Negative experience: The parts service here is VERY slow, I have stood at the counter for long times for my parts. Not saying anything bad but they need to be quicker waiting on people, last time we were there we stood at the counter and no one came to help us, must of stood there for half of hour waiting but, as we were leaving out the door they finally asked if we needed help, by that time we had wasted enough of our day and went somewhere else. It is very sad they have closed the other Harley shops around Akron Ohio. The prices are very high too. The sales people always trying to sell you a bike but not very good about getting your parts when you already own one.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hall of Fame Harley. From Mike Nelson (sales associate) to Rob Miller (general manager) and everyone in between, they made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my face hurt from smiling the entire time. I am brand new to the Harley scene and instead of feeling intimidated and overwhelmed, the staff at Hall of Fame was personal, professional, and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend visiting them if in the market for a motorcycle. Best of all, I rode out of there on a beautiful 2024 Road Glide! I'm pretty sure they are going to get tired of seeing me in the store on a regular basis!

Negative experience: They are great till you leave with your used bike you bought from them. But if you have an issue with it no one talks to you and they hide from you. The service department is a joke.

Fantastic experience: August 30th, 2024, I was helped by Kevin and Chris at the service desk to fix a warranty issue with one of my computer modules. The help I received was top-notch. The team at Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson went out of their way to ensure the rest of my vacation was worry-free. To say they bent over backward to help me is not giving them enough credit. If you live in the area, I highly recommend using them for all your Harley needs. And if you're traveling, give them a call and see what they can do. Ride on!!!!

Positive experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting this club house during a Friday night event, and enjoyed meeting the workers I interacted with (Tom, Dave, Blake, and others), whether it was while buying some SP100, grabbing a poker chip and glancing at the merch, or checking their used bike inventory face to face. The staff is nice and not pushy, I found them to be very knowledgable when I asked a question, and they respond with a " let me know if there is anything I can do to help." That is surely going to keep customers coming back. I came back and was treated fairly on my trade-in.

Negative experience: Piss poor customer service called 4 time over a three week span never got a call back, was just looking for an update on the bike. If you want real customer service and friendly people that aren’t pushy go to Carlton Harley it’s worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: My son took me here to buy me a leather vest for Father's day. They have a great selection of new and used Harley's. The staff are good people. Negative experience: I am so upset. The salesperson Chris, whom I worked with was excellent, but when his manager got involved it became a mess. The manager literally lied to me on the phone and I had a text from him proving the lie. He then back peddled several times and got loud. I really wish the store owner would call me. Positive experience: I recently traded in my 1997 fatboy for this 2001 Road King. While the transition has not gone seamlessly as I had hoped. The SERVICE department has treated me fairly and done so without issue. This is the second bike I have purchased here in the last several years, and I had hoped for all to go as well with this purchase as my first one did.

Negative experience: the riding academy is only reason i’m even giving a star. they were amazing there for that. Ken is an awesome instructor. he gets 5 stars. the service department was a whole seperate experience. it was so bad it cost the sales department 1 guaranteed sale and possibly a 2nd. took my bike there 3 weeks ago for service, dropped on sunday, and was told on tuesday theyd have it done middle of following week. hadn’t heard from em so i called end of that week on friday and was told break line was on back order. i called again follow thursday and was told it’d be the 20th but they would put in on lift tuesday, wednesday at latest, and do the other work so it’d be done when line did come. i call following thursday and am told the lines gonna be even longer to come. i tell them i’ll order it my self cause that’s ridiculous to wait 2+months for a break line. so i deliver the break line myself less then 16 hrs later assuming the rest of work is complete as i was told to be asked “when ya want it done?” it had not been touched yet!! spoke with manager,again, and am told “hopefully wednesday” with not even a single apology or “let’s make it right” during any of this. back order parts happen, that’s not my issue. the lack of communication between each other and to me is the problem. if anyone would have talked to anyone else and relayed anything to me and followed through when they did i woulda got the part week before like i just did. i pulled it from their shop and sent to stinger in medina this morning. they’ve now quoted me half the price and are already working on it within a few hours. do NOT use the service dept here!! they ruined my whole 1st bike experience and cost the sale of my husbands and a 2nd for me.

