats Off to you guys!

Fantastic experience: On a Vermont to Alaska and back trip the Fuel pump on my Pan America was making some strange noises. Called Grand Teton HD and was able to get in the next morning. John the service manager was great, got my bike right in, agreed it didn't sound right, contacted Harley and they said it would be fine. Time will tell on Harley's opinion. Can't say enough great about their service department. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I will just say this....you lost some customers when you fired your best mechanic!! That guy would go out of his way to help customers!!! I know because we didn't know him till the day they came to get us broke down on the side of the road!! We would come all the way from Nevada and Montana just for him to work on our bikes!! But I guess we will just go to Rang's Cycle in Gillette, WY!!! No....we do not live there!!

Their inside sales guys were able to explain differences between bikes and even different protective gear. I was allowed to test ride 2 different bikes (I have the proper licensure) and am truly looking into buying. There was no pressure to buy (except from my son who wanted to ride the bike home) and I will likely be back.

Fantastic experience: I was on my way up to Sturgis when a bad fuel line check valve started leaking. The Gold Rush Dealership in Elko didn't have the part but Grand Teton Harley Davidson did. We put my bike in a U-Haul and drove up to Idaho Falls but didn't get there til after 5pm. John in the service department followed me to the U-Haul and dropped me off at my hotel. The next morning I got a call from him before the dealership was open and told me the mechanic came in early so I could be on my way and meet up with my group in Jackson by 11am. I can't thank the entire Grand Teton HD enough!! Thanks for going the extra mile!!! Great dealership!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews but I had to for Grand Teton HD. I went in today to purchase a used KTM they had for sale. I caught some funny jabs about not buying a Harley from the salesman (very light hearted) but got down to business soon after. I was coming in with a bike to trade and was more than happy with what I was offered. When discussing numbers on the KTM I had to tell the staff how easy a process this was compared to buying a car. There were no secrets about what was happening like that of a car dealership. I was quickly financed and leaving the lot on my dream bike but not before having several members of the staff that had no part in the deal shaking my hand and congratulating me on my purchase. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone at the store at any time and I feel I got a steal of a deal on my bike. I am horrible with names but you guys know who you are, absolute studs at Grand Teton Harley! I’ll be back to visit and drink some coffee before too long!

Fantastic experience: This place rocks. I limped my bike in. Couldn't shift. The spindle was stripped so the shift peg was all over the place. These guys put me at the head of the line for repairs. Took them only 25 minutes. Thank you for saving my trip.

Fantastic experience: Having a friend you never met. This is grand Teton Harley Davidson. I abandoned my 17 deluxe at the hotel. A scare and time ment I couldn’t make the trip and back to work on time. So I flew airline and set my keys and a note at the door of this dealership, 5:00AM in the morning, shuttle to airport. They went and got my scoot and John in service said he’ll put in a quite place while I arrange transport. Very understanding and sympathetic of my situation. Transport arranged, they helped load and strapped. But there’s more. John cleaned my bike! It was beautiful. I offered them money but he wouldn’t hear of it. “It’s what we do.” The point is: Pocatello is shut down so they are slammed with drivers. They accommodated me anyway. That’s more than customer service, they are friends who will give you a solid in your time of need. I’m sending a hand written letter with a large gift card so the manager can take the staff out. Positive experience: Great staff. We were traveling through and by buddy needed a minor repair, it was quickly taken care of. If ever I'm in this area again I will drop in on them again.
