Fantastic experience: Traveling thru had an issue. Ed from service greeted me got my bike right in and back in the road. Huge thank you to everyone at Tallahassee Harley Davidson.

Fantastic experience: I called Tallahassee Harley Davidson and spoke to Brandon, my salesman. I told him what I wanted, what my trade in was, and what I wanted to pay. Throughout the day Brandon or Chad would call every couple of hours. Joe called and told me he could do it. The next morning when I arrived Brandon and Chad met me. Introduced me to everyone and Joe got the paperwork together and we got signing. After the deal was done before I left Joe grabbed me and told me he got a better rate the bank just called. I have never seen this before, WAY TO GO. Brandon was a great salesman was there to help in anyway while I was there. Brandon grabbed Willie to go over the new RG3. Willie was Great!! Fantastic experience: I went in to look at a few options and spoke with the sales manager before I drove 2 hours to see bikes. He was extremely courteous and understanding and had the 3 bikes I wanted to ride ready and lined up when I arrived. When I arrived I was handed off to the awesome salesman Justin and he absolutely made my buying experience great. He was very patient and not pushy about a sale but more worried about if I was satisfied with the bike I was looking for. After selecting a bike and taking about 3 test rides a man from finance named Willie stepped in to help with the deal. Willie was the man I needed to go fight for me and what I needed in the finance office and got me the exact numbers I needed to make my deal happen along with that he threw in a set of exhaust free of charge. After accepting the deal I was taken to the finance manger Joe's office. Joe was the most laid back finance man I've meet in my life and that says a lot because I've bought 10 cars and 3 bikes in 5 years. Joe was very forthcoming and honest about what I may or may not need and even worked on my deal some more and got me a lower payment that initially agreed upon which made me more than happy. This is hands down the best dealership I've been to for a harley and that says a lot considering I drove 2 hours and not the 30 minute ride to my local harley dealership. 10 out of 10 would recommend buying from this awesome team!

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about this place and Shane. Purchased a Softail from them at a fair price. After a few days I noticed a small leak just a drop or two. Called and Shane arranged to have it picked up repaired and returned. Keep in mind I live hour forty five minutes away. Happy customer.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with the cruise control/brake light issues. I was dealing with Jason primarily along with Shane about the problems I was having. They told me to come in yesterday. On the way home the issue happened again. Shane told me to bring it back today and he'll take another look. It's all fixed and ready to ride! I appreciate you guys for treating me like you did and listening to my concern. Ride safe guys.

Fantastic experience: The ENTIRE Tallahassee HD team was outstanding! My first interaction was with Ken (service advisor) who walked me through every detail of the process and followed up with details of what was found after the teardown. As we started to discuss options to get me back on the road and implement a few upgrades, Shane (service manager) provided all the necessary details and options available. Shane and Ken maintained frequent communication and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. When I arrived to the dealership, Jason (service advisor) gave me a full tour of the dealership and made me feel very welcomed. Shane introduced me to Mike (technician) who provided me a detailed explanation of his findings and the work he had performed. Ken & Shane knew I was traveling back home to Texas over the next few days and maintained contact to make sure I made it home safe and the bike was working well. They scored a 100 on all accounts and clearly went above and beyond what was required. By far the best HD Dealership I've ever had an opportunity to work with. Fantastic experience: A shout out to Tallahassee Harley! I’m an old dude (80+) with an old bike (‘85 Lowrider) - a one-off model (the only year with an Evo and belt drive on the old frame). Haven’t trusted it in five years, and last year it quit altogether. I’d been turned down by other Harley dealers and shops in Miami and Ft Lauderdale, but Ken and staff agreed to look it over, fixed it, and I’m riding again! (Imagine the big grin on my face ;-) ). The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or better with their work, and the price was fair. Thank you!!!

Negative experience: Stopped in to get a poker chip and look for a few other things while on our road trip. The place was not busy and not one staff member came up and asked if we needed help.

Fantastic experience: Shane was a huge asset for me getting my bike to were I wanted it! I had the stage four installed and he recommended an aftermarket cam( that is in sane ) . Once I made the decision to go for it he was right there to lead me in the best route for the best performance ! As well as Shane the mechanic that did the work was awesome! Between both of them I had every question answered! As well as the preficiauncey of their work! Definitely going to continue alllowing them to help guide me in how to get my motor to preform better if possible!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience dropping my bike off to have my motor rebuilt from a 114 ci to a 122 ci. The staff was very professional and informative, even with the recent hurricane that came through, the work was completed in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: Love these guys. Ran into some issues on the road and Tifton Harley was the closest dealer. Tifton Harley took my bike in and told me I wouldn't be back on the road until December (3 months away) I called Tallahassee and explained what was going on and these guys had my biked picked up from Tifton Harley and got me back on the road within 24 HOURS! Special thanks to Kyle and Shane they always go out of their way to make me feel at home and that's why I will continue to pass up a Harley (Tifton) dealer 30 minutes away from my house and drive 2 hours one way to Tallahassee!

