Yes 3 months I have 2 motorcycles from these guys and staff is A+++ rating from Kevin on first purchase and Anthony on my 2nd purchase! And that’s included the rest of the staff too. Negative experience: Called this location to gain access to my key code information. They tried to set me up with services department and force me to buy a key from them. When I told them I just want the code, and I am not purchasing anything, they gave me the run around, told me I’m not allowed to have information on the bike I PAID FOR, then left me on hold until I gave up, as they usually do when they realize you’re not spending money with them. I truly hope HD Corp. audits these guys as they have continuously been a dis-service to the Glendale community.

Positive experience: Great service and clean. Great store. I would only recommend administration Hires Fluent Spanish speaking Staff. We needed someone to speak to my family member in Spanish. Unfortunately that need was unavailable at the time. Manager found 1 staff member but he wasn't 100% fluent in the translation. We purchased two shirts. Thank you for providing the free coffee to customers. That is my incentive to come back!

Fantastic experience: This one is for their Service Department. On 4/5/23 I purchased my new 2016 FXDLS. 15 miles into my first ride the clutch throw out bearing failed and I was stuck on the side of the 5 freeway. I called my salesperson Liam and within the hour they picked up my harley and took it to their shop. Later that day Zach in service informed me what was wrong and that parts have been ordered. By Monday my harley was good to go. They even delivered it directly to my home. The main point of this story is I purchased a preowned “AS IS” motorcycle. I’ve been in the car business for 3 years and “AS IS” mean “AS IS”. They could have told me tough luck your on your own but they DID NOT. Zach assured me they would fix the problem and made my experience with Glendale Harley even better. I recommend EVERYONE to come here. Good and Honest places like Glendale Harley are gems. I will be back here for my next harley!

Fantastic experience: I initially came here a few months ago browsing for a bike. Angel was very helpful and professional, and he followed up with me to give me updates on the Rider Academy that I requested. (I'm waiting for them to offer a course here in Glendale, which is probably around March.) I came by with my wife yesterday, since she was curious about the motorcycle I've been talking about. Lefty showed us around and answered all our questions. I ended up buying the Iron 883. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The whole team is great. My bike is being delivered on Tuesday, so I'm looking forward to riding around in the hills.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish nothing but great customer service from Liam Sarrag. He paid good attention to the type of bike I was going for. The bike I initially wanted was sold but he gave me great alternative recommendations along with video reviews of the bikes. Talk about above and beyond! Everyone at the Harley Glendale location was very welcoming and sweet! Coming in as a woman who is barely starting off in the motorcycle community I was a bit nervous since I wasn't too versed in motorcycles. It was great to have the team all educate me in what I will need to keep up with in regards to maintenance and the nitty gritty after purchasing my motorcycle. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely continue to make Harley Glendale my go to for anything motorcycle related. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the academy (CMSP). The instructors; Kareemah and Nemo (forgive me for the spelling) were great. Classroom with JJ was very helpful as well. Their feed back was very helpful, and they knew how to instill confidence in you with step-by-step instructions, while also telling you what you’re doing wrong. Great class overall.

Negative experience: LOOK OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!! THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SCAM YOU!!! I applied for financing online and was contacted by a sales person. I made it clear I wanted to know interest rate upfront before I went down to the dealer. They refused to answer anything over the phone and convinced me to go down and speak in person which I agreed. I get down down there and I’m shopping for a $11,249 iron 883 and they have a markup for that bike for $11,995. Before I can even discuss what my budget is this guy shows me a payment plant for $3k down and $470 for 60 months. Do the math people that’s over $30,000 on a $12,000 bike. I get taxes and interest so obviously out the door that bike won’t be 12k but it’s not out of reason to have 13.5-14k planned for a bike that mrsp’s for $11,249. They contacted my again today and they offered me the same deal over the phone but get this, they still refused to disclose the interest rates i would pay. I spoke to 2-3 people from this dealership and they came up with every excuse to not disclose important financial information. What kind of dealership are you running? This sounds an awful lot like fraud from your part.

