Negative experience: The girl who checked me out openly said “ so I can’t have a conversation with someone?” as I walked away after purchasing a shirt. I walked around the women’s clothes for 20 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. My husband liked lace up boots for me $185 but no help for my size. Just as the girl who literally turned her back and leaned against the counter earlier then loudly said that stuff I saw a $400 jacket I was looking for. Well, not going back to a register where the girl just verbally put a paying customer down. This place sucked. Happy to add my pic of the receipt. She was so stupid she rudely asked my name. Nice and bold on my receipt.

Fantastic experience: We were traveling and always try to stop by and get a chip and a t-shirt. This time, found hubby a cool aussie leather hat.
Negative experience: Fantastic place to hangout, great people awesome bikes to look at, even wrecked my ol lady’s car at the red light leaving one day………..UPDATE!!! I take everything I said back, rode my hog in today and the little punk behind the counter called me gay because I had flames on my bike.
Negative experience: rude people, and it was really aggravating that the sells team seemed to be busy eating breakfast at 10 am! On the clock, then to help us check out!

Fantastic experience: Had a pretty good experience here specially the service Department lead by Scott Richards, they went above and beyond any expectations I had, a shout out to his hole crew great job friendly and curious and very knowledgeable.Now to the in side guys , sales Justin was a no presure kind of guy didn't want to make you run to a HONDA dealer ! And Mike floor manager was super awesome ! Heck every one there seem to be happy and enjoying they're jobs, says a lot for an establishment !

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband travel to Tennessee and we came back to Virginia and stopped at this harley while they were doing her memorial day raffle and demo days, we came out pretty good because I managed to find a helmet on clearance for 66 bucks and I've never been happier.
Negative experience: Extremely high prices no selection on equipment and accessories.i have to give em credit they offered me a great trade in price but I didn't want the payment and if put my 2011 honda interstate against any Harley they have that I'll get more quality miles out of it.ill take a hardly anyday!

Fantastic experience: I was on a 3 day trip, APR 22-24, to the Bristol area. I had an electrical problem with my 2020 Road Glide Limited. At my riding partner's home we got the bike started and went to Black Wolf Harley. I explained that I was on a trip to ride in the area, the electrical issue and Scott got my bike in right away. After approximately an hour and a check ride, the issue was resolved. Scott showed me a harley mini-quick jump product which I was glad to buy since I ride backroads alone a lot. When all was said and done, my only charge was for the quick jump product. A huge thank you for the excellent service! My buddy and I rode 3 days, 500 miles, the Snake, back roads, the Python, aka Jeb Stewart Hwy. Again THANKS for helping make this a great trip.

Negative experience: I've been buying motorcycles, vehicles, atvs, boats, etc for 30+ years and I've never worked as hard as I have with this dealership and it's sister stores to simply get the price of a product! Literally took 3 days of inquiring on a specific bike asking for a specific price of that bike before I finally got an answer that took only 5 seconds lol.... I simply don't understand what makes it such an inconvenience to show transparency like 95% of most dealership companies provide online in 2024..

Positive experience: Yea, have some nice bikes. Some of the salesman are alright, most just trying to get you to buy something, guess that's their job. Could be a little more professional instead of trying to push something down your throat just for a dollar. I'd advise you to go through your bank and not financed there. But it's a nice shop and nice bikes.
Negative experience: I was on a road trip and blew a Rockford Fosgate speaker on my road glide. After talking to my home dealership they said it was under warranty and any dealership can replace it. Stopped at Black Wolf harley and their parts guys told me I had to remove the speaker and send it to Rockford and they would decide if it was warranty or not. Went 30 minutes down the road to Wrecking Crew Harley and looked up my Vin, and had it replaced and back in the road in 30 minutes. No wonder Black wolf was empty when we stopped.
Fantastic experience: I picked up an order, and staff offered to open the package, made sure I was satisfied with the product before leaving, even answered questions, and did research.
Negative experience: Never again. We shopped here plenty and never had an issue until we brought our bike in. Long long story short. We paid over $2300 for them to fix our bike. We brought it home and 2days later it was doing the same thing we brought it in in the first place for. When we called to tell them this the person on phone told us they took it for a 7 mile ride when they were finished and it was fine. Paper work says the bike never left the shop. Would NOT trust these guys ever again!!
Fantastic experience: I want thank Black Wolf Harley for the wonderful staff and their warm welcome. I especially would like to thank Blake for his help in solving our communication issues with our wireless Harley/Sena headsets. It involved updating our software and helpful instructions on their use. Cory, Dave and I have been enjoying our ride with finely tuned headsets. Thanks again.

