Fantastic experience: Bought a lithium battery in August 2013 against my better judgment. But it was a one off on there shelf and it was half price.guy who ordered it never picked it up. We'll it died on 12/15/24 never missing a beat cranked on 1st try every time except the last one. I would very much love to get a replacement if it's still made the same.

I showed up their randomly with my wife and as soon as she saw the bike she knew I wanted to buy it and she told me to go ahead and let him run my credit, we had the cash to put down and we made the deal. Tad even helped me get my bike strapped in my trailer this place is awesome And I will be back soon to have my bike tuned to have a cold air intake installed, some motor upgrades and a ceramic coating to protect the paint.

Negative experience: The service department doesn't return messages or answer the phone. I scheduled an appointment for service only to be told that the technician may not get to it that day. So why make the appointment? I don't know what happened but it isn't good!

Signing the wall after buying a bike is very cool! Everything was stocked and laid out perfectly. My salesman got the job done but could have been more efficient for sure. Negative experience: As a novice motorcyclist entering the world of bikes, Killer Creek persuaded me to purchase a 2005 Glide Classic that was essentially assembled with non-compatible HD components, leading to performance issues. Moreover, the tires were in deplorable condition. Their lack of honesty and integrity was truly disheartening. After covering some miles and sensing instability while riding, I took the bike to another dealership for a 40,000-mile inspection. It was then that a master technician revealed the multitude of problems present. The news of the repair costs required to restore the bike's performance to its original state left me furious and frustrated. I opted to acquire a different bike from Hellbender Harley, a 2022 Heritage Classic. I have no intention of ever engaging in business with Killer Creek again. I am grateful that I did not suffer severe injuries or worse while riding the bike they sold me. They were fully aware of my lack of experience as a new rider; to them, I was merely a transaction.

Negative experience: Disappointed! If the sales department won’t contact you on a trade, regardless of the make, how are you supposed to attempt to make a deal. They ask for all of your info & then…radio silence. Guess this is why after buying numerous bikes in the past, it’s not been from this dealer in over 10 years. Time to go elsewhere…again!

Fantastic experience: Thai place gives me goosebumps when I walked in to get some gifts for our friends in Netherlands. Even though I do not own a bike, but I love how they planned the floor for HD fan to maneuver around finding what they need. Friendly staff was very helpful assisting me in searching for great gifts. They even offered me free keychains and little merch to bring to them from killer creek Roswell, GA Harley-Davison! Now our Dutch friends wanted to come to visit themselves.

Negative experience: Would rate a zero on sevice department if possible. Took my old bike there years ago for a rear tire they kept my bike all weekend just to tell me on monday they cant change rear tire without putting a front on as well. Front tire was 6 months old. Now bought a bike last year, doing first oil change on it, took 2 hours to get filter off due to being put on too toght, not to mention when I brought the bike home after purchse it was leaking oil from air filter. Drained over half a quart out of it to get it to proper level.

Negative experience: I waited 7 years for this moment. My purchase at Killer Creek was bad and I promised myself that I would never buy another motorcycle there again. I just got a brand new 2023 Ultra Ltd. I travelled to Chattanooga, 83 vs. 17 miles to get it. The salesman was careless, the finance manager had poor business acumen and the promises made were broken. Even my services in the past 6 years were done somewhere else. I never forget and continue to spread how trick my experience was. I will buy another one and it will not be at Killer Creek Harley Davidson.

Fantastic experience: We stopped by on a day out and about to add a couple of chips to our collection. Friendly people is all that we met as we started walking around the place. They did not care that we were there to spend only a couple of bucks, they treated us like we were there to spend a million. But no trip is complete without a little drooling over the bikes. Having been Breakout owners for a few years, we have been toying with the idea of upgrading since we ride together (2up) more now. There she stood, pretty as could be, just singing our name. A 2020 Barracuda Silver Road Glide Special. Huston hung back, letting us admire her beauty, before approaching to see if we had any questions. He was never pushy, so friendly and extremely patient as we grappled with the decision if we were going to make her ours. He worked for us, to make the process as painless as possible, as we shared our goofy memories of times on our Breakout. Since we were not planning on buying a bike, we did not have any of our gear, they loaned my husband a helmet for the test drive. But above that, it was a chilly day, and Huston let my husband borrow his jacket too. Now that is service!!!! The "Fill-In" Finance guy, Joe, was straightforward, no BS, just the way we like it. He made the "never fun part" of finance go by quick and with a couple of laughs. They offered to deliver our bike for no charge (we live a couple hours away). But, we declined, only because we wanted a ride on our Breakout one last time. Morning of pickup went like a breeze. We were greeted like one of the family and that is what we feel like. We will definitely be making the beautiful drive down to stop in and see our new Killer Creek family. Highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself what a top-notch HD Dealer is. You won't be disappointed!

