Fantastic experience: I recently purchased a 2024 Tri-glide and had an unfortunate, unforeseeable problem and had to have it towed to my house, right after leaving the dealership. They promptly arranged to have it picked up, put me at the top of the list and had it delivered home the same day. The problem was a fuel connection INSIDE the fuel tank. Great group of people."

Fantastic experience: I just happened to see the place from the highway so I got off at the exit so I could stop in and buy t-shirts. I had to shop quickly, which was difficult because there were so many choices! The lady who checked me out was very friendly and gave me some advice about getting back onto the highway as there was road construction I was not aware of. I really appreciated that! Wish I had gotten her name. I also wish I would have had more time to look around because the place looked pretty cool.

Fantastic experience: Huge shout out to Andrea and Lisa, I purchased a Capstone helmet on a Tuesday, by Tuesday night the sun shield no longer was working. Went back on Wednesday morning to see if anything could be done and they offered to exchange it for a new helmet on the spot. Andrea was also concerned the helmet I did purchase earlier was too large and made sure I had the correct size before I left. Could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated.

Fantastic experience: "I can’t express how thankful I am for the quick response from the Service Team! My Softail developed an oil leak I couldn’t find. Riley got me in the next day and the team was able to fix the problem. But it doesn't stop there! Riley actually listened to me while I talked his ear off. He knew I was about to embark on a cross country journey and he made sure my bike was ready and in good operating condition, including much needed tires and a burnt out turn signal bulb. Fantastic experience: GIANT SHOUT OUT to the Bull Falls HD service team. I developed a front fork oil leak on the ride up north. With 1 phone call they got me in for service in 20 minutes and 2.5 hours later I was back on the road. They saved my trip!!

Fantastic experience: I went back for my second visit yesterday, May 7 and had a fantastic time talking with Dustin, Jordan, Lisa and Andrea. Previously I had met with Dalton and Morganna I can tell you that I felt immediately like family and was welcomed into their location when I simply was looking forward to sit on a Harley and determine which felt best for me in terms of riding stance and style. I would highly recommend stopping out to this location, even if you’re unsure about motorcycling in general. Was able to sit on the bikes and it was a low pressure situation and it was a lot of fun. We had a good laugh after I accidentally hit the button to start one of the motorcycles. Oopsie! For all your female riders out there they had plenty of women available to show motorcycles if that’s your preference, I would take my mom here without hesitation and I think she would have fun.

Came in to see what they had for used sportsters and he walked me all around the store looking at sportsters and even sat me on some different models to make sure I tried different things. Fantastic experience: I live in the Milwaukee, WI area where I have 5 dealers to choose from. A close friend lives in Wausau, so we visit often, and I have had service done a couple times in the past at Bull Falls which was always great. So at the end of summer when we decided to take the leap and pursue an Anniversary Street Glide, we were disappointed that 5 dealers in our area did not have any in stock. Yet my wife took note that Bull Falls had 3, 2 new & 1 used. So we took the gamble and did the 3 hr rode trip to check them out. Long story short, the price on the used bike was fair and they gave me more for my trade than the Milwaukee area. Emi is the most enthusiastic, yet low pressure sales person I ever met. And Joe is one of the few managers, whether motorcycle or car, that is genuine and fair with pricing your trade. Thanks for the great experience.

Fantastic experience: Matt was the salesman that took care of my father and I. He was welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went out of his way to send me videos and pictures of the two motorcycles we were interested in. He also was was very quick on getting the bikes ready for a test ride. He wasted absolutely no time in making sure we would leave that day with our new bikes after we decided to purchase them. While he was very fast in helping us get our deal done, he also showed patience while we were making decisions and looking over the bikes. I was greeted and got to meet many of this wonderful staff. After losing my partner, who incidentally had brought my back to my roots, (grew up with dad having Harleys), I had come in to discuss the upcoming classes and saw the orange Freewheeler on the showroom floor. As I knew I needed to bring a trike to class, even though I had a friend that said I could use his, I couldn't get that orange Freewheeler out of my mind. It was a couple of weeks later, about a week before the class I went back and it was still there. Emi asked if I would like to sit on it. At first I said no, but couldn't resist, and when I sat on it, it felt like my man was right there with me, saying it was right. They could tell right away that I was a goner, I needed that bike to heal from the pain in my heart. So at the fine age of 61, I bought my own bike! She is MY JOURNEY in the wind. I took the 3 wheel riding class and had such a great experience. Having only been a passenger since I was a child, I was a little rusty, but did well under their guidance. Now I ride as often as I can, and even though he's no longer with me, I ride for both of us. Life's to short not to take chances!"