Negative experience: The parts guys Jason is very hard to deal when I went in for a simple part was gave the wrong ones then when I went to exchange them he told me I was wrong the ones he gave me where right all of them was the same my bike is 100% stock I took the part off brought it to him to prove it then he said Harley sent the wrong ones then a week later gave me what he said was the right ones which had no gasket and leaked and wasn't the same didn't even look correct when installed and when I took them back all he would do is give me credit. He's very unfriendly and assumes he's always right when clearly he was not then using the excuse Harley changed it well wanted the exact one if he couldn't do that he should have just said that from the start. I live 5 minutes from here but will be going to Johnson City for my parts from now on only a gave two stars because the staff up front mostly women was very friendly and outgoing to my wife in clothing helping her find the right gear for her witch ain't easy.
Fantastic experience: First and foremost just want to say Thank you! Me and a few friends was on a 3 day trip 300 miles from home when my handlebars just let loose on a fine Saturday morning. So no choice but to call a Harley store right? I know I know not the ideal situation lol. Well black wolf I can say not only helped but they stepped up to a level that just out right blew my mind. Mind you it’s Saturday. So my riser stripped only one place had it in stock which was 3 hrs round trip into Tennessee, they sent a driver on that trip got the part and fixed me up and got me back on the road. The service writer was great, the tech did a amazing job the staff in the store was great, I mean nothing can kill a great trip and vibe like breaking down but these people really made the best of it for us and I cannot praise them enough Thank you to everyone at black wolf Harley Davidson in Bristol,VA that worked on July 29th 2023, you guys are top notch Thank you!
Fantastic experience: We were travelling from TN to Rhode Island & my shifter rod broke. We were able to limp it to Black Wolf & they had me back up and running in 30 mins. Great service & customer care!
Fantastic experience: I felt a little unwelcome at first and one of the guys gave me a little sass, but once I ran into the woman in the clothing department she turned my whole day around. They have the sweetest girl there now, she’s newer and very tall, but so sweet and funny. I also love how many new bikes this showroom has, it’s a solid dealership overall.

They went on you tube, made calls and tried different ways to make the route transfer from my phone to the bike work. Fantastic experience: While I didn't buy a bike from here, I did take the MSF class. So first things first, If you're looking for a Harley, they have a huge selection inside. They also have some Harley gear. The staff is really friendly. If you're taking the MSF class and you're traveling out of town, there are hotels close by. As well as many restaurants. As far as the MSF class goes, they were super friendly and helpful. My husband is in the military and we had some scheduling conflicts. I'm very thankful that they were able to work with us so that we could reschedule a different time. The instructor was great and gave my husband and I both the confidence to get it started on our motorcycle journey. I highly recommend this location for buying a bike and taking the class and maybe doing both at the same time. Happy riding friends.

Negative experience: Still deciding. Well I've decided. Don't buy service package they will not honor it the way you are promised. Smug rude employees (not all but most of them). This horrible misleading treatment will not be swept under the rug trust me. Pretty sure a wonderful employee was mistreated horribly as well.

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing. My fiancé bought a used bike here about 2 weeks ago and they were amazing. They gave him a great deal and gave him a great trade in on his old bike that wasn't even working. Fast forward to a few days ago and he discovered that something was going on with the battery. They came and picked the bike up, discovered a dead cell and replaced the battery for free since we had just got the bike. They were super nice about the whole thing. While we were there we decided to trade my bike in on a new 883. They gave me a great deal on my trade in as well and a great deal on the new bike and treated us like family! One of the guys there even gave me his jacket to wear on the way home cause it was cold by the time we left and he didn't want me to freeze riding the bike home. I can't say enough about these guys and how awesome they made us both feel. They've gained 2 lifetime customers for sure.
Fantastic experience: We rode in from Windsor Ontario Canada, thought we would stop in, I needed my rear tire looked at and purchase some warmer gloves. From the moment ii walked in I was in a great conversation with one of the guys, the service department was awesome and the entire staff was great!! Extremely happy with the visit, excellent staff.
Fantastic experience: Had an issue with my 2015 Ultra Classic ignition switch - fork was locked and had to get a tow. Thought I was in for a long wait for costly repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised after getting the bike to Black Wolfe - the staff was very friendly and helpful - fixed my issue with a special tool within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me - Highly recommend them and will be returning for my service needs. Special shout out to Dave Lehmann- Thanks!