He referred me to one of your technicians guys name was Chad guy came over and took a look at my bike figured out what was going on. I don’t even think he had clocked in yet. Diagnosed problem walked in grab some tools Came back out solved the problem with my ignition switch. My hat is off to Chad. Guy was nothing but professional great service.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to THD since the new ownership. I experienced a dramatic positive change in Customer Service from everyone I had contact with. Ken Koeteeuw, and the others in the service area, took care of the service on my trike in very prompt and efficient manner.

Fantastic experience: I had a fairly odd electrical issue with my bike and if it wasn’t for the patience and customer service of Shane, Kyle and the rest of the techs and service team it would have been a nightmare. They saw the job through to the end. It feels good to leave with a bike knowing they have your back the whole journey.

Fantastic experience: Went and to look at a 2024 Lowrider ST. David approached me and was very professional and treated me great. We went on a test drive and had a great ride. Ended up purchasing the bike.The whole Tallahassee HD team are great and made the whole process so easy. I cant recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't say enough good things about this place. We were on a trip from Alabama back to the Northeast and we're traveling along the panhandle of Florida across to 95 when we had a motorcycle breakdown. Within 15 minutes they sent someone out with a truck and trailer to pick us up. They put us right into the service Bay and begin diagnosing the problem and eventually fixed it and also helped make sure that it was covered under the warranty. We had a stator, regulator, clutch cable all fixed under warranty for $50. They were able to get us up and on the road as quickly as possible. You would not find service like that where we are in the northeast. The sales team was also very friendly as we did try to purchase a new Harley-Davidson while waiting for the other to be serviced. The numbers didn't work out and we did not end up trading in and purchasing but they were friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make that deal happen. It just did not make sense at the time. I would definitely recommend this dealership for sales or service

Fantastic experience: What's not to love here? Amazing Place. Huge stock, excellent selection, great prices, but above all the customer service is the best I have seen, across every industry. Kyle, the General Manager, makes time to speak with you, whether you are just shopping for gear or purchasing a $30,000 ride. Nikki is simply the best, always cheerful, accommodating, and clearly dedicated to her job and the customer! Every staff member i spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Seriously, if you have to drive 300 miles, or fly into Tallahassee Airport to do business here, it is worth every second of your time. Best Harley shop in the Country.

Negative experience: The previous owners had no problem accepting my Florida Resale License, but the current owner would not honor it. I'm paying the State of Florida twice for sales tax. I will NOT return, but will order online instead of doing business locally.

Negative experience: They are good. I bought teeshirts and get one free and pocker chips. Showed my military discount, no problem. Ended pay full price everything and paid for the extra shirt. Tallahassee is on their game.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for the HD cooling vest, and texted the # online, on a Monday when they were closed. Expected to hear from someone on Tuesday when they were back open. The GM , Kyle Odom, got back to me instantly——when they were closed! You don’t find that type of customer service very often if ever….well done THD! Spend you $ here and you will be a happy satisfied customer!

Fantastic experience: I was Midway of the start of my trip riding from Houston, TX, when I noticed that my left rear turn signal lens cap was missing off my bike, showing white light. And the first time I was able to address the issue, was finding Tallahassee Harley off I-10. When I arrived, I'd just missed their closing time, but fortunately several of the staff was hanging in the parking drinking some high quality H2O. They offered me a bottle or two and asked what I needed. I shared with Ken K. a parts and labor specialist my initial concern about the tail light cover, which he addressed while getting me some water to keep me hydrated, for the heat that day was a little disrespectful. When the service manager Mike, noticed that my front tire was sporting a new valve steam, but was missing it's cover. I shared with him that it had been replaced by a dealership in Stafford,Texas and they had failed to secure one after changing my front tire at there direction.And he quickly corrected that on the spot. Next we have June who noticed that I was using Google maps for my trip and turned me onto the Harley riding app, and briefly assisted me in installing the app and navigate the app. She also noticed the age of my riding helmet and suggested that I concider an upgrade, which I plan to address upon the completion of my ride to Tampa, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, DC and Philadelphia, too Wisconsin, through Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas before returning to Houston, TX. I can't say enough about their friendliness and professionalism. I looking forward to passing their way again.