Fantastic experience: These guys are almost 2 hours away from me. First time coming to this dealership. They were actually recommended to me by Harley-Davidson Corporate for my Pan America issues. One of the best I have been to so far. The staff was all welcoming from the initial phone call to the drop off, all the way down to the delivery return of my bike. Negative experience: I’m so surprised that this store has 4.6 stars. I called in to ask for price on a harley. David answered the phone and was very unprofessional and I was treated rudely. I definitely won’t buy a motorcycle from here. Ive been working in the car sales industry for 4 years and I know how customers should be treated. I decided to go in and get numbers in person and I still got attitude from the sales rep and his manager. They tried to give me add ons and extra fees that I know are not mandatory and they still had the audacity to tell me that I had to buy them. My boyfriend was with me and they were talking to my boyfriend like he was the one buying the motorcycle. I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. This place needs to be checked out.

Fantastic experience: It was great to walk in and see POC representation, the diversity of the staff was welcoming. My dealer spoke English and Spanish which was important to me since I speak Spaniglish Jay was incredible and knowledgeable which was important since I had a ton of questions he answered every one of my question and even thought me several trivia about the company that I did not know but found was pretty awesome, all in all I felt welcome, and represented which to me is important when making any purchase.

Fantastic experience: I am confused there is a $160 charge to Diagnose my bike, when I YouTube it and so its just a simple button below my odometer 3 min. Task to tell why the Engine light is on so why the big charge ? No plug in available for some Diagnostic readings. Just a simple button/toggle. Don't add up. Service people are great

All 3 instructors I engaged with during the 2 day course were experienced riders who demonstrated riding mastery. All instruction was clear and the feedback provided improved my riding immediately. Fantastic experience: I’ve done my first service here and a couple of car washes, the customer service is great and the amount of Harley gear is massive. The selection of motorcycles is pretty descent and it’s an overall great spot. Get a car wash at the services side and shop on the other side while you wait.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend coming here to purchase a Harley. I have a Harley dealer in my hometown, they suck so I drove an 1hr20min to come to this one and it was worth it. But The salesmen Collin was great and helpful. I went looking for a specific bike I saw online and when I went and showed Collin he took me to the exact bike and it was love at first sight. He answered my questions and was not pushy salesmen at all. The manager was also very helpful I forgot his name but he did have a sick beard. David in finance was a great person to talk to and was helpful from beginning to end, he made everything clear and visible on where to sign and told me what exactly I was signing. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend 10/10 would come again

Positive experience: The store/showroom was not very big although it was clean, well organized, and had a decent selection of Harleys including Harley electric bicycles. Their clothing section was average and did not have a large variety of shirts. Also, sizing was very limited and I found it difficult to find one to my liking and in my size. The salesperson was very friendly and did what he could to ease my disappointment.

Positive experience: Service was quick but they do try to be a little sneaky ... That are quick to have you sign paperwork for service without telling you the price ... Be ware don't let them pressure you . But service is good.

Fantastic experience: Started with a Sportster 2021 because I have no experience with big bikes before. I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not. Before I even comleted the first year (8 months to be exact) I felt the need to upgrade to the next level. Collin was very helpful in presenting my options. On the very same day I brought my Sporter for a trade-in I came out with a Softail Standard (also a 2021). I came home much happier with the upgrade even if it meant that my expenses increased.

Tommy helped me out with what I needed...he was professional and knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. The showroom and merchandising is spot on. I'm a big fan and will be back.

Fantastic experience: Bought a street bob two years ago, it was a fair price, not amazing but fair. My bike runs great and i have great times riding. Since i started, met many riders with same bike, some paid more some less, most personalized it and never looked back. My advice: Make the deal for yourself, most importantly pick the right bike for you instead of payment, it should be a bit scary, but down the road , for me at least, it made sense to buy bigger engine.