The team must wait for all required parts in order to avoid taking the bike apart and putting it back together multiple times to take it on and off the lift, which is why they were waiting for the brake line to come in. Fantastic experience: On my way out to the 120th Harley rally in Milwaukee from northern Virginia my rear tire was punctured. I was able to plug it and refill it and get to a hotel room. The next morning I rode to Hall of Fame (formerly Rubber City Harley) and was there when they opened, hoping they could quickly replace the tire with no appointment. These guys were great! They took me in right away and had me on the road about an hour and a half later. They also didn't take advantage of my situation, and charged a fair price for the tire and labor. I've been to a bunch of Harley dealerships and they can be hit or miss sometimes when it comes to service. These guys are batting .300!! In addition to the great service, their dealership has a ton of bikes and accessories to look at. I spoke with one of their salespeople for a while while I was waiting and he was extremely knowledgeable and eager to have a conversation about their new bikes, even though he knew I was from out of town and wasn't going to buy anything. Obviously, I can't say enough about how great these guys were. 5 stars!!

Negative experience: I got sold a lemon of a motorcycle back in march and they changed ownership in September. I got told by an employee they would love to help me out and get me on decent bike and I came hr and half out of my way and I basically did it for nothing by them telling me they cant do nothing for me. So Im furious and will never do business with them again.

Negative experience: Bought a 2022 Road Glide Limited and add ons. Total $42,000. Radio didn't work, brackets lose, dealing with this dealership has been nothing short of a pain. It's like pulling teeth. The latest, I purchased the battery extended warranty when I bought the bike 4 months ago. The battery goes dead, still not sure if there's a draw or the stator but any how I go to Rubber City. They inform me that the warranty doesn't start until 6 months after my purchase of the bike. Harley is trash, I should of bought an Indian.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at this dealership was very professional and not intimidating. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs here. I want to thank Ben G. for taking the time to show me several motorcycles and for sharing his personal expertise about them. As a first time Harley buyer, he really made me feel comfortable and went over everything nice and slow. No pressure at all to buy anything. Brian C. also was very helpful with his knowledge on the finance side of things. Even buying some riding gear was a great experience. The service team made sure my motorcycle was in top condition before I rode it home. Every aspect of motorcycle riding was addressed well above and beyond expectations. Negative experience: I went to this dealership to look at a motorcycle they had for sale. The salesman I met showed the bike to me, and started it also. At this point I was interested in the bike and how it rode as I had never ridden that model before. I asked to take a test ride and was quickly told that numbers needed to be solidified before I could even test ride the bike. I have never went to a dealership and had this sort of problem. Sale lost at this point due to off the wall policies. 1 star rating, do not reccomend.

Positive experience: Very dissapointed. First time to the store since moving and brought the bike in to get it ready for the summer. Person called back and reviewd over there suggestions of what needed to be done and I let them know what sounded good. Never given any prices and was called back saying it was done. Went in and was given the price. Double what I was expecting and wasn't approved. No managment involvment or further discussion. I paid, but sadly will probably look around for somewhere else. 5/11 updating my review and changing from a one star to a three. Though still dissapointed with my first experience, the manager contacted me to find out what happened and listen to what I had to say. The manager was very polite and seemed sinsear being interested what I had to say. Though no changes were made or offered he did invite me to contact him if ever any future issues or conserns. I do appriciate the follow up.

Negative experience: the apparel lady was very helpful and nice but the girl at the parts counter was acting like I was bothering her by asking her to look up a part for me. this is not the first time I had a bad experience with the parts counter, the other time was on the phone and was very rude and short with me.

Positive experience: This place is friendly welcoming soon as you walk in the door they offered us a gift card. Dear indy Harley dealers take a hint we almost had Harley # 4 ? But we didn't but made it worth it barbe was an amazing sales person with help from the young lady. We will be back. We live in Indianapolis was visiting ! Now moving forward I use to rant and rave about this place. Now, mixed feelings someone dropped the ball and expect us to pay for it well baby as the saying goes as I surely live and breathe baby and the river don't rise ! We good over here, shuga ! Negative experience: They lie, cheat and rip you off! If you buy something and it is not right they said buy another one and sell the junk part to someone else to get your money back, if you sell it then back it. Looking for another harley shop not associated with them right now to do anything on my 2019 limited 114