Negative experience: Bought two used bikes. Paid over $25,000 for both. The locking mechanism on the front wheel would just lock out of the blue. We took it in for repair. They said it was working fine and did not need repair. One day later my husband and I were on the bike and the front wheel locked. We went over a huge embankment where my husband slid underneath the bike burning and injuring his arm. I was thrown 100 ft and sustained many burns and severe scrapes on my legs and back. The force of the crash filled my helmet full of dirt so that I could not see and my head had to be dug out of the earth. Of course we contacted them. The bike was totaled for less than what we paid for it. We were injured, without a bike, and expected to pay 3,000 dollars for a bike we had for 5 days total. Our injuries weren't covered and no one cared that all that stopped that bike from rolling over on my husband and him plunging to his death was a rickety barbed wire fence. In short, they sell junk that they don't stand behind and their defective bikes will cause you to be injured or even killed. Also, no other mechanic would check out the bike after the wreck because they didn't want to testify in court. The tow truck driver could not unlock the front wheel to even tow the bike away and all we were told is that the bikes are sold 'As is". Be careful when buying a bike from these people. They do not care if you die.
Fantastic experience: I stopped in to get a cpl dif gifts & it was Jami that helped me out. She was super cool & very informative. They had a very nice selection & there was bike training going on outside. Overall it was a very nice visit!
Negative experience: Ownership, please look at your sales process. Your sales personal and managers are very hard to deal with. I'm sitting in your parking lot with $25k cash money wanting to buy and can't even get a price on a bike. They want to collect all your personal information before even giving you a quote. Very combative and unpleasant. They want you to tell them what you'll pay for a product and not what your asking price is. I finally after 5 times of requesting a price on a 19' streetglide got a response of "Its in the $30's". Ownership, you have a product for sale, put a price on it so people can decide if they want to buy or not. I spent 45 minutes in your business and couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. Please thank your staff for wasting my time, wasting your labor $ and giving me a terrible customer experience. I don't normally leave reviews, but this was a horrible experience and there are so many other reviews pointing to the same bahaviors. Your customer reviews aren't lying, these things are happening in your business.

I just wanted to say you guys rock! If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned bike, even if you aren’t in the immediate area, you need to give them a call
Negative experience: I recently bought a tour pack they had. I was told they were molded by Harley and from a private individual. Came to find out they are from China and found on Amazon for less than half of what they are selling them for. I had to add washes to several of the screws. Most of the holes were wallowed and too big and even had missdrilled holes for the back rest. Out of the three I looked at just on the outside they had paint bulging and horrible swirling from a buffer. Even found a screw that was striped and glued in. Total regret.
Fantastic experience: Riding back to N.Y. from N.C. had rear tire blow out on Saturday night, called them 1pm on Sunday, got me in at 2pm and out by 330pm. They were awesome. Even helped load and unload bike from trailer. Definitely a 5 star
Positive experience: Anyone ever see the movie Mr Deeds, where the butler would come out of no where and ask to change socks? Yeah, that was how I felt about Black Wolf HD, staff everywhere and not enough customers. Even after my purchase and carrying the bag, I was asked if I was good, a little overwhelming, other than that, a near little store.
Negative experience: Junk of a place and lack of good customer service. My wife went in to look and see if they had a battery that they could cross-reference with an Indian Motorcycle. She was straight up told no and was told where else to look. I was having issues with my Indian motorcycle and was considering trading it in once I found out if that was the issue. After asking questions and getting hung up on without and cordial greetings I am definitely not getting a Harley if I do trade it.
Positive experience: Had a potentially trip-ending loss of a shifter-mounting bolt that vibrated loose from my Kawi Vulcan (yep, a Kawi!). Since Black Wolf was the only option anywhere around I limped into the shop hoping they might have some metric bolts in their parts bin. No luck with a bolt, but Dave Lehmann (service department) took a great deal of time and effort to help jury-rig the shifter so that I could limp to the nearest hardware/auto store in something other than first gear. Although the parts department individual (Dan?) intentionally ignored me, Dave did the Harley genre proud and I would certainly encourage anyone to give his service (if not the parts) department a try. Thanks again, Dave.
Fantastic experience: Great customer service! I came up to ride in the mountains from SE Ga for the first time. I had a fork seal break and oil was leaking all over. I went to the dealership hoping they could fix it. Previous experiences with HD dealerships I would have to leave my bike and it would be weeks before I got it back! NOT here! They took it right in and got it fixed for me! Everyone at Black Wolf HD were amazing! Now to enjoy my time riding In the mountains! Thank y'all so much!
Negative experience: Well that's the second time I went to buy a Harley. Seems every bike in there is the same price. That's what he said there all around mid 20s. Couldn't give me a straight out price.o well there loss.
Fantastic experience: I participated in the "Riding Academy" on May 13, 14 and 15 to get my endorsement for riding a motorcycle. I learned so much from the skilled Coaches the time I was there. I applaud the Black Wolf Harley-Davidson facility for putting on this great program.