Positive experience: Great staff. Good people. Parts is awesome. Very helpful, and reliable service department. The dealership itself is worth 5 stars, I had to take one away for the sheer hassle of traffic getting there or leaving. Honestly it's worth it, and the inventory here is fantastic. Stop and go for 3 to 5 miles on an air-cooled engine just sucks.

Fantastic experience: Man… where do I start. From the moment I first walked into the dealership, my sales representative Houston, treated me like I was his first and last client. I went into the dealership looking for an iron 883 for my girlfriend and they had the exact color that she wanted. Having a recent bad experience with a competing Harley dealership, both my girlfriend and I had an extremely bad taste in my mouth. However, Houston and the entire team at Killer Creek HD just went above and beyond. With my girlfriend on the phone and me at the dealership we agreed to a great price on the bike with ZERO haggling which was already a good sign. We agreed to come in the next day to pick up the bike. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted like we were buying a 500,000 dollar Rolls-Royce, not an 11000 dollar motorcycle. Not to mention, we were in and out in an HOUR! Originally planning to load up the bike in the back of my truck, the weather threw a wrench in those plans but Houston offered to deliver the bike at no charge to our home 50 miles away the next day. And did just that! Everyone from Houston, to the finance manager, to the motor-clothes specialist, to the service department and finally the lovely delivery driver just went above and beyond. Quite frankly, im still in awe on how great the experience was. Also being in the service industry, i strive to be as great as everyone in that store was. Killer creek HD was by far, the greatest vehicle buying experience ive ever had. Thank you so much girls and guys. I will definitely be referrass friends and family to you guys!

Stephen from service informed us of their pick up service they came to our house picked both bikes up & returned them. Stephen kept in contact with us from the time they were on the way to be picked up until they were returned, he also let us know of any additional service they felt might be needed with our approval

I wish all dealers ran Iike this one. The sales reps in the motor clothes department are above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Art is the man to see. He didn't hard sell me and had patience as I test drove many different style bikes. Ultimately Ianded on same style bike I've always ridden (Heritage Softail) just a newer version. Any issues that popped up the staff took ownership and resolved it. I ordered aftermarket parts to add where the service department definitely cares about you getting back on the road. Keith (GM) understands that we are customers for life if treated well, and that's what every department does. I highly recommend checking out their wide selection of inventory. In times of supply chain shortages, killer creek still has plenty of inventory to see.

Negative experience: 3 strikes you're out. First 2 visits after moving here I visited the dealership in which I spent more than 30 minutes each visit looking at merchandise and accessories. Not a single person spoke to me. Nobody asked if I needed anything or if they could help me. Apparently I didn't fit the profile they were looking for. Interestingly enough I have never had that problem in the past. My money is just as green as anyone else. In fact I paid cash for the last bike I bought 9 months ago so money is no issue. I currently have an issue with the battery that's only 10 months old that's under warranty. While it was purchased at a different dealership, they assured me that it would be covered by another dealership which was not the case. I was told it was an aftermarket battery so they wouldn't cover it or even discuss it with me. The original dealer told me that they we having supply issues a while back hence the reason for the aftermarket battery but that it should have been covered. Needless to say I left without a solution to my problem. I was NOT going to buy another battery since the one I had was faulty and won't hold a charge. The original dealer is working on a solution for me from another state away. After being ignored the first 2 visits and then being dismissed this visit, it will be my last trip to this dealer. A guy I ride with has also had similar experiences at Killer Creek and said he drives 3 times as far to the Marietta dealership because they treat him better. Customer service is key and a priority to me. There are plenty of dealers that would like to have my money. I would rather sell my Harley vs deal with Killer Creek, so I will not return or recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Killer Creek helped me trade in my 2020 Softail Standard and get onto a 2014 Street Glide Special! A better bike to fit my lifestyle. Crazy Eye, and Joe Ball went above and beyond! I love my new Harley and have to that everyone at Killer Creek for all they did to help me upgrade.

