Negative experience: I went to do some christmas shopping there today, and as soon as I walked thru the door salesmen quickly approached us. The salesman did not leave is alone until we told him to back off or we would leave. I felt the high pressure sales was way too extreme. Not everyone walking thru the door wants a new bike. I most likely will not return my business there until they back the high pressure sales.

Fantastic experience: Adventure Harley-Davidson is a great dealership. They have phenomenal employees such as my salesman, Paul. Negative experience: Over the course of two days, I could not get them to tell me what the price of a bike was. Seriously??? I asked several times. No answer. They want to run my credit first before they tell how much the price will be. How about no! It felt way too greasy for me, I walked away.
Hello there! Without your real name, I can't seem to look more into this situation for you. However, we have no issue giving pricing to a customer. Come on in and we would love to help you.
Negative experience: So this isn't my local store but screw this place. I was crusing down 77 and 20 inch apes I have on my bike fell and laid against my tank the clamp had walked loose. I limped it into this dealership asking if they had a few minutes to tighten them they quoted me 2 hours to tighten them and told me they couldn't handle it for 2 days leaving me stranded an hour from home. I asked to borrow the 3 tools that I needed to make it happen and was told to kick rocks. So my buddies and I went around the corner explained what happened to autozone and they loaned me everything I needed 10 mins later my handlebars are tight and I'm back down the road. You guys go on about "family" and brotherhood and your actions couldn't be further from the truth. Labor times are insanely inflated for and overpriced service.

Negative experience: Wow this was a disappointing experience today guy texts me on Marketplace said the bike I wanted is still available so I show up an hour later and check out the bike we make a deal on the price I go get the cash out of my car sit inside while I wait at a table he sits behind the desk for a while then after about 8 minutes he goes outside and is talking with an older guy like he's trying to sell the bike to the other guy and we had already made a deal so I asked him what's going on and he said the other guy really wants to bike and I got really confused since we already had made a deal already had waited over half an hour I don't know what to say this was the most confusing experience I ever had at a dealership how can you make a deal with somebody and act like you're going to go do the paperwork and turn around and try to sell it to somebody else when we had already made the cash deal!!! There are plenty of other motorcycle shops around.. don't go here unless you want to deal with some shady characters

Fantastic experience: While in the area on vacation, my kickstand spring would not hold the stand up in place making it very dangerous to ride. I phoned the store and they said to bring it in. Adventure Harley service department manager, Jason had me in and out with a new spring in place in no time. A big thank you to Jason and the other employees at Adventure Harley for keeping me safe while riding. I would recommend Adventure Harley and I look forward to visiting them again! Negative experience: Was told on phone that dealership had bike for mid-high teens was alright with that I show up they ran my credit and then was told bike was $26,000 then they came down $8000 so I left and then was told I could have the bike for a deal and agreed to price made the deal with them on a Sunday morning after a couple weeks and them calling just for them to sell the bike just a hour after we agreed I could come back next day since it was a Sunday and banks was closed don’t buy from this location
Ray, we made it very clear if you did not sign the paperwork that the bike could sell before you returned. You refused to do so and disregarded our suggestion.
Negative experience: Interesting experience trying to sell them a harley. I called them they said bring it down they buy Harleys. 2014 harley heritage softail is what i was offering. ..so they checked it all out then said we can't buy it but we can take on trade in. Ridiculous just a scam to get you there to get u in a 30k motorcycle. Prices are Ridiculous also 2008 harley heritage they wanted 13k plus tax. Ended up selling to other harley shop 35miles south. Just shows u bad staff at this location. I recommend any harley shop but this one..
Chad, we hold our bikes, that we have on our showroom floor to a certain standard, unfortunately, your bike did not meet the qualifications.
Negative experience: I went on sat May 11, 2024 was interested in the 2014 dyno switchback. Was told couldn't get approved. On my way back home to newark, ohio was contacted by finance manager that though they couldn't get me approved for the 2014 switchback they could had an approval for a 2018 street Bob. This bike was $4000 more than the switchback. Was told they reduced the price of the street Bob so that they could get an approval. Seems awful funny that they could reduced the price of a bike a bike I didn't want but couldn't reduce the price of the bike I wanted. Such bullcrap and a bait and switch scam. Will find a different dealership purchase a bike. Thus place is not to be trusted. If I was able to I would have given them zero stars. Took less than 30min to get me out the door.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank your Service Supervisor, Tom Kimball, for going out of his way to resolve a problem that I have had with my Wireless Intercom. Other dealerships and Harley reps would never take the time to help find a solution to this matter. Tom was determined to find the problem and made sure it was finally fixed. He is very knowledgeable and has great PR skills. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Negative experience: After I finished my Harley classes I was looking for a bike. The sales person told me that there was a promotional deal on the sportster that if I buy that I could trade the bike within a year and that the payments would role over to the next bike. When I went to trade the bike in and told them about the promotional deal I was supposed to get they looked at like I was stupid and I got stuck having to pay what was left on the sportster when yet my payment were just supposed to role over to the other bike and owe nothing on the sportster. So now I’m stuck with high payments im having trouble paying and a lot of negative equity. I am not happy with the outcome and if this problem adventure Harley has caused can be fixed then I will never do business with them or any other Harley group. Pour customer services. When you sell a bike to someone you want to make them happy so that they will keep coming back. Not put them in such a financial bind that they can’t afford to come back. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family and all that will listen to never go to adventure Harley before the new owners took over it was a great place to buy a bike. They used to have prices on every bike so you could look at what you could afford. I do not like how the new owners do business./ goes to show you don’t even know you customers. I just bought a 2023 road king special last may and got the 2023 sportster also the beginning of last year