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Harley-davidson dealer ship I've been to. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful. We traded off your older street glide for a newer one and they helped us find the bike we wanted. They didn't try to sell the most expensive bikes or parts, they sold us the bike that fit our riding style and personality. They worked with us to make the buying process easy as possible. We Had Dustin Perry for a Sales man who is also a Military veteran I'd recommend talking to him if your looking at buying a Harley-davidson. Their inventory was the biggest I've seen in Wisconsin. If you can't find a Motorcycle there then I don't know what to tell you they have everything. Buying my next Motorcycle there.

Positive experience: Disappointed. I just got my bike 2 years ago and it won't turn over when warm. It will cost me $245/ hr to find out what is wrong. It's been doing this for the last year. I admit I got a lemon.

Their salesperson Nick is the guy to talk to about bikes, laid back and very friendly, wont pressure you at all about buying a bike and gives you honest opinions on what bike is right for what style of riding you like to do. Negative experience: Waited 20 minutes in line to purchase 1 tee shirt. Need more than one check out. Nice girl behind counter agreed when I commented on such. Vehicle sales staff were more interested in going to parking lot and visiting with non buying customers regarding their bikes.

Fantastic experience: Encountered Dylan in parts for the first time today. I had a number of totally unrelated questions. We talked cell phone holders, we talked bike rain/seat covers and more. With each iteration he patiently answered my questions, took me over to the products and even walked out with me while I checked out if one of the covers worked on my bike. I ended up buying a rain cover for the whole bike vs. just the seat. Dylan did a good job of explaining the benefits of one vs. the other. I'll be back in a matter of days for the cell phone holder (it was not in stock at that moment, but coming in later this date). He knew what he was talking about and demonstrated excellent customer service. Much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The battery light came on while I was a couple hundred miles from home. I was told the owner of Bull Falls drove to Green Bay (200 mile round trip) to get the part and had me on the road by the next day.

Fantastic experience: We are not local but have been to Bull Falls a couple times. I appreciate their merchandise, they care unique items that I don't always find in other stores. We had an issue with a cup we purchased for a holiday gift and they were very helpful in returning the item. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Negative experience: They have a nice selection and are friendly but use underhanded tactics. Was told I couldn't purchase a bike with my debit card because they can only do $2k on a card transaction and wanted me to finance it. I called corporate and they assured that this was not a policy and I should have been able to buy they bike.

Fantastic experience: Took beginner riding course to get my feet wet in the biking scene. Never rode a bike before in my life just a sport quad and was a little anxious about it. But the way the the whole course is planned out I had full confidence in my on road abilities by the end. Caught on extremely fast and they worked very well with the less advanced people to get comfortable with riding. Whole things was an absolute blast and will be a memorie I'll have forever! Negative experience: Brought in my 13 classic for clutch over haul , after O/H had oil leak three trips back was told residual leak then told clutch cable, just old. Rode rest of year with leak. last month ordered new clutch cable. Was I surprised when I took old cable out and the O-Ring was missing from the cable. I'm not even going to talk about my 15 classic I had in right after that. I cant live with them not owning up to there mistakes at my cost.

Fantastic experience: John has repeatedly gone out of his way to find answers get information asap for me on my new bike. He and the whole staff have been far above expectations that I had . They are not the same as this place was before. They get a 10 out of 5 from me . Fantastic experience: Stopped in after trying to find some parts at other dealers (just some wheel bearings). It was a very refreshing experience compared to a few other dealer experiences I’ve had in the milwaukee-area. The gentleman at the parts counter (mr high mileage Dyna) was super nice and helpful.