Fantastic experience: Went back to GHD to get myself a real Harley Cadillac. A team of super cool professionals made this happen. This dealership has some of the most genuine, honest and sincere staff. BIG, Big shout out to my boy Brandon Reed. Brandon knew about my interest and he's been keeping me in the loop for over a year. The FLTRXSE is a rare commodity and its definitely competitive out there to get your hands on one. But Brandon did his due diligence. He knew when the time came, I was going to be all in. Checking in with me, providing updates and then finally when that awesome truck showed up last week, he sent me a cool video of the spaceship being unloaded off the truck. Clearly he foresaw my name written all over it! I also want to show my appreciation for Robby who fought valiantly with HDFS to get me a great deal. Without his call to the company and convincing words of my continued, strong business with H-D, this deal would not have been possible. He got it done!!! Then there's the Queen of the lot, Grey. Grey has my (and your) back. That's all I am going to say. Well maybe not! Haha! I have so much to add about Grey! She walked me through all the paperwork while suggesting the right options to protect and add ample coverage to my new motorcycle. No up-selling! Just honesty. Grey is patient, extremely sweet, kind and professional. I am so glad I get to continue working with her on my H-D purchase(s). Last year she helped me get a great deal on an extended CNA warranty, which by the way is an absolute must. Lastly I want to thank GM Daniel for assembling an awesome team of thorough professionals who will work with you and make your H-D dreams come true!! Fantastic experience: There is not enough words to describe how amazing this dealership is. For starters, Brandon the salesman is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to the bikes. He sold me my first Harley and every step of the way was pressure free and answered all questions. Next the manager Grey, another blessing if your looking to buy your first bike. She explained everything down to the last detail with everything I signed. I walked away very confident knowing the deal I had received. Three months after buying my bike I experienced my first “mechanical issues” (which later turned out to be just needing a new battery). My bike wouldn’t start and being that I never owned anything other than a car, my first instinct was to call HOG. Long story short my bike got towed to the nearest dealer for a diagnostic only for them to call me saying that they could not even look at my bike until mid-December and had to pay the tow truck to return my bike or pay storage fee with them. In anger and curiosity, I called Glendale Harley and spoke with Daniel (another great guy) he apologized for the inconvenience and walked me through every step of the way even scheduled a pick up at my house. In the end my bike got a new battery and they even sent me a video from the shop explaining everything to me and walking me through the bike which I though was beyond amazing. All in all, Glendale Harley is the best dealership not just in sales but all around. Their staff are honest and direct and provide any clarification that is needed. If your looking for a new bike or fix the one you have, Glendale Harley is the place to go!

I came in not knowing very much about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and he was patient and walked me through and let me see it on every single like I wanted to. He kept me updated on the motorcycle that I wanted until I could come back to purchase it. They sent me information to my phone and inbox about the bike to make sure I made the best choice. When I went to actually purchase my motorcycle, gray helped me through the financial process. They made it fun with a game of poker where I got to go to each of the Departments and learn about the services provided by Harley-Davidson Glendale. I even won a free shirt! After my purchase was complete, the entire Personnel got together and celebrated my purchase. I felt extremely welcome. Negative experience: the mechanic (AL) and service advisor (zack) weren't competent enough to find out why my front brakes were squeaking. they let me drive my harley with squeaking brakes and didn't bother to try and figure out the problem.they need better customer service!!

Negative experience: This place is way too expensive and the staff there got no customer service skills I would never go back to that Harley-Davidson store you think everybody's a thief that has tattoos and they just are really really rude and the prices are ridiculous out the roof but don't go there find yourself a better store to go to this place sucks.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Harley-Davidson of Glendale. Zack sold me a BEAST of a bike, a 2019 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic FLHC 114. That was my first HD. They flew me from San Francisco to SoCal. I met the complete staff, the manager and the rest of the staff treated me as part of the family. I had a complete tour of the dealership, including their museum of vintage Harley-Davidson and Indian motorcycles. RLTW