The people there were really helpful in understanding my financial situation trying everything they could to get me what I wanted and after talking with the salesmen I went to look at helmets and other gear for a new rider and an employee named June was there to explain everything in great detail about what I would need or want. Fantastic experience: I have had a few interactions with the Tallahassee Harley Davidson dealership over the last few weeks. The first is with the service department where I dropped my dad’s 2006 soft tail classic after it had been barn stored for 10 years. They are working on it and have been incredible about keeping me informed of the status and costs. They are very intentional about making sure I know what costs are before they do any work. The second is buying a helmet. June Adams helped me and took as much time as I needed in fitting me and explaining all the features of the helmet. She worked with me with no pressure and it was a great experience. Lastly, I just took the HD Rider’s course where Don Redding and his son, Don Jr. were the instructors. They are top notch and I highly recommend them to whomever is contemplating a riding course. The dealership is really quite nice and they have great folks at that represent HD well!

Negative experience: 1st time - My husband drove to dealership after talking to a sales guy about a Trike, 1 hour 45 minutes one way We get to dealership and the bike that was advertised on thier website was not there, it was a mistake. They offered one of thier other trikes that was much much higher priced.We drove home 1 hour 45 minutes. We thought ok, it was a mistake 2 months later my husband talked to a sales guy about a Trike, advertised as 2019. Low miles and gr8 condition. He drove again to Harley dealer in Tallahassee and AGAIN it was false advertising. It was a 2018 not 2019. Had damage on back fender and extremely high miles. AGAIN they tried selling higher priced Trike. This is false advertising, called a bait n switch. Not a honest company. We love Harley motorcycles and own one. I can understand 1 mistake but this testifies as a unethical franchise.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Tallahassee Harley. I moved down here from Durham,NC and was not pleased up there. Paul at Tally was wonderful to work with. When he wasn’t there, all the guys in Service were great! The whole dealership is great! The merchandise people are always very helpful. I had to take the rider course when I moved here to get my license and the guys were great! I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!!it was a nice feeling to experience that here!

Negative experience: Just got a 2023 Highway King!! Rides horrible, like a hardtail. Hit a bump or dip in the road it feels like I hit a log. Took it to harley they adjusted the back shocks. This bike has a seat spring like a police bike. They tell me for $80 they'll adjust the seat spring. Now, I just purchased a 5 year $4,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Nope, doesn't cover that. You need a spanner wrench for the job, harley doesn't carry them. I get told Lowes has one for $20. I shy'd away from harley for years because of this type of stuff. By the way the Highway King wasn't cheap either. But I've gotten myself back in the harley game. Just a word to the people considering a harley. My .02....... don't let the beauty of these bikes fool you.

Fantastic experience: First-Class experience in every department! THD got me in for a routine service while on a 2,500 mile road trip. Dave in Service was creative in scheduling me around other customers to get my much needed 5K service done in a timely manner so we could get back on the road and continue our trip! While waiting, my wife and I shopped around for some road apparel and the Motorclothes Sales staff of Nailah, Cristine and Jada made our shopping experience fun and relaxing! Negative experience: I never went on site but i was looking at bikes on their website put my phone number into it with the bike i was interested in. Then was harrassed 3 days straight with quotes like "ill be glad to take all your money" going to look elsewhere for a bike

Fantastic experience: I have been to many Harley stores for many trainee through out the years. I have never experienced the phenomenal quality of service like I did here. I came from Jay FL I could have went to numerous dealerships a whole lot closer. But non of them compared to the customer service we received. Fantastic experience: Traveling with a group from Florida to California. One of the bikes had an oil leak that splattered several bikes in our group. Pulled into Tallahassee Harley Davidson and spoke to Kyle. He gladly helped us get our bikes washed to clean up the oil splatter. They were so friendly and courteous. Truly great service in a time of need. I appreciate their hard work and helpfulness.

Negative experience: I bought a 2007 nighttrain from them and it was in pieces so they had to put it back together well they didnt put any o rings where they were supposed to go so oil pouring out.2 told me the bike was for sale 11000$ after he drew up the papers it ended up being almost 15000$.3 never gave me the keys to the bike.so my experience was not so good.