Fantastic experience: I was in Wooster from the state of Delaware for the eclipse and had a problem with my motorcycle. I called and spoke to Mark in service and explained the problem to him. he said to bring it in and they would look at it. When I got there he took my information and shortly there after I saw a tech ride off with it. Soon there after Mark found me and we spoke to the tech " Sorry I don't remember his name". The problem was it would shift up but hard to shift down. They explained that a piece of broken glass had gotten between the shift linkage and the inner primary. Approx. 1 to 1.5 hours later I was back on the road. Thanks, Bob.

Negative experience: The most aggressive sales people there are. I walked into the store and there’s a salesman literally running towards me… I’m going after parts for my bike and this guy wants my name, number, email and tries to talk me into buying a bike. I wasn’t even looking at the bikes for sale. It’s the same way if you’re only interested in apparel, they harass you for your information and try to talk new bikes. Next time I’m buying my parts from Amazon instead of supporting my local store …

Negative experience: Good experience buying here but I don’t think I’ll have my bike worked on here again. Didn’t even put my seat back on right. Instead of clipping the seat in and putting the screw on, The Tech just sat the seat on without clipping it in and put the screw in. -****Edit: obviously adventure just likes to discredit reviews online and not do anything about what was said after they said they would look into it. Haven’t heard a word since. I won’t ever buy a Harley again that’s for sure. And crazy enough the bike left me on the side of the road again after being told there’s nothing wrong with it Edit #2 I sent you my real name and contact information in the email you asked me to send. Positive experience: Was there for the VIP naughty or nice event not very welcoming didn't know where to check in prices for clothing were crazy high for being a event nobody talk us but manager because I knew them and where you get your gift wrap for free they were rude to my friend and someone drink was spilled on her clothes that were being wrap but the bikes were what top it off

Negative experience: Went into adventure Harley and have done business in the past with them so I felt comfortable going back, only to be completely in shock about how I was treated. I was looking to trade in a bike for another bike and they got my information to which I repeatedly asked that my credit not be ran until I saw the numbers so that if we weren’t close I wouldn’t get a hard credit inquiry. My fiancée was witness to me saying multiple times not to run my credit . I waited around and when they got the numbers they weren’t what I was wanting to be around so I said no thanks and declined the offer only to get home and realize they had ran my credit and gave me a hard inquiry even though I asked them not too I am shocked at this, so I call back and tell them I verbally told them not to run my credit and that their going to have to have this inquiry removed. at first I was hung up on so I called back and was told I signed the paper. even though I verbally told them not to run it. I am very disappointed and may never do business with them again Signed, Very disappointed former customer
Shane, We have a copy of your signed consent form if you would like to have a copy for yourself. We cannot legally pull your credit without that form signed by the customer. We appreciate your time and sorry we could not work something out.