Negative experience: Bad experience here. Used to be a great place to purchase a new motorcycle, but things and people have changed. Was treated with little respect by their Internet squad, and the Sales people keep the prices of the bikes locked up in the safe. Had every intention of buying a new Harley Davidson here, but Charlie Cole certainly screwed that up for me. Glad I went to a better dealership!

Fantastic experience: I went to spend the day shopping before Christmas with my daughter and had found a used ride at another dealer . It was sold before I could get back to really look it over . We then went to Black Wolf and the selection was large and the salesman Jake was a great first contact , we talked about an extremely hot ghost pepper Hamburger that is served at a local restaurant that I had just eaten, and had a great laugh at my discomfort .Jake showed us around and I just didn't see any thing in my price range. We did find a prefect fit for my daughter and we will be back when she gets some more riding experience .We then turned to the newer bikes and was shown all the pluses and minus of purchasing a used over the new rides. I took a test ride on the new 2021 street glide Snake Venom and I loved the whole M8 feel. I did get go over what I wanted to spend but at the end of the day I came back a week later after Christmas and bought a one of a kind and will love riding it for years to come. Negative experience: Bold man in service department was very rude & mostly set around cursing & talking about going to get drunk. Mechanics wher unfriendly as well. Didn't want to work on one of our bikes under warranty but wanted the dealership we buy at to come get it. All around I wouldn't buy anything else from this dealer.

Fantastic experience: Black Wolf is my favorite Harley store in our area, from Knoxville to Bristol. Ladies are always helpful, ready to order what you want. Always a big greeting when you walk in. We also use their service department for our bike.

Fantastic experience: They are super, is all I can say! Last spring our back brakes went out while riding 421. We called Black Wolf and they told us to bring it on in. They were quick getting the bike back and the brakes fixed so we could continue on. We have ordered several parts from there and recently ordered new leathers. They got them in quick and called us as soon as they came in. Everyone is friendly and will chat and laugh with you. Thanks to everyone there for being so fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to get a bike, everything is laid out nicely and everyone was super helpful. Natasha was our salesperson they showed what they could do and never pressured us into making a deal and no matter how many times I wanted to go check something out or whatever questions I had they helped and never got annoyed, they even stayed late so I could get bike I was trading and come back with it. Gonna try and keep this bike forever but if I do get a new one it'll most likely come from here.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early. Was greeted by two service advisors. They both got me taken care of on the spot. I was shown around to the customer lounge and the coffee. Fantastic experience: While riding from PA to TN we stopped in Bristol, VA for the evening when I found that my heel toe shifter on my 2016 Road King had stripped. Unable to shift, or repair it, I found Black Wolf H-D 2 miles away. With only an hour until close, Jayson and Chris in parts found the parts I needed to replace the shifters and shaft which allowed me enough time to fix it and get back if I needed additional parts. The next morning we were on our way to TN and had a great time riding the Tail of the Dragon with a properly shifting bike. I highly recommend stopping in when in the area, the staff is great, and prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: After I had an issue with my bike while traveling through the area and another dealer didn't have the part, the service manage John Pope diagnosed the issue, promptly updated the ECM and no replacement parts were needed! The team in the sales floor were personable and friendly!