Negative experience: I purchased a newer bike ona Saturday there. Was great at first until delivery time came. Was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. Salesman texted me and delivery driver reported off. So they say it will be delivered on Saturday. Nobody contacts me and let’s me know what’s going on Saturday. So I texted salesman and asked. No response at first. So I call and nobody knows anything about my bike being delivered in service. So my salesman finally gets a hold me. I say I’m not taking it. I’ll be up to sign whatever I need to sign. He talks to service and calls me back. Bike being delivered as we speak. It showed up an hour and a half later. Not bad after they ruined my Saturday. Just want everyone to know about my experience and can’t wait till Harley contacts me about my experience

Negative experience: If you have to deal with them due to a insurance claim don't use them they promise you dead lines they can't keep I will never go back to them again and there communication is terrible you have to go in to get answers or spend a hole day on the phone to get a answer

Jeff, this is Turff, the Sales Mgr at RCHD. Great service is always our goal. We try to catch calls as they come through - if we're on the floor with customers, it's a balancing act, and sometimes we end up in a game of phone-tag with our customers. Sorry, we missed the mark with you, but we appreciate knowing about your experience.
Negative experience: Should have learned my lesson the first time after a bad initial experience negotiating. I left a negative review. They apologized and wanted to make it right. I deleted the review and gave them another chance. My mistake. I ended up buying the bike. I ordered some accessories. Big mistake. Most of them needed to be ordered. I tried calling up to cancel the order about 10 days later (I let them pressure me into buying a Roadking that just feels too big so I’m not sure if I’m going to keep it) and was told most of the accessories have already arrived and are not returnable even though all it says on the sales receipt is that there’s a 20% restocking fee. One of the accessories I was told would take 6-8 weeks to arrive but it apparently arrived in record time. I tried canceling one accessory that hasn’t arrived and was told since I paid by credit card I would have to come in to cancel that accessory. They told me all they could do over the phone was do a gift card. Other dealerships have been able to do a credit card refund over the phone. They can’t. Now by the time I’m able to get there to cancel the order for that accessory it will probably already be there and they’ll tell me I can’t cancel that either. I live about 45-60 minutes away and work 60-70hrs a week so it will be a few days to find time to get to the dealership. Lesson learned. Avoid them. Shouldn’t have given them a second chance. I thought that I would just have to eat the 20% restocking fee. Receipt doesn’t say items are not returnable. The receipt just says there’s a 20% restocking fee but now they tell me I can’t return them. Too much trouble & difficulty with them. Not real customer oriented unless you make a complaint first. Avoid!! They’re just looking to take your money.
Kevin-our records show a different scenario: the bike originally recommended by our team was not a Road Glide. Our job is to help you get the bike you want; per your request you took a test ride on a Road King and decided this was the bike for you. Regarding your parts order; thank you for coming in to resolve the parts issue: it appears all items that could be returned were, we canceled outstanding backorders and refunded what we were able to.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with this dealership. Brian and both Mike's were extremely helpful and EXTREMELY patient with me. I was very indecisive the first time I was there but after some thinking, I decided to come back all the way from Pennsylvania. Jojo and the other sales lady were also helpful with my visit there! The atmosphere is very welcoming, you feel as if you knew everyone your entire life! I highly recommend this Harley dealership!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place after my visit 10-16-20 evening. I was greeted very nicely at the door by the greeter. Then was set up with sales associate Brian, he was nice showing me around and listening to what I’m looking for in my next bike. I came mostly to hear what an offer would be on my own Harley seems the buying event was today 10-17-20 but I wouldn’t be available that day. He said as I thought the offer would be crazy low just over 3k for a 100th anniversary lowrider with extras and low mileage. This was expected but he was trying to find me a bike maybe in warehouse when he was called to sales desk. I was left sitting for 15 min without any idea what was going on. Mind you there were no other customers in at this time only workers everywhere. Seemed like my sales rep and the maybe manager or whatever the guy was in the back we’re having a bit of a problem or intense conversation so I got up and walked out without even being asked to stop or acknowledged. I expected more. Apparently they should be commission seems I was told whether I bought or not he wasn’t going to be eating ramen because they are salary based sales. Lol.. maybe customers would be treated more important if their money depended on it.

Fantastic experience: Great guys and gals at Rubber City Harley-Davidson. My sons and I were on a poker run when my sons bike developed a problem. We stopped in and they guys in service stopped and helped us out. We were able to have it fixed and continue on the ride. Truly thank you.
Negative experience: Do not recommend. Very poor customer service. Parts never answers the phone. Never call you back. And if you go in to order they don’t call you when your parts come in. Do yourself a favor and order from a dealer who cares.