Negative experience: Is it true that under the new ownership your hounded as soon as you walk in the door? Sales people trying to get your information as soon as you walk in doesn't sound like the fun inviting friendly dealership it used to be . It was one of our favorite stops while in the area to take a break and shop for clothing and accessories but if I'm going to be hounded as soon as we walk in we won't be walking into any of thier dealerships anymore and another thing I can't belive they don't support the local Hog chapter the old Adventure was very supportive of the Hog chapter and its members .
When you come into the dealership you’ll be greeted from the front desk staff as well as with ‘hellos’ from employees. Our goal is to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your time at our dealership. Whether you’re here to test ride a bike, have your current bike serviced, looking to get some parts or apparel, we are here and ready to help. Adventure Harley-Davidson is very supportive of the Hog Chapter and its members. We’re grateful for their presence here and enjoy when they stop by. I wish we would have dealt with them 10 bikes ago! They are very competitive in pricing and I search the entire United States before making my purchase. They beat everyone’s price. Daniel was our salesperson and I HIGHLY recommend him!! Parts and service have been a pleasure to deal with ! They are such a friendly dealership.. always call us by name. Positive experience: Just got my triglide out of storage. I had 30,000 mi service and a manual reverse gear put in on my 2014 trike. Everything and everyone treats the wife and I super. Ok it cost a lot more but doesn't these days thanks Joe Biden.

Negative experience: Been going here for years, bought several new Harley’s. Today tried to trade in a high end tri glade for 2 sporters. Walk away my friends, new owners are not how mike had it. Where looking at other Harley’s out of the 4 he owned.

Negative experience: Buyers Beware!!! The following happened right here at our local Adventure Harley Davidson. On 12/15/22 I put a refundable deposit ($500) on a bike so I could get my fiancé in to have a seat and see if it fit us. The same day, we decided against it and kept our current bike. I have called and left messages and emailed the parent company with no answer to date. I have reported them to the BBB and they haven’t responded. I have not been refunded to this date! To everyone out there BEWARE of bad business practices.

Negative experience: Bought a 2005 roadking I was 100% guaranteed that all the safety checks were done , what a bunch of lies they never changed the oil my rear brakes wouldn't hardly stop me come to find out the brake fluid was green with trash in it. It's all about the numbers and how many bikes they can push out avoid all Harley dealership for used bikes face book market place is your best deals.

Negative experience: Be very careful about your selection. Prices are higher than their other stores. If after you buy the bike and want a different one within the alloted 30 days. They hem haw around until the day after the 30 days expire. Then you're ******. I don't recommend this store. Any other yes but not here.

Fantastic experience: Traveling from Dayton, Ohio on our way to New Philadelphia for the weekend with a stop over at Adventure Harley. Never quite made it. The Harley lost power and stopped running. The rest of the group went on to Adventure and alerted them of my problem. Adventure came and picked up the bike and got it in the shop right away. Within an hour they had the problem diagnosed, fixed and I was back on the road. Negative experience: I was not happy because they never completed the work I had ask them to do after they said they would now I have to take my back again to have the work done that I ask its hard to find people that will keep there word now days and do good work
James - your experience is not the norm. Our service techs are highly trained and take tremendous pride in getting folks safely back on the road. Our records show you requested our team fix a repair made by another shop. Per your conversation with Jason, you were to have brought your bike back 2 weeks ago; to-date, that hasn't happened and we can't comment on a bike issue without seeing it. If you'd like to bring it in, the team is here Tues-Saturday.

