Positive experience: I have always had good luck at Seacoast for parts and service, and good customer service. I am also in their MVP program, which has saved me quite a bit over the years. However, I recently had two tires installed, after getting a quote on the cost, and while reviewing the bill saw that I was charged $47 for "shop supplies". This was explained as rags, grease, wd40, etc. HUH? I would have expected this to be included in the installation charge, I wish I had known about this charge before I booked the tire change. Extra charges like this will force me to shop around at other places where I am told the total price up front.

Negative experience: Was told there were bracket to move my lower controls 3 inch forward. And there is not. It was my one complaint about the bike. They also told me about a sorts of servicing for the bike. 200m 500m 1000m and so on. My local dealer said no just a 1000 mile. And I'm going to trust my local guy. I asked him about a 1340$ set of pipes. And he told me not to waste my money. I will get nothing from putting them on my bike. Seacoast only cares about the sale. Not the customers.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Harley. My fiancé and I went in to take a look and not one person acknowledged us until my fiancé asked about a new 2024 bike. Another sales man was already showing the bike so we stood over to listen and see all the different features. He started talking about the garage opener feature and started naming off different places you could connect it then looks directly at my fiancé and I and goes “you can even hook it up to your parents house” not only were we embarrassed but completely mortified. They lost my business completely. Just because we are young does not mean we can’t afford it. I will never go back again.

Negative experience: 3/20/2024 It took a tech from Milwaukee to fix my bike! turns out I was 100% right my stator was fried. needless to say my bike has been problem free for the last 2500 miles aside from a recent loss of rear brakes which another dealership fixed. Unfortunately the pan am has bugs galore but it's 90% usable. Anything below 60 degrees out and you will most likely have some issue starting the bike. Might not turn over the first or it'll start and go into limp mode. All you have to do is let it run for about a minute or so shut it off and start it right back up and it'll be fine. This has been an issue since day one of owning this bike. Unfortunately there seems to be no fix for it yet. I've heard the 2023 and 2024 models don't have this issue but have yet to confirm. These bikes are sensitive to brake fluid so it's important to check moisture content of the brake fluid at least once a year! Seacoasts sales department was great. Unfortunately their service department was exactly as described to me by several people who have had issues with them over the years. I no longer use them.bi was referred elsewhere by the Harley tech from Milwaukee. The tech from Milwaukee has been helping fix my bike since last summer when my stator finally failed and seacoast said there was nothing wrong with it. The service department at seacoast treats people with the service plan terribly and act like every service takes days to complete. I got all of the service information for my bike and performed the service my self recently to verify how long a service takes I did this on the floor at my shop service on this bike can be completed in less than 2 hours with the correct tools. After dealing with the service department at seacoast I now understand why I've been told to go elsewhere. If you do choose to go here make sure you get the work order when service is complete and either check the bike yourself to verify repairs or service or being somewhere to verify. As a tech myself I don't trust dealerships I verify service has been complete. 2 months the pan america I purchased here was unrideable this summer because of a charging issue that this dealership refused to acknowledge as an issue Harley had to send their tech out to fix it. the fuel tank was damaged during service the neck bearing was so loose the whole tree felt like it was gonna fall off anytime you hit a bump or applied the brakes. I was explicitly told by this dealership that they aren't making any money off of this bike. I don't believe that they wanted to fix my bike or knew how to fix the bike. I got the bike back finally and I'm shocked that everything works the way it's supposed to now. The adaptive ride height actually works properly now and it's never worked right. At least Harley made it right but I will never bring my bike here for any service. The service department is a joke. Everytime I've brought this bike to them with issues they've acted like there was nothing wrong and it's supposed to be like that. Why did my battery die when the charging system wasn't working could it have been the stator that was clearly fried ? If the bike wasn't still covered under warranty I would have just bought the parts and fixed myself. It's sad that I have to double check the work that was performed by a dealership it shouldn't be this way but seacoasts service department is the worst around

Fantastic experience: We traveled up from TN and stopped in here for a quick rest. My buddy needed them to look at his clutch to make sure it was OK. They lubricated the pin and adjusted this at no charge to him. Great service and really nice people. The girl in the clothing area was fun and also knowledgeable about the local area. Thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for the clothing sales team!! We were vacationing in Maine for a week, and my other half decided to purchase some shirts, as he usually does whenever we travel. We traveled from Wisconsin, and as I am originally from the Seacoast area, he wanted to shop the store. He came back with a shirt that I loved, but it was too late to go back and purchase for myself. We were leaving for home in the morning. I called the store when we got home, and Trish, from clothing, found the correct shirt in my size, suggested another similar to it, AND tried to track down a shirt he didn't buy, but regretted that decision. She called many area shops with no luck on that one, but found another similar to it, in his size. She sent me pictures from her personal phone, and was so polite, helpful, friendly and thoughtful. She went above and far beyond "customer service ". Needless to say, I ended up buying 3 shirts, and they are presently on their way in the mail. But it was truly the BEST customer service experience I have ever encountered in my long life. Thank you Trish, and the rest of the sales team at Seacoast Harley!!