Fantastic experience: Took delivery of my 2021 Slim a few weeks back. Been loving the bike, these new Harley's rip. Was a great purchase experience at Killer Creek. They gave me a great offer on my trade and a fair deal on the slim. Worked with Rick in sales, he had to hunt down the exact one I wanted and worked hard to make it happen.

I arrived right after closing and Ricky and Kevin stayed extra late to make sure I got to leave with a new motorcycle. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went in to Killer Creek having never ridden a motorcycle before and to look around and get more information about the MSF course. We were immediately greeted by Kerry who was, hands down, one of the nicest salesmen I've ever met. I explained to him that I have a disability am looking for a bike I would be able to ride. Kerry was extremely patient, informative, and supportive throughout the entire time we were in the store. He answered every question, showed us every bike we wanted to look at and explained what makes them different, and helped me find a bike that would accommodate my physical disability. We went in there just to look around and felt so good about everything that we bought two brand new motorcycles that day. A 2021 Iron 883 for my wife, and a 2021 XL1200 48 Sportster for me. I was so happy with my experience at this dealership that I brought my dad in the following week to meet with Kerry and he ended up buying a 2018 XL1200 48 Special. For the last 15 years I have been wanting to get my dad a motorcycle as a thank you for being a great dad and I was finally able to achieve that dream. I can't recommend Killer Creek Harley-Davidson enough and want to thank Kerry Champion personally for helping me achieve a lifelong dream of not only learning to ride, but getting my dad back in the saddle after having to sell his bikes 41 years ago. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would change is getting the Fat Bob instead of the 1200 48. I love the bike but wish the gas tank was a little bigger. I will be a lifetime customer of Killer Creek Harley-Davidson.

Negative experience: Took our bike here to get serviced and was a horrible experience will never go back here. Asked for a chrome oil filter they put a black one on. Had new tires put on an 2 days later the weights fell off the tires. They didn’t do anything correct. Good luck if you go here your bike may come back with oil leaks like ours did. Never had a leak until we were here.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to visit. I needed some information on using regular gas during this crisis. The service rep helped me alot and provided me with the information I needed to make it to Dallas, Texas.

Fantastic experience: Killer Creek came to my home and picked my bike up and did some performance and maintenance work. The service department was top notch! The young man named Landon was very helpful and called me regularly keeping me posted on what was going on and was very helpful in making performance suggestions. I hope management sees this and pats that young man on the back. I might add I bought the bike there as well about a year and a half ago and the sales dept is top notch also. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Very satisfied customer.

Fantastic experience: Always love this store! And today was NO EXCEPTION! If you love gray customer service them this is where you shop! We've been there for big events, small repairs and ensuring in between... ALWAYS gets with energy and enthusiasm. I had to call back to get the names right from today's visit. Kayla sits behind the front desk and gets every costumer they the door and on the phone with an enthusiastic smile and helpful attitude. I was checking out some summer outfit possibilities in apparel and was greeted the same way by Waleska who is just as energetic and happy to help! She is also bilingual! Who've made my visit extra fun as I am currently learning the language. She had great suggestions for that as well as offered up color options on the items I was admiring so I knew what choices I had. Awesome salesperson and super cool lady! Very welcoming and competent team! We have been there like I said, often as customer. But also equally important to my opinion is that we have also been there with my man in his professional capacity (like today) visiting the service area. He works for warranty companies and inspects service request ALL DAY at different repair service areas for multiple auto sales and service companies. So when he thinks a place is the best place to buy it is a valuable opinion. I love happy people who know their stuff and that's why I LOVE THEM HERE! ¡Y, por supuesto, las Harley Davidson siempre han sido mis motocicletas favoritas!

Fantastic experience: Been to a few dealerships in my time and haven't always had the best experience, but I've bought two bikes from Killer Creek Harley and haven't had a single issue with them. I knew what I wanted and what my budget would allow and they made it happen. Love these guys, and their business ethics.

Negative experience: Terrible service department. Worst dealership I’ve ever used. Never trust them with your Harley. They left my bike idling in the parking lot for over 20 minutes after a 5000 miles service. They did nothing about it except be smart mouth about it. Use Hellbender Harley Davidson if you need a dealership or G&G for a great non dealership option if you need service and want someone to respect and take care of your investment. Killer Creek doesn’t care!