Fantastic experience: This Harley dealership saved our road trip. They allowed us to use their air for our trailer. We couldn't thank them enough. Atmosphere was great. Generous, friendly, and very helpful staff. We got three shirts as souvenirs to wear around Jacksonville. We'd recommend Tallahassee Harley-Davidson to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an out of this world experience buying my motorcycle with Willie! He is a very knowledgeable about just about everything Harley related and he is a true friend that lives in the same county as I do. And the salesperson lady Darby helped me set up my Harley app and changed my google password for me. I met Nailah for the first time 3 weeks ago and she helped me exchange a new pair of jeans for a different color. She was super nice and also 6 inches taller than me haha. The dealership has been super nice and helps me get my new trike that’s old and gave me a lifetime warranty on the power train.

Negative experience: I have tried for nearly a year.... this is the third and last time working with Harley Davidson of Tallahassee. Too many bad/poor experiences from the shop and sales/merchandise floor. I can't recommend this dealership. There are a few decent folks still but most aren't and they have trumped all the good memories I used to have. If anyone from HD reads this... improve your communication with your employees and clients and don't promise things that you can't deliver, maybe then your reputation will improve.

Negative experience: I tried to stop in to buy some merchandise. However, all parking near the entrance was blocked by bikes for sale they had displayed outside. Could not have been ADA compliant, and showed they didn't care about their customers-or list customers in my case.

Fantastic experience: Great staff here! They informed me about the new HD app and taught me to check in at dealerships to earn money towards merch! They inflated my tires, outside, in the cold, for free! With the drop in temperatures air pressure does the same, and they were on point! I appreciate shops that run this way SO much!

Fantastic experience: Just bought my first new bike this week. By far the best Harley Davidson around, friendliest group of people, never feel pressured into buying anything, everyone is so knowledgeable, with every question you could ask. My favorite thing is that it seems like they can remember anyone who ever walks through the door, and makes them feel like part of the crew. And of course, home of the lifetime warranty!

Fantastic experience: IComeback Coolers was on a mission after Hurricane Idalia. We housed our team in a VRBO in Tallahassee but the area the house was in was not adequate for parking or for loading the 4,000 pounds of ice we needed. I noticed the beautiful Harley store and thought I'd take a chance of asking if we could use some of their parking space. The store was INCREDIBLE and so was the team. The guys I talked to didn't think it would be a problem but brought me to the manager, Kyle. Kyle was in the middle of doing something but immediately got up, greeted us, and listened to our situation. He said "yes" right away. After we completed our mission, I went back into the store to thank them. I noticed a few things. 1. EVERYONE who worked there seemed genuinely glad to be there. 2. The vibe of the store made me want to stay and look at every single thing and hang out with the team ... and I'm not a Harley girl ... I'm not even a motorcycle girl. I just really wanted to hang out with these incredible people. 3. The store was immaculate! I'm talking white glove immaculate. It's obvious this team cares about this store. Although I wasn't there as a customer, I was welcomed. As a matter of fact, they helped us tie up a loose end. Oh, and these guys are community givers too; as a matter of fact, they are sending supplies to Hurricane Idalia survivors. This store is amazing. The team is amazing. The experience of going there is amazing. If you are in Tallahassee, make a stop at Tallahassee Harley-Davidson even if you aren't a Harley person. You'll be glad you did! I know I am!

Positive experience: Very nice, well Kept store. Lots of Harley Davidson clothing and supplies in the showroom. Lots of beautiful bikes. We stopped specifically to purchase Tallahassee Poker Chips for my collector son in law. Not sure why but they were 4 dollars a chip.

Positive experience: Beautiful store on the outside. Good collection of bikes and really nice staff. Regular shirts start at $38 and poke chips are $4, so a little more expensive than other Harley stores, but not by much. Great stop if you need to stretch your legs.

Positive experience: Very nice environment. The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Although they stood ready to offer help and answer any questions, nobody tried to pressure a sale of anything, including the clothing and accessories. The lady at the clothing register came over to help me find the right size/style shirt, and of course, I got my poker chip and hat. As a harley owner, I knew I wasn't going to buy another one (yet anyway), but they still took the time to show me the new models and explain new features. I had a very pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 2015 Road Glide Special in for some new headlights and Jackie made things happen for me. She’s a great addition to the Service department! Negative experience: I'm not sure how this place has so many great people working for it and then they hire somebody like Bob to manage their parts and service. I guess with their service department being understaffed it's easier to have Bob run all the customers off then try to find good qualified mechanics. Kevin how do you not call me a customer when Bob ran my credit card last week and then your mechanics pushed a broken motorcycle on my trailer.