Fantastic experience: Just did the first time riders course/licensing test and I am extremely happy I went with Harley. Wanda and Mike are two incredibly informative instructors. I had never even sat on a bike until the first day of class. And man was it a learning curve. The class was definitely more difficult and exhausting for me than I expected. At times I didn't think I would pass but their ability to identify and explain what you can do to improve your form was easy to comprehend and supportive. Erika is super helpful and can provide any information you need going into the course and Stevie is the bringer of tough love and ice cream cake, but she just wants to make sure everyone is successful and safe, that's why she will fit you in to come retake the skills test if need be! Highly recommend this course! And I will wear my "most likely to leave the kickstand down" title with pride

Negative experience: I retired in 2019 and went to Seacoast to look at bikes. The experience was the best ever and they became my dealer for all service on the new bike. 2022 I started looking at new bikes as the 2019 had some miles on it (about 40K). I do not like what Harley did with the fenders (removed lights and chrome) or the colors. I talked with Andrew and said I wanted to see the 2023 colors so we waited. 2023 models were introduced and the only Ultra Limited color I liked was the 120th anniversary. Andrew reached out and we started having a conversation about my new bike. Out of the blue Andrew's lead called and I started working on a trade-in quote for the 2019 and price for the 2023. the bike has a MSRP of a little over $32K, the quote came back at around $43K for the new bike. it was explained to me that "Harley" is charging a $5K surcharge (only $1K on Harley's web site), and $1950 for shipping ($850 according to the web site). never even went into what the other $3000+ charges were for. I guess Seacoast grew too large and it's time to change. John 2019 FLHTK

Positive experience: Nice place, the new Harley Davidson Color's really don't do anything for the name of Harley Davison. The people that work there where very friendly and not pushy at all. I will go back again. One last thing, they could lower the prices on there clothing. Just because it said's Harley Davison doesn't mean you can kill people on pricing.

Fantastic experience: As a new rider and I mean brand new. i walked into this store twice and was there to help a friend shop for a bike and i ended up being treated as a brother. There is a real science behind finding what style fits you and that everyone can be a rider. MC was a true salesman who put effort into turning me into a rider. He discovered what I am looking for and made me try out a 2020 ultra glide trike and was hooked. I became one of the brothers, the Harley Brotherhood is a real thing. Fantastic experience: There is no better HD dealership. The sales staff’s friendly, no pressure approach and superior product knowledge makes them easy to work with. The parts department has what you need, often times already on the shelf. The mechanics are highly trained, HD techs. They work together to lessen diagnostic and repair time, saving you money. And let’s face it, we’re all already spending enough….

Fantastic experience: Purchased my 2022 Road Glide from them and I can tell you I have never in all my years had a better experience. Seacoast is professional, polite, and extremely accommodating. The biggest thing though is that there is no BS when dealing with them, your not going to get pressured, hassled, or berated for not buying. Take an old riders advice, go talk to these guys and girls, I can assure you you will not be disappointed, I know I wasn't.

Negative experience: Last time I took bike there for service they told me they lost it now it in for service again for last 2 week's And I call today they say they can't take The time to figure it out until late fall don't seem like very good business practice to Me at all
Fantastic experience: My wife and I were 2 days into a 3 week motorcycle vacation when her bike developed an issue. Matt and the service team managed to squeeze it in and got fixed by the next day. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them if you’re in the area.

Fantastic experience: Decent people with no run-around or pressure. Took care of getting me on a brand new 2022 Road Glide Special with no hassles and in a jiffy. Will definitely go there again. Special shout-out to Victor Bement who sold me the bike and went over everything, set up my phone on Android Auto and much more. This was my fourth bike and this was the best experience yet. Fantastic experience: Best service ever. Told me they'd call me back and did. Had what I needed and aren't booked with appointments like all the mass locations are. Take the ride up to seacoast. It's worth the ride. They are very helpful and care. I've had my tires changed there multiple times and I will continue to do business there.