Negative experience: Buyer beware, purchased a used harley from here. The original quote had $899.00 for RECON fee. When I asked about it they said it covered anything the bike may need for maintenance like oil change or tires. I am from out of state and had my local dealer look up the maintenance history of my bike, the only oil change was done by previous owner at 1000 miles. Bike had 3600 miles at purchase. The motor oil looked black and dirty. So I changed it. Also at time of purchase I got them to drop the $899.00 charge, good thing for me because they did nothing to the bike to justify the charge. Be careful of what you are paying for from this dealer, they are liying P.O.S.
Donald – we’re surprised and sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction from your purchase in early February. The description of the Recon Fee was absolutely correct and fully disclosed to you on our paperwork prior to your purchase. We check our preowned bikes for tire wear; if the tires are 3/32 or lower, we replace the tires. If the bike is due or overdue for a fluid change, we do it, if the brake pads are less than 50%, we replace them, if the battery tests bad we replace it, if the brake fluid has to much moisture in it we flush the system and replace it. We then perform an additional 19-point safety inspection. The Pan America you purchased passed everything mentioned above, had its scheduled maintenance done at 1k miles as you mentioned and isn’t due for another service until it reaches 5k miles. It is not uncommon for us to have over 100 pre-owned bikes in inventory. Multi-points are done to ensure the motorcycles are as good as possible - using guidelines that often surpass Harley-Davidson maintenance standards. The charge for that is $899 on every pre-owned motorcycle across our group of four stores. We are fully transparent with this information for all our guests. The Pan America you purchased was a beautiful bike with many accessories; I can understand you being excited about owning it. At the time of purchase you were happy with the trade-in value and with the final out-the-door price. We also reviewed the service history today and it shows your Pan America still needing more than a 1000 miles before it is due for a service. I have been part of this great Adventure Harley-Davidson dealership for over 18 years and as its General Manager, I would be happy to talk in person or on the phone at your convenience next week during business hours to discuss and remaining concerns you have. Negative experience: Description of Complaint: We provided our Harley Davison to Adventure Harley to make repairs after an accident . They have had the bike for almost 6 months. there have been numerous delays due to parts not being available for our bike. We understand why the delays have happened with parts. On Friday, November 19 at 1600 we received a unsolicited call from Adventure Harley Davison and an offer to buy our bike. We were called by Teri and ask if we would be interested in selling our Harley Davison. We indicated that we would be interested in selling the bike. An appointment was set for 11/23 at 10 AM to speak with Teri regarding the sale of our bike. On 11/22 we made a phone call to the Harley Davidson dealership to let them know that we would not be driving one hour to their facility to discuss the sale in person but we requested the offer be sent to us first. On 11/23 at 10 AM we received a call from BJ who was only interested in us upgrading/ selling us a new bike and the offer for sale was no longer on the table. This is bait and switch and is prohibited by Ohio Law 109:4-3-03. We feel that this is completely a bait and switch as defined by the Ohio statute. We are now very concerned with the way our bike will be repaired if this is the way in which they do business.

Fantastic experience: Adventure Harley did a great job of getting me a Revival Electra Glide. I have been looking for one of these for a while and it was very hard to find one as they are limited edition. Most dealers wanted a huge markup if they had one in stock and were not interested in finding me one. While searching on the web I found one that Adventure had at another one of their stores. They offered it at a very fair price had it shipped to them since they are closer to me and even had all the accessories I wanted installed when I picked it up. Took less than a week from when I contacted them till I had the Revival. The purchase experience at the dealership was awesome, treated superbly by my salesperson Josh going above and beyond. He took time to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it and that I understood all the features and how to operate all the tech. As the owner of a small motorcycle accessory shop I appreciate when I am given outstanding personal service, I strive to do this for my customers. Highly recommend. Chris Sasso

Positive experience: $496 for a 1K Service Be aware, if you are buying a new bike that Adventure no longer includes the 1K service with the purchase and will charge a ridiculous amount. You may want to negotiate the service as part of the purchase. When I bought a bike in 2017 it was included but not so with the 2021. I normally do my own oil changes and service but wanted to have the 1000 mile service performed so there were no warranty issues. I figured the service would be $300 but was surprised when I was charged $496. I was charged for 2.55 hrs labor (must be standard time) for $318 even though the bike was in service for a little over an hour. The only special request I had was to use the HD synthetic transmission fluid which cost $23. I gave 3 stars only because Josh the salesman and Mark the service writer were great to deal with. Needless to say I will be performing my own normal maintenance in the future. I'm very disappointed and feel somewhat ripped off.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for a couple years now. I would like to just say how disappointed I am in your dealership. My wife and I the last couple months have spent a lot of money buying clothing and in January I purchased a rather expensive shirt thermal material loved the patches in it and it fit well. I noticed after the 2nd time I wore it that the underarm area of both arms was literally falling apart not ripping but the material was deteriorating so I brought it back after 3-4 weeks. I was helped by a wonderful saleswoman named Cheryl who tried to send it back for me for a refund the excuse I got back was the damage was not NORMAL wear and tear which of course it wasn’t I only owned it 3-4 weeks!! Needless to say I was not refunded anything and was given the unwearable shirt back. I for one am totally at a loss for words here. You not only lost a good customer but you have lost my respect. I will no longer give you my business and will encourage my brothers snd sisters who ride to do the same. This is not how you treat a repeat customer of for that fact ANY customer. I imagine no one in management will get this but I needed to voice my disappointment in your business.

Negative experience: Not impressed. Rode up from Florida and visit many HDs along our travels. Customer service was lacking from sales ladies, they were even pretty rude. One gal was cool though and brought us water but even the manager was "too busy" to talk. Wouldn't go back. Prefer Freedom HD. They make you feel at home and customer service was on point.

Fantastic experience: My purchase process took place entirely in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine. My education and work history is in the medical field.