Negative experience: My husband and I were traveling from Pa to Maine, we are VIP HOG members , have HD insurance, and a tire insurance on our 2020 Roadglide. We were having trouble with the air pressure in our tire. We stopped in after leaving the BW a half a mile away. Asked if they could air it for us and check the tire. One of the service men told him, they were too busy and to just ride it, the light would go out. When you have owned as many as we have, you would have thought they would be more willing to help. Thank goodness our hometown shop is not like this guy. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: Attractive, well-kept Harley Davidson dealership. Nice selection of bikes, gear, & accessories, my only complaint is unfortunately quite typical of most H.D. dealerships..."Pushy Sales-staff" from the second you enter, man they are on you fast, attempting to sell you a new bike...Very annoying indeed!!! This type of sales tactics must stop please, it makes visiting Harley Davidson dealerships very unattractive!!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin. First of all this was my second time buying a Harley. The first was at Manchester Harley. And let me just say this was an absolute breeze at Seacoast compared to that nightmare. Ian really when above and beyond to save me as much as he could on my new bike. Fantastic experience: After going to another dealer and having a bad experience, I was skeptical how this would turn out. I wanted to traded-in a 2019 TriGlide for something more sporty, like a Freewheeler. Mike Techiera was very chill and made a deal work for me without any stress or games. In the end, I traded my 2019 for a brand-spanking new 2022 Freewheeler and could be more happier. The whole team at Seacoast were laid back, friendly and very professional. Fantastic experience: Have purchased 5 bikes there. If you shop there talk to Jack Leonard. Honest guy that won't try to sell you something you don't want or need. Or talk to Ian or Erika. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the team at Seacoast Harley. I recently purchased a Pan America and wanted a specific color that wasn't in production yet. They took note of exactly what I wanted and a little over a month after I got one of the first ones off the truck. What made me decide to purchase with them was the fact that even though I was a previous customer, they cut no corners in their presentation. They rolled out the red carpet, introduced me to every department and above all else made the entire process FUN! Being in sales, I appreciated the work and effort they put into their jobs. Making any major purchase should not be a hassle; this is a hobby of mine that I enjoy at my core and they were just as -- if not more -- excited about my purchase as I was. They also made a sick video they published following me around that day for the purchase and it made me look like a stud! :) Big shout out to you all and I wish you continued success!

Fantastic experience: When I went into Seacoast Harley, I had a very specific motorcycle in mind (which I was on the fence about). I spoke with Erika, who answered all of my (million) questions with a smile, and was absolutely the most helpful person in the store. Since my bike wasn’t in stock, she kept in constant contact with me to let me know when it finally arrived, and was nothing but friendly and accommodating right through when I rode away. Negative experience: BEWARE of Hidden fees!!! Deal was almost set on a used BEAUTIFUL used bike. Then paperwork time came. $399 "Doc Fee" Okay, not great, they all do it. I get it. Here's the kicker..... "RECONDITIONING FEE" $599. Total "dealer fees" $998.00. The bike had 1700 miles on it, and it needed 599 dollars worth of reconditioning? Seriously? What's more is According the NADA values the price was already top dollar. Be sure to add almost 1000 dollars to your "best price". My "NADAguides Price Quote" is attached. The bike is still there if ya want it. Never again for me. UPDATE bought the same model and year with 800 miles on it via private sale. Saved $4177.00
Hello Brian. We do not hide any fees. All of our dealer fees are presented to every customer on our worksheet, that the customer must sign off on before we proceed with the sale of the motorcycle. Yes a reconditioning fee means that the motorcycle had to go through the service department, a bike with 1700 miles on it needs a 1K service and the motorcycle receives a thorough safety inspection by a technician. Negative experience: Went there as I live just down the road. Have a Goldwing, I know… NOT a Harley…but I discovered a slice in my front tire and didn’t want to travel far. I didn’t need service…. JUST TIRES…they refused. Shaking my head at that one… if I buy a Harley next it WON’T be there.

As you probably are aware, because you're an avid motorcycle rider, because we are a Harley-Davidson dealership, we carry products that specialize in fitment for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Our staff that you interacted with is not familiar with Honda and did not feel comfortable selling you a product that they were unsure would properly work for your motorcycle. Airing on the side of caution to ensure they kept you safe, they made the call to not sell you tires. We apologize if our decision to stick to caution offended you, but please remember that it was better for them to do so rather than cause you harm. Ride safely, Tom.
